Since meeting ben and working out what would be the best way forward I have gone from not being able to straighten my leg to skipping, jumping and even kicking a ball around again in just 5 weeks. The gym is an amazing place with a fantastic atmosphere. I can not recommend be you highly enough and look forward to continuing my journey with ben. Just wish I would of joined up sooner.

simon dennett: Ben was recommended to me in January 2019 and having worked together now for 16 months, this was the best recommendation that I have ever been given.In 2018, at the age of 45 I ran the Great Eastern half marathon but despite attaining a good level of fitness for running, getting out of bed and taking those first steps in the morning was agony.Ben, told me that I had the mobility that I was seeking but my brain was restricting my movement - the body's defence mechanism. He showed me a number of clever techniques & stretches that allowed me to gain further range and quite quickly climbing out of bed became a pleasant experience. I can also touch my toes, something that I have never done before.Despite achieving my initial goal I continue to train with Ben having identified new goals that I want to achieve. Ben's knowledge of movement is very impressive, he tailors every exercise to the individual ensuring that you are reaching and not exceeding your body's ability, adjusting exercises on every repetition.The Be You Health Studio is a friendly and well equipped gym containing the usual equipment however it is way that Ben uses this equipment that sets this gym apart from the rest.

Diane Styles: Really nice people but... the plantar fasciitis insoles were a complete disaster from start to finish. Didn't fit any of my shoes and only ones I could wear them with were one pair of trainers, they also gave me terrible shin pain.Threw the insoles and found a brilliant sports massage therapist who remedied the issue within 2-3 sessions. Wish I'd be advised of other ways to solve the PF issue as I could've achieved results much quicker and without spending lots of money :(

Judy Gow: I have been a client of The Fane Clinic for the past five years. The quality of care is always excellent and I feel more like a friend than a client but at the same time cared for in a very professional way. I had been unable to walk even a short distance without pain, sometimes severe, for quite a few years. With the help and advice of the staff at the clinic I am able to walk many miles each day after orthotics being recommended. These are excellent and I now couldn’t be without them. I look forward to my six weekly visit to the clinic and after being looked after by Louise or Stephanie I come out feeling as if I’m walking on air. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Lady G Sutt: I have visited Tranquil Touch twice now, the first time for and Indian head and foot massage and again today for a face and shoulder massage. Aruna is very friendly and approachable. I feel comfortable with her and don't feel like I need to keep talking and filling in the silence like I do for some reason in other places. It's 45 minutes of bliss where I can completely switch off and I feel so relaxed when I leave. My skin feels amazing today, after Aruna applied oil to my face. I plan on going every few weeks as a treat and it is money worth spent. Professionally, I think she is one of the best therapist I have been to see for a massage. Very reasonably priced, plenty of parking space and some nice relaxing me time. :)

Paul Kilby: Have never used a chiropractor before. I'd had a few problems, but rest had always worked. Not this time. I couldn't walk, was in constant agony (and I mean agony), and realised I needed professional help.My girlfriend recommended Ashwood Chiropractic Clinic, so I went along and saw Simon. He did a thorough review of my medical history, explained what he was doing, and quickly diagnosed the issue.He did one treatment session and I was a lot better (pain went from a 9 to a 3). The second session was a lot quicker and afterwards I was pain free for the first time in around a month. Absolute bliss!I would have no hesitation in recommend Simon and his clinic to anyone. Please don't suffer any longer than you have to.

Nicola was very friendly, informative and professional. I left feeling great after my first consultation. Nicola advised me on how to take care of my back at home and advised me what form of exercise to do. I will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend.
Julie Larrington: I always see Edel and there's usually at least a couple of weeks wait which speaks to her popularity. However, she is well worth the wait with her 'magic' fingers and her ability to find and resolve the problem.If you haven't tried the McTimoney method before, it is hugely different to traditional chiropractic. So gentle you wonder if she's doing anything with results that are truly amazing.No pain, just gain. Highly recommended.

She's an amazing woman I've had my hijamah done from her so many times, massage, and a facial (micro derma brasion) have to say its been 4 weeks and my skin feels amazing I have noticed a big difference and would definitely do it again and would reccomend it.... binaaaa you need to move to my area!

After your treatment I could see he felt better straight away, the toxic blood which came out of him was visible to see and so dark it could not be good and healthy for anyone.He has slept better and is more energetic. After our appointment at the hospital we were told by the doctors his bilirubin levels have drastically come down. With 3 hijama treatments the bilirubin level came down from over 500 too less than 50 when the normal level is 18 this is amazing.He is taking the black seed oil and apple cider vinegar and we have booked in another hijama treatment for next week on your website.

The Abbasis: Recently I had undergone six treatments of the laserlipo and cavitation.The results where fantastic and I could see the difference from the first treatment.Laser lipo was used to kill of fat cells and worked very deep down. The cavitation was used to thinner the fat cells and drinking plenty of water to flush it all out.The best part of the treatments is that it's painless.I would definitely recommend especially for people that have stubborn areas of fat which they find difficult to shift.The price for the package is is worth it as no where else will do it cheaper.Definitely recommend the Hijama Clinic for all your treatments.
