iCaSH Peterborough: what do users think?
Lorenzo Monteforte: I live in this city. Makes sense I would go to my local. Either the city is flooded with STDs or the phone staff are too lazy to answer. "you are number 4 in the queue". When I'm number 1, it says "We are extremely busy right now, please try again later". I always go to another clinic outside of town because they answer my call and get me booked in straight away for my routine testing.
Audrius Butvilas: 1 star for reception staff ! Horrible service rude and have 0 interest, commitment or willingness to help you. On another hand doctors in there are superb 5 starts to them !
lizzie rachel: Not happy at all with the phone line. Been on hold for over an hour !!!! Disconnecting me after ten minutes of holding so I have to call again. Was reccomended by my doctors to use them but they cant even answer the phone !!not happy. They need to do something about that
Hamid Siddiqi: Very bad line is open, but the line says is close not good service
Michaela L: Can’t even get through
Stephanie Harling: Firstly the 5 stars are for one person only not the entire service and that person is JESSIE.I called icash Peterborough 10weeks ago about having my implant taken out as it effects my body badly and the due to the attempt at getting pregnant.I was informed by 3 different ladies it’s was 4-6weeks, the again 6-8 weeks and finally the rudest of them all told me 8-12weeks and if I please call my doctors. I informed this lady my doctors don’t do implant removals and I had the reply well try a different icash. I called today 26.09.2022 9weeks and 6 days after my original call and spoke to Jessie! This angel sorted it out within minutes. After speaking to her I had a nurse call me and book me in for 2days time! Jessie was calm, polite, professional, reassuring and even apologetic about her colleagues who quite frankly need training in customer service and basic manners! Jessie you are a amazing and thank you!
pere k: Very poor phone line you can't get to anyone ,they said call in the morning I did but computer cut you off automatically
Jo humphrey: Impossible to get through on phones, either closed, have a telecomms issues or just cut you off. Be better if there was a queueing system. Clearly health is NOT their priority.
Nigel Smith: Dreadful service and poor communication skills, this service needs overhauling.
Michelle Harding: Can't even get through on the phone, I've tried different times of day. So frustrating. Annoying being cut off if I could hold the line it would be something but no. I just keep getting cut off.
Danielle Phillipson: Impossible to get an appointment for this service. The phone line puts you on hold for 15mins in a ‘queue’ and then hangs up on you. No wonder there are so many lockdown babies when it’s so hard to get contraceptive.
Justin Gibbs: CANT GET HOLD OF ANYBODY ? WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU PEOPLE ??????? COVID OK I GET IT BUT LOADS OF PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS SO MAYBE OFFER THEM A JOB SO SOMEONE COULD ACTUALLY ANSWER MY PHONE ??? DISGUSTING
Gabriel Szabo: What is going on, I mean I understand there is CIVID but people still need access to healthcare. Been calling them for days but their phone line is non exiting. I know there is self testing kits but can you imagine if someone was tested positive for something scary and try to call the clinic they would feel broken. iCaSH Peterborough needs sorting out!
William Soja: I've been trying to call for 5 days at 9am. My calls have been dropped, told to call back 3 days in a row and told at 9:12am all appointments have gone. The service is broken and really needs fixing. I understand the current situation has affected many things but not having any access to services like this in all of Peterborough is appalling.
paula Tait: Tried ringing many times to never even get through, no email address to contact and can't even drop in due to covid regulations!
Gabriela Wolska: Been waiting over the Phone for 1.5 hour and made 40 calls with two phones and they telling me that they dont have any appointment Available waste of time!!!
Leander Leverton: Excellent care and understanding
Tina mutler: Very good treatment and care they are very excellent.
fabio amaral: Good service & good understanding doctors

Well Paston - Chadburn Centre: what do users think?
Jeff Clips: Actually harder to call these than doctors. Always asked to wait an hour for prescription, week in week out. no end of wasted journeys. Probably the worst service I’ve had ever from any business.
andrew: Now because of this place we have smack heads waiting around the estate for there methadone in the early hrs.don't try and ring this place, you can call them while in the building and not here the phone ring.
Yvonne Gill: How long should it take to get a repeat prescription I ordered my on the 6th march and still not heard from the chemist its a disgrace
Donna Rose: I have used this chemist for 17 years only because its on my doorstep. Over the years ive sent staff come and go. The team that are in there at the moment are completely incompetent! The staff in there are extremely slow and very unfriendly. They have become the worse chemist, in my experience. I waited in a que for 34 minutes today! The que ended up at the door. When i finally got to the front, they didnt have all my prescription.( It usually takes them weeks to get prescriptions together at the best of times).I questioned this but one staff in particular spoke with aggression. If there was another chemist near by, id avoid chadburn with a passion! They need to get their act together. .......
Alixandra Dreyer: I’m back to edit my one star.. to say… NOT EVEN ONE STAR!! Don’t go here! They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER have my meds in stock.. even the simplest as “birth control” I have wasted so much of my time & my husbands time going back a forth trying to solve issues. That they could solve -IF- THEY WOULD EVER ANSWER THE PHONE… do us all a favor and close down your doors. You clearly don’t care about your customers and make everyone feel more like a burden, then running a business… FINALLY CHANGED PHARMACY.. the one on Lincoln Rd. has good reviews.. so before you think its just people complaining online.. ask yourself this. How did other pharmacies get good reviews??? Hummm.. maybe by actually doing their job.(ORIGINAL REVIEW 2020)I hate leaving bad reviews.. but the staff I had an interaction with was terribly rude, very blank stares. They also charged me when it was covered..I have my husband pick up my meds now cause I cant be asked.
Paul Long: Ridiculous absolutely out of there depth.very rude not helpful somebody high needs to look at this place and close it down !
Mat Raw (Artixex): staff so rude and not helpful at all if u need find out something they give u attitude .
luna Nogo: Oh my god change your pharmacy do not use. Rude staff. Never have your meds in stock. Never answer phone. Will be changing
Mick Green: This place is a joke. Incompetent and rude staff, more than a week to fill a script and it's nearly always wrong. I've given up on them and now go to Mi Pharmacy at Werrington. Although it's further away I don't have to go there 2 or 3 times every month to get my meds.
Shreejana Poudyal: Today my husband pick my midication from Well but ,he was not happy. He requested me next time when I call GP ,Please ask GP to send medication to collect from Wertington Pharmacy.I have too bad experience on waiting a long at Well.So we won't be gooing Well anymore.
umesh lamichhane: Normally,I used to use this pharmacy as it is closed to my GP. But I left and move to Wertington Pharmacy as it is the best in PE4 post code area.Staff looks too busy on talking and the service is poor ( waiting too long). And I take regular medication and this is near for me but I go to Wertington Pharmacy for my medication.
Dest Omnz: Unfortunately this pharmacy is absolutely awful, you are made to wait hours if not days for prescriptions that are vital to your health. Some of the staff members are actually very rude, it's beyond a joke now it's every month they've never got it ready and tell us we have to wait for a text that normally comes 3 days later. I understand that they may be behind but there is no excuse every single month!!!
Elizabeth Napiorkowska: The worst pharmacy ever!!! Staff very rude, unfriendly and incompetent. I was without my meds for 5 days because - as every month - they were behind. Calling them doesn't make any difference as their answer was the same as every other time: wait for the message that your prescription is ready for collection. My argument of being 4th day without vital for my health tablets hasn't changed anything and in fact was told that wasting their time as they have to answer the phone! Will be complaining to the head office
David “Blade” M: Very poor will be making a complaint top office
Rachel Hepburn: If you aren't collecting a prescription this pharmacy is useless to you! To help support the NHS we're supposed to use the pharmacist first for minor ailments but every time I've visited here I'm told to go to a doctor. A pharmacist hasn't even bothered to speak to me, it is usually the cashier that directs me to a doctor. Each time I've visited the doctor, I've been told that a pharmacy would have been able to help. Well this one definitely doesn't help.
Irene Johnson: Always very helpful, never, ever experienced a problem there.
Lee Elener: Avoid if at all possible .dont deserve 1 star but its the lowest you can give.
Georgina Stephanie Boyce: I find the girls are quite busy seem short-staffed x
Jayne R: Lovely people and well set out shop, but always seem to get confused when delivering my medication.
Chris Le-Court (SplinteredMind): Terrible service
Aaron Reed: Absolutely useless. Terrible service. Really slow.. Rude on the phone. And now won't accept prescription orders over the phone.. Wouldn't recommend anyone using this pharmacy

Lewis H: It's OK. Could do with a food to go section though.

remix 2020: Great customer service
Nikki Warren: My favourite supermarket. Friendly staff and great bonus points when using the app.

Harry Sutcliffe: Tymbark
DJ Devil: They keep moving things around
Arturs Eglitis: like Very much .💖💖
Sally Mills: Great for fuel and ciggies
Asif Malik (Asif K Malik): The quality of vegetables at Sainsbury’s is quite good but only if you find the correct batch. It’s one of the larger Sainsbury stores that you can find. I was quite surprised to find the variety of vegetables available in the organic range. There are naturally other items available as well in the store as well along with a large stationary section, cool and frozen section. The parking is quite large and there is a fuel station as well. You do have to bring your own pound for the trolley.
Andy Boylan: Getting more and more expensive, but great products and availability
Susan Hook: Good
Magdalena Meg Garczynska: clean shop well stocked and nice service would recommend using often for when i need lunch break at work good choice of products nice cashiers and helpful staff on shop floor
Steve Farndale: It's ok. Fuel was cheap ish today (21st March 23)
Ricardo: Good place plenty of choices
Steve Webb: Large Sainsbury's with an Argos inside, as well as a bank branch and Starbucks.Petrol and ATM’s outside.
CrystaWolf: Always a great experience with awesome customer service
Slawomir Wozniak: Good shop

Asda Peterborough Superstore: what do users think?
James Lewis: Incredibly under staffed, far too long at tills.
Maxine Hare: In many places MUCH more expensive than Tesco, definitely not cheap as their ads would suggest.Full of unhygienic people coughing and spluttering everywhere, staff and customers alike, no covering up their mouth or using tissue/sleeve. (and I caught a really bad cold / genuinely believe in there due to this).Lots of people standing in aisles yapping loudly in their mother tongues and reluctant to move out of the way when politely asked. (IE "excuse me please")Finally got to a checkout, and the woman was THE most miserable person I have ever met. Rammed my shopping through with no consideration, did not crack a smile, and no please or thank you during payment. What a HORRIBLE experience, I shall never shop in Rivergate ASDA again.
Marc Sampson: No baskets at entrance. Discriminates against the disabled. I am partially sighted, hence can't drive, so relies on public transport. Therefore I am limited to how much I can carry. There are too many of these multi buy discounts where it's cheaper per item if you buy more than one. For example, I needed some orange juice. It was £1.70 for one or £3 for two. Well, I don't want two, nor would I be able to carry two with other items I want. I refuse to buy something from these so called deals. Why should I have to pay more for one because of my disability. I will be writing to my MP about this. Shouldn't be legal. Another example, Heinz soup, 5 for £6. Can't remember how much they are individually. Plus many other items, like fresh meat. Didn't buy hardly anything. Aldi or Lidl don't do these 'pay more for one than three' deals. Won't be shopping here again. I only popped in as I was in the area. Usually shop at Aldi closest to me, and will continue to do so.
Bad Baba: Disgusting the way I was stared at by security staff and then verbally abused by the senior manager simply for cycling past them. Called a low life so when I gave them the V for victory sign, not two fingers up. Then then used that as an excuse for their intimidating and rude behaviour. The manager looked and sounded like a thug. Then when I complained it seems that only one person was capable of any morals or the truth but all the staff involved all out rank him. Most of the staff are not capable of the truth. For shame.Hi Tasha and thank you. It was yesterday 8th November at about 4pm. Peterborough Rivergate Store. The manager was wearing a grey suit with red bits, some sort of Christmas decoration I think. The Woman on the Security desk refused to give me his or anybody else's name. Thank you again for taking notice.UPDATE.Months later and you did nothing.
Rachael Rusling: Very good
Idress Jan: Nice good and nice👍👌
TJ: Free parking which is handy
Orlando Ramalho: Asalways
Jessica Forber: I am a disabled person who is never able to park close enough to the store. Your disabled parking is always taken up by people without blue badges and no one is monitoring this. I have been coming to you for years and am being forced now to change to another store who is able to offer better facilities and parking for my condition.
Yosif Anchev: What an epic fail!!!One hour after open time, tills are not open!I must have been shopping for 10 minutes and waited another 5 at the tills, wondering why no till is open, when I heard the first announcement, said in a totally rushed manner, that tills weren't opening until 11am, which was in about 10 minutes. There were probably 50 people waiting, some started leaving their stuff and walking out angry at the totally impudent inability of ASDA Peterborough management to deal with the situation.ASDA as a company must be absolutely brain-dead to allow such incompetent people ruin their reputation like that, for there is absolutely no reason valid enough to excuse opening a shop without opening the tills for ONE HOUR, and meanwhile some staff members loitering there in plain sight not even trying to let customers through (or give information). The definition of time-wasters.In times of massive unemployment, there is no excuse being short-staffed and I hope the useless staff are got rid of asap, for the sake of the customers, the business, the Universe and everything else.
Michelle Cassar: Generally helpful, cheerful staff. Great range of products at good prices. Only place I know that sell Super King size bedding. Easy to park
Ilya: Ridiculous! They let you in the store, but the tills won’t open until certain time. Products are over the place, you won’t pass pickers and there’s hardly anything left if you go an hour after opening. If other branches can manage it, why can’t you? You’ve lost anonother customer…
Banlington Ball: Another poor review for here unfortunately. Came in to get some items for a friend that were Asda specific and just wow. I read some of the other reviews and thought they were feeling a bit harsh but I can totally agree! 'The great unwashed' is a spot on comment by one - honestly, the odour from some of the staff here was unbelievable (not a lot you can do about the consumers!) After asking one for help I really was put off asking again for more than one reason. It's Saturday and there are just TWO manned tills open - the rest is self service = queues going up the aisles and no more opening. As for sense of urgency, that's close to zero. It's not a library peeps, it's a supermarket and nobody should be waiting so long in a queue to pay!
Dana Gessert: Appalling!!! They put a hold on my money and cancelled my order not once but several times .I never use them again
Andy Payne: This store has to be the worst store I have ever shopped in, not just ASDA, that’s any store, ever! The entire building could be sold as a zombie apocalypse experience. The scene is set every time I go in there. The cast is always present, made up of the staff and Peterborough’s great unwashed - Barren shelves at all times of day, staff dribbling at the door as shoplifters flee with stolen Vodka. The homeless persons that work on rotating shifts greet you at the door, eyeing up anything you have managed to cobble together that the looters have left behind as you go. ASDA, you should be ashamed of your Peterborough store or at least award us shoppers with a selection of weapons on entry, so we at least stand a chance of survival.
Eddie kennelly: Great shop for everything including the pharmacy.Clean and tidy the staff are polite and helpful even the security staff have kind manner.
Donna Morley: So Asda now say we close at 5??This isn’t true as I was turned away being told we are closed madam and when I looked at my phone 16:47 I said thought you closed at 17:00 now he said yes that’s right people are going to the tills now , you can’t come in. REALLY ! Why say 17:00 I wasted my time to nip there for cat litter…in the rain too.
Hermione Jordan: Toilets were absolutely disgusting would have waited but was to desperate no toilet roll in any toilet a women in front of me had to ask a man to get her some from the male toilets and was messy everywhere.according to my brother the male toilets had no doors absolutely a disgrace
Adam Lang: lovely man called Callum who helped us today came in at 7am for prime (because yesterday he said they’ll have it today ) thank god they had it today he went in the back and managed to get us 2 bottles thanks
Carrie-Louise Keehn: Wide range of products at affordable prices better then most supermarkets
Vera Gouveia: Was in ASDA on Saturday and did not like the way one of their member Brian treats people.Think ASDA should give him some lessons on customer service. It is expensive....and on top of that we are treated badly by that man Brian...Don't recommendWill not go there againI said I would not put my feet in Asda again but butToday the 19th of November my flatmate asked me if I wanted to go there with him so I wentOnce again the rude and racist Brian came on the scene ....he heard us talk Portuguese so he told me I could only buy 3 meat pies I told him I was just buying 1 and my flatmate 3 that is when he told me that putting our shopping on the same trolley would count as one....He started being rude once again and I asked to speak to the manager she was on his side telling me that two people with the same trolley count as one....PEOPLE ...... DO NOT GO TO ASDA NOT WORTH THE HASSLEAsda treats people like probably they treat their family.....Rude employees ......Including the so called manager that when I said that I was not accepting what she said she must have anger issues ...she threw the meat pies to the floor....Rude and racist....PEOPLE there are cheaper and better supermarkets in Peterborough ....where people are treated like people...I know Asda has a policy of giving employment to people with a little bit of learning difficulties but should not put them in contact with customers...Brian is a example of that ....he is rude ....he is racist and more they shout at customersWhen I told the manager (I think that rude woman is the manager) that I would never put my feet in Asda while that racist rude Brian was there ...she answered FINE for Asda it's ok....So that is how Asda treats clientsTHIS TIME IT IS FOR REAL I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ...MY FLATMATE DID NOT BRING HIS MEAT PIES WENT TO TESCO AND PEOPLE PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE .....

Tesco Extra: what do users think?
John: Massive shop you can pretty much find anything hereThere's always the downside of there being way to many other costumers there
Kevin. Turner: Not bad for shopping.
pip carter: Easy place to shop
Mark B: Drove 5 miles to fill up my car with Diesel. Staff just locking up. They’d left open just 6 pumps which had all run out of Diesel, and locked the other dozen or so pumps up that did have Diesel. Didn’t seem to care or communicate with customers. Sums up most big companies these days. Wasted 20 minutes of my day after a 16 hour day working and commuting. Annoyed is an understatement.
Ozzy Wood: Great staff members
Julie Dibble: It's very handy for essential items when one forgets with main shopping
Mahmud Abu: Very bad service, even the stuff they are rude😔
amit chakravarty: Absolutely disgusting customer service , the people on the till are efficient but the managers and team leads need proper training. The staff tells one thing and managers are just rude not to acknowledge their mistakes. They really need to be measured by performance and feedback. Tesco leadership should take note
Graham Simpson: Great place to shop, just a little slow going through the checkout. Maybe it's because I usually shop at aldi.
Francisca Nayak: Versatile sales
Catia Cowling: Clean and helpful staff. Enough tills open too.
Sarah Buckley: Clean and tidy. Staff are not as friendly as other stores so if you need help they are not always willing to do so but if you want a quiet shop this place is great. There is always some offers available. It's a big store so lots of variety.
Andrea: All I can say, the biggest thank you to all staff who helped me this evening wgen my my son suddenly had a big nose bleed. The first aiders attended to help, even the staff packed my shopping for me. Thank you so so much, it made me feel so grateful for the amazing people around me. Thank you so much again and Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄
Nuno Baía: Ridiculous system that shows no respect for customers. I was charged £120 extra at the Petrol Station when used pay at pump service on top of the price of the used fuel. So this charge wasn’t advertised anywhere at the pump, I wasn’t aware and I certainly didn’t agree with it but wasn’t given a choice. After I realised that I was charged twice a quick search online states this stupid fee. Now although that fee was reverted is still showing pending and therefore I’m not able to use that money for a few days now. Well done Tesco every little helps into your pockets!
the p0kox: Large store, handy location
Gardener Gary: As regular users of the store I have to say Arron on the fresh meat counter was outstanding today, after requesting chicken livers he said “yes we have them but not on here” removed his apron and went to get them! I’m so impressed a huge pat on the back for himTHANK YOU
Lirin Cyriac: One of the largest Tesco Extras I have ever been to. Located conveniently, the supermarket makes very good use of the available space. The biggest plus it's that one would not feel cramped in the place as the aisles are very wide. The Japanese section is very good and at a reasonable price. The plan few closes say 12 am on all nights except at Sunday . This is very handy and one shouldn't be worries about shipping late as u you are now likely to get fresh stock as the staff start restocking at about 10 ppm.
Alaeddin Alhamoud: Free car park. 😉
Andi: It's always clean here and a really helpful member of staff helped me today.
Maxine Hare: It's a supermarket, what is there to say? Sometimes other shoppers clog aisles which isn't helpful when you're in a hurry.Sometimes finding a staff member to help is next to impossible! It's a decent supermarket to shop at though
Margaret moorton: Too much stock and layout very confusing

Well Millfield - Lincoln Road: what do users think?
Karolina: The worst service I have ever had. You have to wait so long to get your prescription. Staff is rude and very unhelpful.
david jeffery: Very poor service, having to continually contact them reference overdue repeat prescriptions, 86 yr old mother sometimes left with gaps of 2 weeks between vital medication because they can't get their act together.
Aaliya: It took me absolutely ages to get through. The receptionist didn't even see the need to apologise. I was caller number 2 for a whole 20 mins. Overall, customer service was disgusting.
David Nevin: They never have what's on your prescription and you always have to wait for them to order it.
gipsy: Doctor
Adam: Pharmacy should be open from 9 am but unfortunately no one there. Its 9:20.
Anne Raven: The staff are really nice, especially the pharmacist who has been there a long time and gives a personal service despite the changes in the new systems and owner. It only sells trade name products rather than cheaper own brand and not able to collect prescription at the weekend as it's in the surgery. The delivery driver is excellent.
平沼真一: tony
dawood: A good pharmacy on Lincoln Road

Rowlands Pharmacy Westgate: what do users think?
Ruby red lips nicky b: Excellent service, professional and very helpful and friendly staff. Will recommend to all of my friends.
Javed Saleem: Called this Pharmacy....spoke to Pharmacist. He was frank and honest about the availability of medication, in current climate. We are now transferring our repeat prescriptions to this Pharmacy.
LAURA HARRIS: Recently changed management, received much better service. Served immediately and felt welcome. Didn’t have my prescription item in stock however but offered to order it for the same afternoon and contact me as soon as it had arrived.
Oliver Halder: Too often I go to collect and they don't even have my prescription. They blame the surgery. Surgery blames them.
Gundega Upe: Very rude personal! permission to raise your voice and shout to customers! it seems like imaginable gods!
Neil Bevan: Chain Pharmacy with disgusting price hikes, some over the counter medication was 2 and 3 times the national rate at other pharmacies. Modern day piracy at its best here. I always buy over the counter medication from independent chemist's now, who operate in keeping with RRP.
Chris Berriman: Very nice staff and always have medication in stock or they will order it for the next day
