This mistake meant I wasted two trips to Peterborough a total of 100 miles. the staff at the store were not too blame although they did say that it was not unusual for the call centre to give incorrect info.

He was very patient, and we initially agreed for me to come back tomorrow, but due to work commitments I needed it fixed today. I went back and he managed to help me, without a squible. Max E McCabe: If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a bike to be built with my sons name sticker for his birthday. Received the message to say to collect the bike. Once I arrived, queued for 10minutes to be told in the most lacklustered attitude I should go upstairs for bikes.Once upstairs and the bike was bought over I noticed there was no name sticker on it, no one told me it wasn't done, I had to call it out myself.The response I received from the supervisor I presume at the till was that its not there fault as they have to wait for royal mail to deliver.So it's placed on the customer to drive to the store at a later date to collect a sticker?!Never using the build service from Halfords at Peterborough again for sure.I'd bet money on never seeing that sticker I paid for.Rubbish service, zero customer service. Severe lack of communication. Zero care for customer experience.

Bex: I needed a new numberplate for the front of the car. I went to Halfords yesterday with my V5 and driving licence, and they were able to print it in store, and fit it there and then. They didn't keep me waiting for long at all, 5 minutes tops, and fitted the numberplate really quickly. Super friendly staff who were very helpful. Thanks guys.

David Farrell: I sent my seat to Nostalgia for a gel insert and reupholstering and I cannot overstate how happy I am with the results!My saddle has been completely transformed, and with it, the bike itself - the quality of the leather is excellent, and the stitching is tight and professional. The final result is an excellent realization of the design sketch I provided and I felt like I had a good line of communication throughout the process. The gel insert is comfortable too and provides a nice well in the seat that hugs you while riding, without becoming squishy or unstable.And on top of the great results, the job was completed in a timely manner and at a price point I have not really seen elsewhere. C Haley: Bought a cover for my Singer Gazelle from the Car Cover Shop on 30/12. It was delivered next day on 31/12 which was super. The fit is very good and it looks smart -- it's weighty and soft to the touch. I had previously bought covers from Halfords, Euro Car Parts and Sealey -- all let water in and lightly scratched the paintwork. The cover supplied by Car Cover Shop however is far superior. I live in a valley in wet East Midlands, but this cover has kept the car bone dry. Along with a few tubs of silica gel inside and it's almost as a good as a garage! Very much recommended.

David Lees: Have bought two car covers from this company now. The delivery is super quick and my stretch indoor covers are first class. Their office was very helpful in determining the correct size for my Etype as I was unsure which size would be the best fit.
mr midnight: I bought the XL Protector 4 Cover for my Armstrong Siddeley. Within about 9 months of use it tore open like tissue paper when handling. Unfortunately I only started using it some five months after purchasing so my guarantee had already expired when it began to fail. I sent the Car Cover Shop photographs and an explanation. The best that they could offer me was the very same cover at half price (???) or a different option at twice the price. When I responded by asking them why I should want the same poor quality item that I'd just complained about, I never heard from them again.

From inquiry to collecting my car upon completion it was clear that Titan value operating with absolute transparency and frequent communication between themselves and the customer - truly a company where you feel like you're in safe hands and they have no intention of ripping you off.
In terms of the quality of the workmanship I was pleasantly surprised as I knew prior to installation that my particular car would be a pain to work on due to a botched respray/clearcoat that it had suffered in the past. The finished result was just what I had dreamed of.

First visit was for my roof, wing mirrors, spoiler and a decal on the bonnet, price was good work was great and after having a chat I decided to book in for some more work. This time wheel refurbishment and colour change, side skirt decals, eye brows, tinted rear lights and side indicators de-chromed. Price was amazing and work as before spot on. I will be back for more and would 100% recommend.

Drew has done an awesome job on my Porsche, tinting rear windows and lights, even squeezed in an extra little job of wrapping my wheel centre caps, nothing was to much trouble a great guy, great service and good value already booked in my pick up truck … would highly recommend
This is my second time using Titan Tinting & Wraps, I am very happy with the work and the customer service. First visit was for my roof, wing mirrors, spoiler and a decal on the bonnet, price was good work was great and after having a chat I decided to book in for some more work. This time wheel refurbishment and colour change, side skirt decals, eye brows, tinted rear lights and side indicators de-chromed. Price was amazing and work as before spot on. I will be back for more and would 100% recommend.

Liam Roberts: Went to Titan Tinting at the end of December 2021 for windows tints, light tints and a dechrome. After 6 months some areas had started to bubble so the wrap was also splitting where it had been dechromed. I contacted them to see if The issues could be rectified which I was told wouldn’t be an issue but due to an injury it wouldn't be for 3-4 weeks. I sent numerous messages after the 4 weeks which are being ignored now. Zero aftercare from Titan Tinting and I will now have to find a company that can at best rectify the issues or re-do the whole lot.

This means that the owner of the policy is probably unaware that you have shared their personal with a third party. I also have a copy of the policy taken out.
Oscar Loarridge: Honestly the best warranty company ever. I started a claim a week or two before my warranty ran out and the girls in the office were nothing short of amazing. The garage I chose delayed the process of getting the diagnosis in more than once, meaning that my warranty should have expired but Leanne and Tara were brilliant and so helpful. They helped me talk to the garage, apply for an extension and even waited on the phone with me for ages and spoke to the garage themselves. I really don't think I could've done it without them.Brilliant!!!EDIT:My car has now been fixed, and when it came to pay the garage, it turned out that their company dissolved, with the help of Dianne, who was again nothing short of amazing, we managed to overcome the hurdle. Richard Cooley: I called Warranty First because the Accelerator pedal sensor on my car was faulty. I didn't expect them to pay out from the offset, why? One of the biggest problems with Warranty First is that not only have garages never heard of them they appear to be hiding their warranty policy. This is a major red flag, as it suggests that they may not be willing to honour their commitments or may be engaging in deceptive practices. If you can't easily find information about what their warranty covers and what the terms and conditions are, it's difficult to know whether it's worth investing in their services.Even if you do manage to find information about Warranty First's warranty policy, there's no guarantee that they will actually pay out for anything. It's concerning that there are reports of customers having difficulty getting the company to honor their warranty claims. This raises serious questions about whether WarrantyFirst is actually providing any value to their customers or just taking their money and running. Another thing to mention is the call centre itself just sounds amateurish. No queue system when busy, they just say call back. Just an odd vibe.Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering WarrantyFirst to do their research and proceed with caution. There are many other companies out there that offer reliable warranty services and are transparent about their policies and procedures. Zubair Gharghasht: All I would say don’t buy warranty from this company. They just don’t reply emails and will not handle your case at all in manner that should happen. I was sold their warranty through a dealership, all I say it was just piece of paper sold to me and when I reported repairs, sent them all evidence via email they didn’t reply to it but they had the guts to call me to say if I want to extend my warranty. They are good at keeping records of following when you are due to renew but not when you have claims. Just last word, don’t buy it. Go buy from some known providers with good reputation.

I recommend everyone to avoid this company or not to buy any car with this company warranty.Update for the warranty company :I have the clutch now, and I have been to other 2 more garages and all of them confirmed the clutch is not worn out and it was a failure.I maintain my recommendation to avoid with all the costs when buying a car from a dealer to have warranty from this company.
