The Brewery Tap: what do users think?
Adam Blake cot: Peterborough peterboroughshire
Lisa Squires: As ever always fantastic food and service.... our go to place for a good beer and food, also dog friendly. The tap never lets us down .
Bruce Dunn: oh dear.. overated thai food.. shody and rushed service. found a buncle in my starter, when i complained they laughed. the windows need a good clean and the floor is sticky, makes me want to wipe my feet on the way out. i have since been back when drunk and it was a great night out.
spencer hopkinson: I've been going to The Brewery Tap for well over 20 years now which speaks volumes. It's always a superb choice of beer, good food and live music. I hope to be visiting for another 20 years!
Brad Tooby: Been here three times for lunch, a lovely & clean atmosphere! I ordered a spare ribs & green curry for starter and main. Been unwaveringly tasty every time and the presentation makes it all the more mouth-watering.Ideal to go start of the week, quiet and relaxing. Defo a best seller!
kerry keen robertson: Went for a meal with friends on a Friday night. The food was ridiculously amazing and the portions were very generous. The atmosphere was great and the tables were spaced so you weren't clustered together. Great music and great vibes. Definitely going again
Dave Coxon: Long since been fans of this establishment, and after a looooong time between visits, I’m happy it’s still going, and is still Oakham Ales’ BTVisiting my brother, we decided to head somewhere central to eat, and this felt like the obvious choiceBeer selection is varied and all kept in top conditionThe food menu is Thai Fusion with a street food vibe to it. It was fresh and flavourful, with perfect portion sizesThere were only a few tables occupied whilst we were there. The two staff serving were welcoming and attentive2 adults - impromptu lunchtime visit (12:00, just as they’d opened) - midweek - March 2023 - food and drinks
Cacia Wilkinson: Brilliant vibe, food incredible and comfortable environment.
Cynthia Rutterford: Great food and good service.
Roger King: Great pub with brewery. I'll try the food next time.
Iain Macdougall: Beer was awful
David Heald: Always great beer choice, good atmosphere.
Pete C: Visited the brewery tap while meeting friends in Peterborough. Great place to stop off with good selection of drinks and lovely Thai food. Excellent open plan venue with great atmosphere.
Tapas Chatterjee: FANTASTIC SERVICE...
Sem Ma Rii: The food there is amazing! Nice big portion ald light yummy dessert! You cannot order drinks to the table what is not nice. Very long time waiting to order food.
Simon Lakin: Great Thai food and beer 👍👏👌
Sam: Arrived for a drink after work. Once purchased I was physically ejected from the venue without any reason. Once removed and questioned, I was told it was for wearing shorts. There was no notice displayed regarding a clothing requirement apart from wearing hoodies. Disgusting behaviour from two bouncers that physically removed me from the venue, despite I have worn shorts a number of times before.
Manix Zero: Absolutely stonking food!Stopped in after X-Mouse shopping for a bite to eat.Prices were very reasonable considering the exceptional quality of the food!My new favourite place to eat, I'll certainly be back!
wbcc557 wbcc557: Been in here a few times, either for just a drink or to eat.Ate upstairs in the restaurant area on my recent visit. Nice Thai food washed down with Oakham Citra.Good service. Reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. The online booking system works well.A really good venue. The building is a good conversion of an old Labour Exchange. Convenient fir the train station.
Gina Brogden: Was a lovely pub restaurant food was great service fantastic very relaxing evening with friends who totally enjoyed themselves too ohh and was one of my friends birthday and she got a free dessert brought out with candle and they say happy birthday to her as well great touch will definitely return soon 😀 😊
Konstantinos Papakostas: Great food

The Stoneworks Bar: what do users think?
Alexandra B-T: Really good selection of beer & friendly atmosphere. Can get crowded near the bar at night but just shows how popular it is! Nice decor also.
Joe Granata: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Stoneworks bar in Peterborough and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I was able to chat with the bartender and they were able to recommend the perfect drink for me based on my preferences.I was particularly impressed by the variety of craft drinks available. From craft beer to wine, spirits the Stoneworks has it all. And the fact that they strive to source the best from all over the globe is truly remarkable. I tried a few different drinks and I was blown away by the quality and taste. I can't wait to go back and try something new.The atmosphere of the bar was also fantastic. It had a cozy and inviting vibe. And did I mention shuffleboard? As the only bar in Peterborough with shuffleboard, this added an extra level of fun to my experience. I love playing shuffleboard and I was thrilled to find a bar that offered it!
walkeda1: A Breath of fresh air in Peterborough
Andrew Shepherd: Lovely old building with great selection of craft beers and wonderful staff who are very friendly and help you to choose the right beer by providing tasters
Mr Incredible: Now it's just somebody that I used to know (somebodyyyyyy)
James Samways: Mellow bar with a good selection of beers which aren’t the commercial tripe you get elsewhere
Chloe WH: Hands down the best cocktails in Peterborough - especially the bartenders espresso! Love the hot cocktails in winter too.
Dave Robson: Great selection of beer, friendly staff and a good vibe.
M: Nutella ice cream stout or quad infused mango IPA? This is the place to go to in Peterborough. The staff are always super friendly and will give you a taster shot of all 30 or so taps if you want (don't take my word for it, though) Yes, it is furnished with what looks like scrap material and the prices aren't the cheapest, but you can only drink so much of the 11% cherry pie lager, haha
IA Tyler: Amazing place! We stopped in and couldn't have been happier. The beer selection was very large and covered many styles. The decor was really cool with bare stone and industrial touches. Sean was especially nice and gave us some history on the place. Finally, they have a wonderful shuffleboard table, which is a fun way to spend a couple of hours while having a nice drink. We will definitely be back!
Mjr Cox: If you like a place that only sells 2/3 pints of 15 varieties that each taste like a slightly hazier version of the other... then this is for you. Prob most expensive pint in pboro
Leonardo Falaschini: I’ve been told the bad smell comes from the Nails salon beside them. Great beers
Elizabeth van Leeuwen: Ok, funny smell
Lance Dawkins: Great beer selection
Joel Jacob: Always love this place. Great beer great staff great atmosphere
James M: Good for a quiet drink and social with friends. Fantastic selection of beers.
Mark Lock: Just love this bar, staff so friendly and helpful and know their stuff when it comes to craft beers and real ales when you have too many to choose from. Normally get to park myself here when the wife goes to the nail bar next door. I now like the sour beers. We had a game of suffle board this time great fun.
John Martin: I hadn't warmed to this little bar on previous visits but last night it blew my socks off. From the friendly welcome at the bar to the great range of craft beers available. The barmaid knew her stuff and offered tasters readily. At last a craft beer bar that knows how to serve beer at the correct temperature. Still not sure about the diagonal beer boards, and some tasting notes would be a great addition. Will definitely be coming back
Stuart Dickenson: The latest Great beers. Massive selection
Jeremy Kennett: Fab spot
Matt Bramley: Always a great selection of delicious beers.

Boathouse: what do users think?
Andrew Hearn: Nice location, but one person at the bar with a massive queue while other staff stand idle doing nothing. Half the beers are either off or 'coming soon'. It's a beautiful location, but the service is terrible.Latest update. We can't offer you our sharing board. Why?Because we can'tWhat haven't you got?No, we've got all of it, and it's still on our menu, but you have to buy it all individually. No reason, just because .
Christine Frost: The seabass was excellent.
Carl Green: Great place to have a meal, and the service was excellent.
andrew hindle: Good atmosphere and friendly staff . Food was very good and a good night was had by all
Julian Hill: Great atmosphere and modern interior, the food was outstanding and the staff very friendly and attentive. Thank you :)
Alison Glover: We visited on Saturday 18th March as we were staying in the Dragonfly next door. Previously we’d had lovely meals there. This time however, although the restaurant was practically empty we were told that we couldn’t order any food as we had not booked on line. We were quite disappointed, and I felt sorry for the young waitress as she took quite a bit of flack from others trying to do the same as us.So we had one round of very expensive drinks and went back to the Dragonfly where we had a fantastic meal.Sorry Boathouse, we won’t be back.
Sophie Morris: It's to long to go into properly but please do not go if you have an allergy!Staff were made aware of allergies, ordered a vegan meal, meal was served with cheese on. We asked the waitress to check that it was vegan, and her reply was that it was vegan cheese. My children ate the meal, 9 months old very poorly, including 2 hospital visits and reaction still going on. My 6 year old has had a reaction as well but less severe.Allergies are not a joke! Yes, you are retraining everyone and looking into it, BUT it shouldn't have happened.Hes still reacting now 6 dayd on. We are now worried to take them out for meals and hoping the sleepless night with the baby in pain will end soon.
Andy Harley: Food good. Service a little on the slow side, however it was Mother's Day to be fair
Alto Saxx: Excellent service
Babunilayam Gangadharan: Very poor customer service
Ellie George: One of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited over an hour for our food, I ordered the gammon & when it eventually did arrive… they had given me pork NOT gammon! My partners food never even arrived. Definitely not going back here.
Steve Farndale: AJ was great. Whatever she gets paid it isn't enough by a long way. We had to pre order the food because there was a lot of us. Even though we had already ordered it took a couple of hours to actually get the mains. They told us that we could only have 4pm so we had that time. It was gone 17:15 by the time we got some of the mains. They tried to give one of the party something that wasn't ordered. We had all finished by the time it turned up. Deserts were hit and miss on timings as well. Give us 15 sets of cutlery but didn't take into account some people having starters. Had to ask several times for more. I wouldn't have minded but it wasn't busy at all. Back to AJ, she was a star a bright star in a sea of crud.
Katja Stout: Really nice food and very friendly staff but slow service (20 minutes ish to take our drinks orders and 40 minutes for some bread for the table). Would definitely recommend just plan in a bit more time than normal.
Tracy Turra: Food is fine, but service is very slow to non-existent. Not sure if they've been told not to check regularly on customers, but it would have been good to have refills on drinks. I've noticed this a few times having been here over the years.
Barbara Gant: Had a lovely meal with friends and family. The food was really good even though we waited a while for it. On the dessert menu, the bakewell tart came with ice cream or custard. We weren't asked which we wanted and were given ice cream. I only ordered it as it came with custard. They were also out of Bacardi, which is the only drink I have, so I had to settle for a soft drink whilst the rest of our group all had alcohol. Overall a very nice place and will go again
Nick B Nick B: Very smart... very close to the water... carpark is sadly pay and display £5 minimum spend for refund... 1x cask beer... No Cask Marque accreditation certificate available.
Teresa Casey: Busiest I have seen it. Service slow as appears understaffed.Limited lunch time choice for sandwiches etc.
Kelly Marie Prentice: Lovely pub. Parking is free if you sign in inside the pub which isn't obvious outside - so check before you pay
Steve Forder: Very dog friendly and enjoyed our food. We.felt it was good value too.
Ben Spencer: Amazing food, but, just too busy.Had booked table for food but poor staff were so stretched wait just to place order was long enough and bar only manned by one person couldn’t even get a drink quick. Went at 2pm past peak on a Sunday missed our 4pm train for single course.Just felt for the staff overworked and getting the brunt of complaints, watched one table walk out in the end.
Jim Whitmore: Great food, friendly staff and dogs welcome

The Frothblowers: what do users think?
Alan Clark: Super place, great beers, no music and friendly folk! Love it.Next visit, a year later - and nothing has changed ! Sunday, 4 p.m. and the place is heaving, standing room only, but no trouble to reach the bar, everyone is so friendly. The beer is great, the company convivial, the boss and his staff are so welcoming and helpful its like a time warp into an almost forgotten time of warm sociability and calm. I can't wait to visit again.

Oakham Ales: what do users think?
Paul Sebastian Congiu: Nice taste, good quality. Very fresh, balanced top. Thanks Team. Colville Wetherspoon
Jamie Watts: What can I say groovers, this ale from this brewery is amazing. My mate Marcus works for this company , and he wasn’t wrong to say it was amazing beer. The CITRA is most amazing for my taste, but the JHB , inferno and bishops farewell are also out of this world, they should serve Oakham ales in every pub in the country, keep up the good work lads , very happy 😃
Klaus Mair: Really impressed with the Citra. Amazing beer!! Hope you ship to Austria. Trying to find out now 💪🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Tony Lee: Oakham Citra, probably the best beer in The World! Amazingly good and highly recommended.
JET 15: Staying locally at Rockingham and bought some of their ales in the shop on site - absolutely amazing - the Citra in particular is awesome. Will be ordering some more when I get home - better than anything you can get in the supermarket!
G B: Love Oakham Ales! Super quality choice of beers at great prices too!
Nathan Biginton: Never really had a bad beer from Oakham. Citra IPA can fluctuate in flavour from time to time(bottle) but overall their beers are delicious!I have enjoyed so many great beers from Oakham, cask, bottled and can. Nice to have an independent brewery with individuality which shows in their labels, beer style and taste! I only wish more of my local pubs had Oakham cask ales on tap. I will add my most recent cask ale that I managed to get was the Yakima freeze dried Citra leaf hopped beer. Which I can say was beautiful! One last thing... please never sell out the brewery! So many good breweries like Oakham have and lost what made the name. Wychwood is a prime example! Please keep up the good work guys! Look forward to the next special 😊
peter scott: Beautiful beer, regularly buy Green Devil, Citra and Scarlet Macaw in bottles. Try Green Devil if you dare. Customer service is excellent as is the Brewery Tap which we frequent regularly.
GGG KKK: 世界最高のビールの一つと言っていいだろう。
Nicholas Howe: Now trying one of your inferno blonde ales(very nice and crisp)
Simon Ellwood: Oakham Citra is my favourite beer.
Mike F: Bishops farewell incredible. Love all the oakham ales. So glad all my locals stock them in the black country
Michael Stout: Great Citra real ale in Helensbrough Wetherspoons.
P W3: Love the beers, especially Citra, JHB, & Scarlett Macaw, but not sure about the new labelling on the bottles, makes the product look cheaper.
Angela Dunn: My favourite is Citra. After searching everywhere for it in the bottleI found it at B&M stores. 👍
Guy Sharpe: great brewery, Citra and Green Devil personal favourites
Mr D: Really enjoy oakham ales citra- green devil ipa are my favourites 👍☺👍
BE YOU PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO: love a local beer
Julian Morris: The beers are ok but don't see any dark beer. Mild this is the Midlands after all or a Stout/Porter WHY NO DARK !!!
David Walker: Had a pint of the Mk.V11 in the Old Bridge Hotel in Holmfirth......cracking beer Grommitt, hope to have some more sooner rather than later..👍👍🍺🍺
Michael Garratt: Beers are amazing

Gareth Lorman: I always get good service in here better than most in this one horse town. However the food is hit and miss due to availability and okay if you just want a snack. The best part of this establishment is the staff. We had shannon who is always great and made up for a poor food selection avalibility, shannon wasso polite and a real credit, as is everyone who works here especially when they have to deal with certain clientele these guys have to deal with! Queen's Head, Peterborough: what do users think?
David Nash: I don’t really give 5s, as I think there’s always room for improvement. However, we had our 2 girls and a baby with us, we’re tired from walking round, and this little gem is right outside the shopping centre. Me and the kids had buy one get one free pizza, which was cooked behind the bar, and was absolutely delicious. My misses had pork belly bites, and ate every mouthful. We also had two bowls of potatoes bites with drinks for £34. The staff were very friendly, and the music was great. All in all could nt fault it. Thanks guys, we will be back.
LTCKP: Very good place for lunch! Pizza 🤤🤤
Ryan Bunce: Excellent service, excellent pizza. I go with colleagues for lunch here every Thursday and the vibes are immaculate.
Tom Smith: Excellent service and massively underrated. I highly recommend making a visit here!
Ellie Roberts: Definitely the place to go if you want to get spiked on a night out 😍 almost as bad as O'Neils at this point.

Peter Jones: Great place, try it
Matt Ricketts: Great atmosphere, had a great time meeting up with some family over a few drinks
Robert Pyrah: Interesting pub,,looks like it was put together with bits from a salvage yard. That said, good atmosphere, food good, the pizza is brilliant, made fresh in the large oven. The entertainment was also good and reasonable choice of beer. It was packed out on the Friday. Mondays I believe is 2 4 1 pizza day.
allan claydon: Really lovely pub! Stopped here for a drink in the afternoon it was quiet which made for a nice conversation spotReally spacious with a good amount of tables or varying sizes. Great range of beers on tap and incredibly friendly staffWill be back next time I'm in Peterborough!

Lauren Smith: Went for a birthday party recently. Food was very nice and meal enjoyed by all. However I felt it was a little disappointing that the staff didn't clear away empty glasses as we had our meal, resulting in very full tables. Also Dessert cutlery was given on a plate and placed next to child so naturally didn't get passed around.. which made the whole thing feel a bit clumsy. Overall cleanliness wasn't great. I used the baby changing area and it was filthy. So I cleaned it myself before the baby was even changed. Atmosphere was nice, staff were friendly & polite, although very young so could probably benefit from additional training to improve overall customer service for mealtime. Cleanliness definitely needs to be improved in bathroom area. Overall was OK, sadly I wouldn't rave about it or go again in a hurry.

Sandy Barrand: We've visited here several times recently so the menu choice is getting slightly limited. We prefer to dine in the bar area, as restaurant was too cold when we sat in there, same menu wherever you eat.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian curry (i think it's sweet potato with red pepper) is, in my opinion, the best dish on the menu, it's, I'm not a vegetarian. Just a shame they don't serve it with a flat bread, (chapati or naan) to mop up the sauce.Parking: We use the free parking out front of the building. There may be parking at the back as well, but we have never been round there as it would be too far to entrance for disabled husband.
Malcolm Clarke: We wanted somewhere between Warwickshire and South Lincolnshire for a family lunch and discovered this place.Pre ordered because of party size and nothing was too much trouble on the day. I have no problem recommending this establishment if you fancy a decent nosh!Malcolm Clarke, Rugby Warwickshire March 2023Kid-friendliness: We asked for high chair, got one, they have a decent kids menu too.
Kristina Stretton: Service and food was fantastic! Good selection of drinks and menu. The beef on the sunday roast was cooked lovely and rare with a great vegetable selection and huge yorkshire pudding. My sea bass had so much amazing flavour and the ingredient pairing was stunning! Followed it up with poached pear, caramelized pecan nuts and ice cream. It was some of the best food I have had in a very long time! Looking forward to returning.Vegetarian options: Sunday lunch had fish and risotto options.Kid-friendliness: Few families there, high chairs available.
G W: Top pub, great food, drink and atmosphere. Enjoyed my visit and will return if passing by.
Paul Margison: Visited the Paper Mill at Wansford for the first time the other evening, what can i say? Great staff very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Food was first class and we really enjoyed it. Will definitely go back again some time soon. Thanks to all for making a great evening.
Emma Lawson: Lovely pub, dog friendly. The food was lovely and staff friendly. Thank you
Joanne Wesley: Went here for valentines night meal the place was fantastic the atmosphere, local people said good evening as you walked it decorated very nice warm and homely the staff was very polite the meals was amazing they was that good nothing was left nothing was wrong with the whole evening we are definitely going back we have booked for Sunday lunch already

Shaun Gomes: Just finished a lovely family meal where we were welcomed and looked after from start to finish.Great food, beautiful environment. Thank you 🙏
Anouska Ray: Service was ok the the food was not up to scratch for the price. I had to complain about the fish and chips as it was so greasy I could not eat the batter only the fish on the inside and when I mentioned it, I got offered my drink to be taken off the bill which was a Diet Coke. My other half was also not impressed with his burger which he thought was over priced for what he got. I feel bad to complain as when we went for lunch a few months ago it was lovely.

Mile Tree Brewery: what do users think?
Chris Thompson-Chambers: An absolute gem of a micro brewery in Peterborough, a small family business with a passion for quality. I highly recommend their tripple hop ale (hopfire) and their traditional pilsner.
Michael Reid: The beer is absolutely deliciousThe people are really nice. What more can you ask for
