Asif Malik (Asif K Malik): An amazing, well presented and large book store. Sometimes when I visit here, I think about buying more stationary than I need for my office work. This is an amazing place to shop for stationary and has a decent variety of books. You will spend a lot of time here if you are like most people.There is a post office located within Waterstones, you will see a lot of people visit for this.

Radek Crlik: I think I spent almost two hours searching for books to buy here. There are two floors with huge selection of books and genres. With lovely staff that are able to help you with everything.
Clare Humphries: Waterstones in Peterborough is a very friendly, clean place. The staff are very approachable and knowledgeable. My 13 year old daughter is a bookworm, and Waterstones is the only place she loves to go to.

The Couteous and very helpful staff make shopping here desirable as well as give excellent customer satisfaction.I travel all the way from Satwry to enjoy all that this shop offers. Anne Raven: This small but well stocked Christian book shop has a large range of both adult and children's books, suitable for home and church use. A lovely range of greeting cards for every stage of Christian life. Also has gifts for baptism, confirmation, birth and marriage. A must for people wishing to buy a Christian item . Very friendly staff run by a Christian family.

Must say tho I thought the shop would be more heavy on anime collectibles inside based on what you can see from outside just behind the glass but still a lot in there! The two ladies who were there during my first visit were super friendly and helpful. If You're after some quality reading magerial or some other nerdy goodies please give Close Encounters a visit! :)

Laz V.: The worst post office ever.The guy behind the desk is amazing helpful but the whole post office area dirty filthy massive queue they should have 2 staff all the time.

tori bennetts: all i recieved when i went in there was dirty looks of one perticular staff member and when i went to complain they told me i wasnt allowed because it could affect my partners job as she worked there. so i couldnt complain and then my girlfriend started recieving dirty looks of two particular staff members and she told the manager as it made her uncomfortable and they basically said ignore them because it was too much paper work and also could affect her position so she left. and also if you are in a wheelchair or mobility scooter do not go in there as you wont be able to go around the store. they need to sort their staff out and the way this store is.

It would have been nice for an assistant to offer me help so I could have bought more books from them as couldn't carry them down the stairs. Gets packed out at Christmas. Ronna Fu: Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for an online purchase that was not the branch's fault. I do not recommend online purchase from this company. The shop is interesting to look through and reasonably priced. There isn't much space, and it can get quite crowded if it's busy.
