Diana Savina: I had botox injections there already 3 times, 3 weeks ago had lips enhancement done too (previously chose different place for it) . Honestly, would never ever go somewhere else, I felt so reassured and also given the best advice for me, definitely will continue coming for procedures! Jean is amazing will always be in contact with you and would offer the best timings for you and on the top of it - you feel really welcome, like you are part of the family 🤗 Dr Sravanthi is amazing, very warm person and will always discuss everything with you, listens what you want to achieve and will offers the best way for you to achieve what you want and what would suit you! Honestly, don't go for other places anymore, it's not worth it (you'll be wasting your time and money, for worse quality produts and not achieving result you want), believe me, I tried myself... But I found this amazing place, it's Nr 1 on my list!

Binge Quinn-Harding: Absolutely fantastic hidden gem. I was made to feel comfortable by Jean as soon as I arrived, then spoke in length to Dr Sravanthi about what I thought I wanted/needed and decided on a better treatment plan for me that was actually cheaper and more effective. Quick painless and professional procedures in a clean and comfortable setting. I waited until my 2 week review to see how I felt and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would absolutely recommend this clinic!

Illena Sh.: staff very friendly, but the quality of the botox was not good. Had it done June/July and caused my forehead to droop and fall and look ugly (neanderthal look). Noticed the significant drop September (event pictures) on camera. Had to top up to create lift quickly. Previous to that botox was done there as well. Their hair laser treatment is very professional and they use protective creams .

amy dedman: My experience with this clinic was absolutely atrocious.I had a consultation to remove a lesion via Plexr laser in August 2020, consultation was okay and I was booked for a Saturday morning in late September. So this had been booked for well over a month.2 days before my appointment I receive a text from the receptionist confirming the appointment, I said thank you see you in 2 days.She then ASKS ME what treatment I am having! I am not 100% sure because I am not a medical specialist. I tried to explain the best I could - already feeling worried because the clinic had no idea what treatment I was booked for -She then tries to move me to LATE OCTOBER (week day) I am shocked but persevere and ask for a Saturday again. She now states that they do not do this service on Saturdays (despite having this booked for over a month for a SATURDAY). please note, not one apology from her yet. I say no, I just want to cancel it, I am remaining polite to her.Then she says, hang on let me check with the doctor??? So i receive another text stating I can keep my original appointment but only if I pay AN EXTRA £20?? I am appalled at this atrocious customer service from this 'business', it is disgusting. I tell her I'm absolutely not paying extra money for something which isn't my fault!her reply was.... "Okay"NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. I would never use this place, the respect they have for customers is non-existent. Absolutely disgusted.
Sheryl Herdson: Very friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend to anyone considering this type of treatment. I was really impressed with the doctor who I felt listened well and ensured I had all the info I needed before making a decision.
Mifarka Fami: Went there with acne and coin sized cysts that wouldn't budge even on antibiotics, got the fractora treatment and it all went away! The doctor cares about their patients and did an amazing job.

Went for a free consultation with the Doctor, not sure whether it was down to the advise being free or not but I felt a slight arrogance from this doctor, like she was trying to undermine me whilst i was talking. Her assistant made me feel the same, unfriendly and not very courteous. However, the Doctors advise was good and helpful. The Doctor before this one was brilliant, but Jean who is still hete is good. Has a nice little chit chat with you.*Also to add to this, i have been a paying customer many times before at this clinic and paid 60 for a microdermabrasion 6 weeks ago, hence i was offered free advise, but goes to show, money talks and your belittled unless you dont have money ;)

Victoria Parker: The front automatic door keeps screaming everytime it opens and closes and when you've been sat there for 5 hours it gets a bit wearing for us with sensory issues. Once you've had a blood test it would be good to know how long results take to get in. My partner could have gone home and actually been able to lay down and rest which is also what he needs right now. Instead we've been waiting 5 hours for results.

I feel shy to add that 2 nurses tired 3 times to put cannula in my wife's hands and they failed ( taking in consideration my wife has phobia of cannula and she go off everytime she gets one) then pushed me to another time where the expert will come and do the job !!!
Asif Malik (Asif K Malik): Not a place to plan you visit. But the hospital is helpful when they are not overloaded with patients like during COVID. It does seem they can improve on a few areas.Usually the staff are helpful if you approach them.
Karolis ss: Worst hospital i ever been. ill come 3am with heavy pain waiting 2 hours for a blood test then 3h of waiting for doctor in those 3h no one came off and asked for someone to come... when i asked to take out catheter was waiting for another half an hour and no one come to help me had to do bymyself at home . There was some people who came before me and was sleeping on those seats its looks like there no one want to help you out. That how you call emergency nowadays

Mirela Ivan: Worst experience in my life at this hospital, for giving birth they don't give you anything apart from a bed, no pool nothing. I was screaming because of pain and wanted the epidural and they lied to me that “the doctor will come soon” for about 5h, in the end, I gave birth like my grandmother 50 years ago(completely naturally) WITHOUT ANY HELP. So before you chose your hospital think twice;) good luck mommy

Edita Einingyte: The worst place where I had been is Peterborough A&E. Receptionist are rude, repeating all the time sentence that you will be seen after hour, hour passed, you going again to as when is your time, and again the same sentenceIn one and a half hour was seen only one pacient. I not understand how they prioritising pacients, some sitting giggling, but are looked after 10 min, other with open cuts in arms or head, bleeding noses siting 5 hours and nobody comes even to give tissue. And also after such a waiting time you decide to leave, but you have one more surprise to pay a fortune for parking.I will never forget how proudly receptionist said that other day pacient was waiting 14 hours, so our 5 hours of waiting with open wound is nothing.

W B: I took my child with bad wrist injury and very mean nurse at the door has mistreated my daughter and me and rushed us out from Emergency department. She was treating us as we just wasting her time. Said her wrist isn't broken by just looking at her for 5 seconds. Send us to the pharmacy instead. I am very upset. Horrible lady.
