miss C: Visited the store as regular customer, i have always met one mix race lady with long beautiful curly hair, so pretty and friendly. I have always complimented her for her hair and how she keeps it curly and pretty all the time. This particular morning i went into the shop to buy hair products and i met another mix race lady and a black tall guy at the tilt, the black tall guy was serving me and was also customer service friendly, while the mixrace lady was serving someone else at the other tilt. all I asked was, what time do they open as I was there from 9am, waited for 30minutes outside and still didn't open, and he apologised and said they were running late that particular morning, the mix race lady began giving me attitude, eye rolling me, tapping on the table slighting bouncing as if something was wrong. She even paused serving the other customer, I was baffled. The gentleman seemed uncomfortable, after paying he just handed me my stuffs after putting them in a bag and I said thank you and left.Another occasion, I went to the shop with my partner who waited in the car, as I was walking in, the same guy was stood outside the shop and I said hello and walked in, the same lady rushed out and started an argument with the guy simply because I said hi and he responded hi back. She stood outside with such an awful body language, I just bought hair extensions and left. Good Customer service is very important especially if you want you business to excell. If anyone has trust issues or behavioural problems, there's always time and place for it. This type of behaviour can cause a lot of damage to you business and more. Many customers would not want to return. I for sure will not return as I will not degrade myself, nor will i tamper with my values and ethics. Where ever I go, I go with my respect and dignity and so it shall remain.
D C: These guys don't understand their target market.How can you tell a black woman that they can only try on two wigs? RIDICULOUS!! Initially, even after COVID, the policy was that we couldn't try them on at all.I went in on Tuesday this week at around 11am, and even as the only one in the store at that time, I was still told that I couldn't try more than 2. Ridiculous and rigid policy.

monica gomes: One of THE BEST (and few hair products shops) that I take pleasure in buying the products that I need! The staff are nice and are always eager to help. The 2 ladies that served and helped me last time I bought something were nice and friendly. There's always a nice welcoming whenever you step foot into the shop and to be honest, there's a little bit of everything and I never leave empty handed. I've read a few bad reviews and I also seen how some customers would talk with the ladies in a rude way just because they couldn't follow simply rules set upon the shop. I couldn't praise the ladies enough!! I'll always come back for more hair products

Sigrid Dalland: I went into the store wanting to browse, but was followed around by one of the sales associates who wanted to show me everything, make me smell everything, try everything. I politely tried to decline offers to see the different product rangers such as shower gels and lotions, as I was really only there to look at bubble bars, but she would not leave us alone. Was an incredibly uncomfortable experience as she kept pushing products on us and trying to get us to buy them. As she eventually left, we continued browsing as I wanted to look at some hair masks, but the sales associate came over again to show us all the shampoos despite me saying I was not interested. Ended up buying the products we were there for, and just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible as she would not leave us in peace. I understand this would be helpful for some, but I have been going to lush for years and was really not interested in being shown all the product ranges that I’m already familiar with and I just wanted to browse on my own.

She explained all of the ingredients and scents expertly and was kind enough to let me try the cleansers I wasn't sure on. This was extremely helpful for me as I have a hard time choosing textures due to my autism. I felt like I was in capable hands, couldn't thank her enough!
pbdanus1: I went in Lush to purchase the Dream Cream after being it recommended by a friend. I was served by Hannah. She was so lovely. Applied cream onto my hand and let me have a feel for it. I have really bad eczema on my hands which came back after I had a baby in November. After only two days of using the cream I can already tell the difference!! I tried lot of different creams and had prescribed creams from Drs which did nothing. I bought the big pot and hopefully it will last a while. I will definitely be back for more if needed. 5* service! Thank you!

Dan: Very poor customer service! Only received half my order with no explanation until I chased this up. After numerous delayed backwards & forward emails, 20 days after my orginal order I finally received an alternative product which was wrong! Unfortunately too many issues have occurred with inadequate communications between HERA Beauty Ltd and me the customer that in the end I asked for a refund and waited a further 7 days for a response back. Here's hoping no further delay is expected for my refund. If you are looking for a reliable business to work with this isn't the one for you👎⛔

Ever since I reached out to this company, she has been an absolute gem and rock and we cannot thank the lucky stars enough, as shes been patient and really has gone above and beyond to help us out. It's been a real rocky ride for us considering we are a startup and there are all these different moving parts that have made it an absolute slog for us as there were times we felt like giving up but the real constant in all this has been Natasha.
