Peterborough Cycle Hub Ltd: what do users think?
Robert Wells: I have an electric bike and needed the brakes repaired, they was super busy but managed to get my electric bike repaired within the hour.Very professional couldn't really ask for more from them.Updated: I had a few spokes break on my back wheel, so asked cycle hub if they could fix them and give the bike a service clean they had to order customer spokes as mine are not the normal size.Due to having to order in some spokes it took a few days but once they had gotten the spokes the bike was fixed the same day plus they had given me the extra spokes that came with the pack instead of just keeping them themselves. This is the only bicycle repair shop in Peterborough I'll use the customer service is perfect.*I recently had my bike serviced by this establishment, and unfortunately, I am disappointed with the outcome this time around. When picking up my bike back, I noticed cracks on my throttle and display mounts, which they had cable-tied back to my handlebars. When I brought this to their attention, they denied responsibility, which was frustrating. Moreover, the new chain that I specifically requested for rusted in just 48 hours, even though it did not rain during that time. I paid around £129 for the e-bike service, and yet, I ended up with a bike that now has defects, with a display and throttle mount that are damaged, and a rusty chain. I believe that this level of service is unacceptable and regretfully have to revise my review to 1 star.
Sarah Tilman: Arrived near closing time with my wheelchair and needed new inner tubes, not really expecting that at that time they would be able to fit them. Very difficult tyres and tubes to fit and both guys were fantastic. Didn't leave until 5.55pm. Probably wouldn't be able to go to work tomorrow without them helping. Really grateful and would definitely recommend. Thanks so much
Ian Gowler: Bike fit advice was great, can really recommend especially for beginner road cyclists.
Stuart Falco: Can't recommend this place enough! Great blokes in there. They both make you feel comfortable and welcome and update you clearly on what's been done when you pick the bike back up. Great turn around time and will be the only place I'll take my bike from now. Thanks again, see you next time!
I G: Great service and very efficient. Picked up my bike and dropped it off. Very happy with the service and the servicing cost. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Robbie Clark: I rarely write reviews but this place really left no stone unturned when helping me fit my bike and cluing me up on cycling. I would definitely recommend!Edit after 2 years - Just been back here and the guys remembered me from this last time I visited ^^. Perfect bike clean and service, riding feels a lot smoother with some oil on the chain! Would you have guessed! 😂 Couldn’t have asked for a better service and tips for cycling! Thanks again!
Chris Northern: Great turnaround time on a new tyre , Dan recommended the new continental and fitted same day. Great value, fast friendly service -perfect thanks
Usaamah Abdullah: All I can say. Is Dan is a legendThank you
Sean Smith: Great staff very helpful and know there stuff makes halfords look like amateurs
Darren Kehoe: Just had my much neglected mountain bike brought back to life here. Amazing job, super quick, friendly and professional service. Also, very reasonable price for the amount of work and new parts. Great guys too - forget Halfords they’re useless. I’ll be back soon to get my wife’s bike sorted - highly recommend. 5*+
Helder Alves: Took my daughters bike with a faulty front brake the gentleman fixed it with no time free of charge! Great customer service thank you very much 😎
Martin Brooker: Dropped my bike for a service and couldn't fault the service that I received and I will certainly be going back to keep getting the bike serviced with Peterborough Cycle Hub. Great job
Robertas Daunoras: Great staff, had a flat scooter tyre, fixed it within 5 min and didn't even charge me. Definitely coming back if I have more issues. Thanks guys!
Nathan Brede: Called yesterday as I needed my Moda road bike sorted out, said I could come over straight away for them to take a look; arrived, checked the bike over, did what I asked them to do and advised of further problems with the bike so I left the bike with them & said to call once the bike was repaired. To my amazement, they called a few hours later and said the bike was ready with a couple of new parts added. What a fantastic service & such really nice guys to deal with. Was happy with the price, will definitely use again and cannot recommend their service highly enough.
Jason Smith: Blokes sound tryed best for me but without code couldn't do much would I go again decently didn't even charge me because couldn't do owt sound blokes..
Mark Hopkins: Always an excellent service, Paul is a very knowledgeable mechanic and both he and Dan are always friendly. I've used them for years and will continue to do so.
Henry Hudson: Showed great attention to detail on repairs & explained everything. Glad to find this place
William Pearson: I got a tip off about PCH from a friend and after looking to upgrade my ride I popped in to store.Dan and Paul were both absolutely great through the process. They are extremely knowledgable and willing to share that with the customer so they get the best of the service. It was not pushy in anyway, talking through options that best met my needs… and what I needed was a great bike, a great fitting processes and some actionable tips to improve my riding. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Paul Robinson: Dan and Paul always very helpful, knowledgeable and offer advice either in store over the phone or via social media. Bought 4 bikes also regularly visit for parts and routine maintenance. My go to place for anything bike related.
Robert Robertson: I called in yesterday to look at bikes, I was totally amazed at the help and advice that Daniel Read gave me, the time he spent with me was priceless, I purchased a pair of their branded cycling shorts, I’ve just returned from a 30 mile ride and my rear doesn’t feel like it’s been in a saddle at all. I’ll be back next week to get another pair. Can’t wait to collect my new bike.ThanksBob.

Rutland Cycling Peterborough: what do users think?
Nik Goss: Absolutely brilliant bunch, very polite and helpful, always trying to do there best to help out the customer I just want to thank you all very much
Benjamin Webb: Poor poor customer service. Looked at my son's bike 'a very well known brand', clicked on the computer to then say I'd need to contact the dealer/manufacturer as they can't get the parts at all. Only reason I took it there was because Bristows were on holiday at the time. Needless to say it's now being fixed by a competent bike shop! Waste of time and certainly won't recommend them... Head to Bristows round the corner people... 'small independent with customer centric service'
neil pirie: These guys are sensational in every way. Cheerful, positive and three exceptional members on the team. Uldis is a first class fitter and customer orientated staff member, always helpful interested in perfecting my triathlon bike fit. Kam and Joshua in the workshop are also very focussed on getting the bike right. I went out for a ride this morning and my bike was awful so I rode in on spec. After a chain and cassette change, all done within 2/3 hours and my bike is literally like new. Thanks Joshua you are superb. My bike is running like a swiss watch now and it was a bag of bones previously. Cannot commend them enough.
vikki amies: My saddle broke on my bike and I couldn’t find a suitable replacement. I have a issue with my sciatic/pirinformis muscle so required some advice and assistance in finding a saddle among the minefield of choices available. Looking online I discovered Rutland Cycling. I phoned and spoke to Mark who was immensely helpful and informative. He explained they could scan my bottom and see were the pressure was affecting my position, at same time both agreeing that it was difficult without trying them to find the right saddle. He advised me to come in and talk to ‘Aldis’ as he has the knowledge I was looking for. This morning I travelled 60mile round trip to go to Rutland Cycling. I met Aldis and he was the most unhelpful and disinterested person I have ever meet. He asked me what saddle I had on my bike and when I told him I didn’t know the brand but my bike was in the car - he had no interest in looking - but walked around the store saying was it like this or this one!! After around 5 mins Mark appeared with one from ‘out the back’ . I read the description and asked how much it was and this took at least 10 mins to discover! Having decided I would take it, it took another 10mins to decide where to book it too. During this 15mins neither Mark or Aldis has the courtesy to talk to me or explain the issue.Never again. Family business where all ranges from children to the professional cyclist are welcome!!!!! Ha haI should and will stick to my local store where there stock is limited but their customer service is impeccable.
Stefan Mikus: Excelent works of this store.....ordered road shoes with collection in same day...Once ready, the store will contact you to confirm that the items are ready to collect.next day order status was still same..."ordered"If u have no idea what is click and collectPs: item was stock in this storeEdit: order been confirmed via email 14:59 15.8.2022....store is open until 18:00....aprox 11:20 16.8.2022 order not been ready still...after contact customer care around 12am and cancel that order, been told refund will be proceed asap and confirmation email will be send....now is 17:15 and i didnt received any email about cancelation of order about refund about nothing...anyway status is still "ordered" so pls keep your poor fables for your kids☝️
Philip Patton: My sons bicycle had been assembled incorrectly ( by me!!) after we arrived at the nearby ferry meadow caravan site, which we didn’t notice until we were passing Rutland cycling. My son popped in and asked for some help and the team were only to happy to sort if for him. They were kind, professional and courteous and helped us out. Many thanks to the team!
Mick: Drove from North Lincs for a first ever saddle fit on my Trek Domane which I have had for 2 years and 2 saddles with pain from the instant I leave my front door. Uldis is a genius and immediately could see my seat bones were quite wide and after the proper measurement taken and I think 4 saddles tried out it was looking better. Not only that, he setup my cleats properly, inverted the bike handlerbar stem to get me in a better position and today, along with new, thinner tires, first road test on my usual route. Amazing difference. More power, less discomfort, will take getting used to the firmer, fitted new saddle, but big impact on my entire cycling experience. I did move the saddle forward a couple of mm, but small tweaks only. Will be back when money allows to see what other magic he can do to my position. Many thanks !
Supple Side down: What a great shop, the guys in here are so helpful if they haven’t got it in stock they order it in. I have purchased bikes for the whole family and friends from here and every time it’s been a hassle free experience. With the help from the guys especially Uldis we are able to enjoy bike packing holidays. I recommend this shop 100% if your an experienced rider or just starting out these guy will share their knowledge and love of bikes with you.
Mark Hulme: It’s rare to experience this level of service anywhere. The guys at Rutland Cycles can’t do enough for you and go above and beyond to look after you.I had the absolute pleasure to visit the cycling centre a couple of times very recently and nothing was too much trouble for Uldis who patiently helped me with an issue with my bike. After sorting my problem out which involves taking the stem apart, re-seating the bearings, washers, fitting the expander bolt in the stem and finding me a new cap to fix everything in place; the total cost - NOTHING. I offered to pay something, Uldis insisted it wasn’t a problem and then suggested I let him pump my tyres up a little more. To say I was impressed is an understatement, and I guess the true cost of my experience is my loyalty, which they have. Whatever I need for my cycling hobby, I guess I now owe it to Rutland Cycling to make them my first port of call. This is what supporting independent businesses is all about, the least I can do.
Lokeshwar Singh: I bought (online) Specialized 27.5 Mountain Bike for my wife. The order was promptly serviced by RUTLAND Peterborough who swiftly got my bike built and ready for collection the next day. There was a glitch on the website while I tried to order initially but it was sorted out, special mention to Mr. Kamil Senderek manager who was on the case and went a step more to ensure (am a returning customer-Bought my Giant Talon 29er form Rutland PBO last year) my issues with ordering was promptly rectified, was in touch by email and ensured everything was ok .special thanks to him for the side stand. I will come back to Rutland cycling thanks to their customer care + friendliness.
Richard Mattinson: Absolutely brilliant service! 5pm Friday and bikes busted! 5.20 it's sorted for weekend with recommendation going forward. I'd employ their staff right now for their customer service!
Richard Billington: I've visited Rutland Cycling on many occasions, and always very happy with their service. Their staff are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and always happy to help.Great shop, would highly recommend.
Chris Budd: Awesome service department. Very knowledgeable staff with a passion for cycling. very happy customer
Roy Roberts: I was on a cycling holiday at Ferry Meadows caravan site, on our first day I noticed my headset was loose on my Cube reaction, the headset cap had split. I took the old cap to Rutland Cycling to see if they had a replacement, when I walked in the guys there were so welcoming and friendly. I showed one of the staff my old cap and in 5 minutes he had found one for me, just to show that there are generous people out there they didn't even charge me for it!! The cap fitted well and was better than the original plastic one, saved my holiday!👌 I had a look around and what a shop, it had everything you could want. It was well stocked and had quality items. I will definitely visit before I go back home! Thanks guys👌👍👍
Heath Purvis: Recently bought a bike from Rutland at Peterborough, service was great. Arranged test rides and offered good advice. At no point was I pressured, whole experience very relaxing.Had the bike a month when a part failure happened (rear cassette failed) bought it straight in. Uldis and Tom couldn't have been more helpful. Put a new cassette (upgraded) on within 30 minutes. I was so pleased, these guys were absolutely great. I Highly recommend them.
Upholstery Services Sebastian: The Peterborough shop team was very helpful and friendly. They helped and advised us with the purchase of two bikes. A very good place to find your dream bike
jack hewitt: I've been really happy with the level of service I've had from these guys. Tom, the mechanic who I see most is excellent and I can really trust him and the staff with my pride of joy.I live 33 miles away and come to Peterborough for work. But I'll be taking my bikes into these guys for all future needs.
James Benney: Great company, staff are extremely helpful and prices are reasonable.
Shirlyn: Frosty experience from start to finish. Upon entering the store on Tuesday 15th of March the two older gentleman made me feel like I was wasting their time.As a novist cyclist I walked out feeling less confident than when I went in which has never happened with bike stores. After not being greeted or approached to query my visit. I stated that I want my back wheel checked and the bike checked generally just to see if everything was in the right place as it had been taken apart, I just wanted to ensure it was safe. One of the gentlemen made numerous comments about it being a road bike and no wonder my back wheel has a puncture. My bike is a hybrid and had been off road numerous times without a problem. He then proceeded to say you cannot expect a servicing just like that you need to book and pay. This is not what I was asking for.Secondly, upon fixing my bike he charged the fee and did not consult me, I had to enquire what exactly I'm being charged for.Through the whole experience he made comments about my bike being dirty which seemed like he was telling me off. The second gentleman had a blasé attitude and was more concerned with checking his laptop than engaging with my questions. All in all unfriendly customer service which is disappointing as the young guys there are lovely and always very welcoming! There's also a shorter older gentleman, who is always suberp and very welcoming which I need to highlight.
John Wright: First time of using this place and I am very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. This is definitely a place that I will use again.
Declan Sewter: Fabulous work from Ben in the hire store!

gavin waterman: Always had a high opinion of Terry Wright's Cycles until today. The young blonde girl that works behind the reception was very rude and condescending when I needed help with a flat tyre. Please monitor her attitude from now on...
Terry Moore: Great serive and advice. Didn't buy yet back will do when ready
Dom McMullan: I bought a bike from here in 2018 and they were great then, my bike was stolen a couple of weeks ago and I went back to get a replacement. Peaky leaky Trader: Just been in to buy whole new group set and wheels etc , walked around shop while staff cleaned bikes and another talking non bike related stuff to customer… no one seemed to want my money so left …This shop already has a bad reputation for bad customers service and today was no exception… it’s not the first time I been here and every time has either been bad service or just bad advise from clueless staff. So this will be the last, there are. Better and more friendly shop around…and just to top it off they have the most useless web site ever …..totally pointless ….
Aran: Few days ago, I had an accident on a bike after which I've made a mess myself, by trying to fix the thing on my own...Even though my English ain't good and sometimes I can get lost in shops like that, I felt welcomed right after passing the doors, the staff helped me straight away and the service took literally few minutes which has put a smile on my face, since I must cycle 14miles every day. :)I will return! (Hopefully without a broken bike like today)I highly recommend this shop and will recommend the shop to my friends! Please, keep up the good work! 😁
James FzJ: Would recommend for repairs, good bike range , Friendly service

Rob Charles: Always excellent service from Mr Adams traditional bike repair shop.I have been taking my bike here for a few years, never disappointed, always fixed at a sensible fair price in an acceptable time.Last Wednesday needed a new inner tube fitting to rear wheel quickly, Mr Adams did me a huge favour and did the work for me within an hour. Also replaced a broken spoke at the same time, all at fair price. This business deserves to be supported for it's friendly, professional attitude and value for money.
The Eagle: Never lets me down always does an exceptional job fixing my bike.
Helen Judd: A "back to basics" Cycle repair shop. If you're looking fora repairer that uses highly priced branded products, best look elsewhere. If on the other hand, your looking for a sensibly priced repair, using unbranded products, then this is the place to go.Be aware, he gets very busy in the Summer, especially during School holidays.
Stuart Cannon: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness
Eddie Smith: NEW UPDATED REVIEW 31.10.20 - Thank you once again for the great service you have given for our sons bike; why would anyone use large companies for bike repairs when you are such a great bike technician and a lovely local family business....OLD REVIEW - Thank you Mr Adams for giving my mountain bike the love and attention it needed..gears now work much better, new break pads a massive difference...the gears are perfectly aligned, clean well oiled. It pays to use an expert for these things. I would thoroughly recommend AR Adams for your bike repairs and service, parts labour accessories very reasonably priced. UPDATED - we did use again Oct 20! Will use again.😉👍 #SupportLocalBusiness
Dave Key: Excellent, no nonsense, top quality cycle repair shop. My first choice for repairs and spares.

I really do appreciate the brilliance in how they have help me out.To all, go to this company if any bike problems they will indeed treat you well and give you exactly with the wish you are hoping for. -Ds-
Donna Finch: Bought a new bike on Saturday 5th Nov. from Woodston Cycles, a Claud Butler EXP & I couldn't have had a nicer shopping experience, I'm a fussy person & could not decide on what bike was best for me yet they put up with my dithering without even a sigh or tut just patiently waited for me to finally make my mind up.Brilliant bike, brilliant shop. Would recommend Woodston Cycles to anyoneAlex, Wingfield PE2
Catherine Pain: Good after sales help thank you
David Petley: Excellent service highly recommended time and time again
Nathan Glover: Great and friendly staff, quick turnaround for my bike repair at really good prices.
James Unwin: Fantastic
Capccg 000831: Such a great cycle shop .. never go anywhere else fab customer service and value for money
Rob B: Took my very old bike for a much needed service and fix up. Absolutely chuffed to bits with my bike, it's like it's brand new again. Great service, everything explained as to what was needed, what was going to be done etc and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended, will be going back for sure.
Charles Coster: Had my bike serviced here a few times, they're very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Nice people.
Jack Wilkin (Jacktassium): Really fantastic place! So helpful and friendly. I'm a very tall and big rider and they knew exactly what I needed and restored my confidence in biking again.
Jacek K: A proper local cycle shop where staff cares. Recently bought there a rear wheel. A very helpful and professional person took off the casette from my old wheel and fitted it on the new one. I didn't need to ask for it. It was offered by the shop assistant and it was free of charge.
Mike A: Always get great service here. Recently had some major work done on my Dawes hybrid and it's like riding a brand new bike. Highly recommended.
Emma El-Imad Renda: Quick cycling proficiency red mark, spilt in my sons tyre. Got there half an hour before closing. New tyre on and he brought the bike out to me. Top service and didn't wait long at all.One happy son 😬
Tizirai madzivire: Great reliable services and great prices. I have used their services for many years. Limited parking but always available.
Dave White: Incredibly helpful chap even though he was busy
Nikos Nikos (Nikos Wedding Photography): I’m so glad I found this place. There is nothing like supporting local businesses and the lads here were brilliant. I treated myself to a bmx.I phoned them up to enquire about a bmx and the chap told me all about a bmx GT MACH 1 and he was so helpful. I paid a deposit and was ready for me to collect same day. It’s a great little shop and the guys are so helpful and I’m loving my new bmx.Thank youNikos
Chris Stallebrass: The guy in the shop goes out the way 2 help nice and friendly reccomend this shop to anybody
Ben Thom-Wood: Absolutely wonderful place, supremely professional & the kind of service other places can only crave of.There’s no better place I can think of for your bicycle. Nathan & his Old Man will see you right.
Michael Paris: Just picked up my bike after having it repaired. Took a bit longer than expected but that was due to a less than proficient repair by another shop. I was expecting the repair to not be possible and having to pay out for new parts. The shop though persevered and were able to fix my bike. 5 star service and will recommend Woodston cycles to others. Thanks guys!
Aaron Gratton: Fantastic service, really helpful and would have no qualms about using again.
Jake M: As much as they are friendly at woodston cycles I wouldn’t recommend going there if you have any problems with your bike that are cheap to fix, as they are only really interested in big priced repairs or selling bikes that will make them a decent amount of money. I would’ve liked to think that they would be willing to help out with anything no matter the price even if it’s cheap as it is a bike shop, but I guess that is not the case. I brought my bike in there to try get a rough price idea and potentially get it fixed right then and there but they didn’t Seem interested at all and didn’t even touch my bike to try find out the problem let alone really look at it. They pretty much told me to go Halfords because ‘the bike is bought from there’ which it isn’t. Thanks for all the ‘help’ guys.

Richardson's Cycles (Peterborough): what do users think?
Sophie Purvis: Lovely helpful chap in today that helped me fit a part to my bike after purchasing in store. Thank you! Great service.
CoD_Vale: Well, i can say that shop is amazing, but last week i went there to ask about my fork for the bike, and how to adjust it, some old grumpy cashier was so rude to me and screamed “you don’t touch them!” When i tried to adjust it he again screamed. “You don’t touch them!”Then next week which is today i came and had punctured tires, i was thinking again the grumpy guy will be there, but no it was a polite nice elder man, who was friendly and even took his time to look for exact inner tube i needed, much love for the hard work, just talk to the old grumpy guy that he needs to change his attitude. ☺️🚲
Brogan Lawes: Had the pleasure of meeting Dale today and he couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly, great to see that the place has new management, we will definitely be using them as our go-to.
Rachel Davis: The new manager is very helpful, he knows his stuff and very chatty. Worth a visit
Ogochukwu Onuorah: Very arrogant and impolite person met last Saturday afternoon, seems like he thinks he does people a favour by attending the shop. I won't be going back
Paco GR: Poor service. Not recommended
Martins Radzins: Bad service
codein: Definitely the worse bike shop to go, no respect, high prices.
Charleigh Brinkman: Terrible service and no help when i asked for a refund back, 300 pounds wasted here. They longed out the days so i wasnt able to get a refund. And ignored me when i went to the shop to speak to them face to face about it, i was told i needed to wait till the management was in the shop for them to do a refund, but each day i went back they changed the stpry, Conmen
Sarah Woodford: Very helpful, informative and friendly staff. Both Steve and Andy are doing a great job.
James Macdonald: This is a fantastic bike shop with a raft a bikes and biking accessories that cater to all levels of ability within cycling. The staff are professional, always on hand and are able to provide a 5 star level of expert customer service all round. I was at a loss with my Cube Attain and was almost ready to give up on it when the owner of the shop gave me a breakdown of the costs involved in repairing it and presented it to me a week later, as good as new, even throwing in two brand new tyres free of charge! The bike needed a lot of work and I was in half a mind to buy a new road bike altogether. However, after ordering in a series of different parts including a new chain, chain ring, pedals, brake pads and a new gear changing system amongst a number of other things, Richardson's restored the bike to its original form with new tape around the handle bars to top it off! I was told by the owner that he had literally taken it all to pieces and reassembled it. I heartily recommend their services to any serious cyclist!
R0man Travkin: A very aggressive salesman who seems to me just wants to sell anything and whether it fits or not.
Jamie Mersini: I came in knowing my bike would require alot of work the staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done even before telling them the issues which I had. Part was ordered but ended up being the wrong part and was refunded as soon as (I wanted the original part) the rest of the work was completed to a very high standard other parts arrived the next day and bike was finished the same day as they arrived can not be more more happy with my experience and with the standard at which work was completed staff are straight to the point and backing up their reasoning behind would highly recommend
Katharine Pulford: My bike needed TLC after rough transit during a house move. The manager at Richardson's did a fantastic job fixing dents and a buckled wheel. He gave the brakes and gears a thorough service and checked for cracks in the frame. He also provided great advice on security locks. A local gem.
Mahebub J Ladha: Went to get some advice on an old bike, sadly rusty and needed lot of work.As always, got neutral, brilliant and honest advice from Andy. What a legend!Good to have RCs in the city, since some 11 cycle shops have now closed since I first came to the city.Couldn't dispose of the bike unless the Council were paid for its disposal.
T.A.K: Not nice customer service
David Ledger: Sometimes I question the validity of reviews however not in this instance. The guy who I presume is the manager, lacks any kind of customer service. He is so rude and condescending. I gave him the benefit of the doubt during my first visit, but have since concluded that he is a total, first class d**k head.
Roland Ward: Rude customer service.!!!
Ailsa Cousin's: Was gonna come to buy new bike from there but after going through the reviews ... i don't think I will bother
Pauline Kemble: Very reassuring and helpful chap
Yuyu Shika: Very rude and unfriendly staff. Went to buy a bike elsewhere

Halfords - Peterborough: what do users think?
Adrian Brooker: Back Brake cable broke on my bike earlier today rushed over to Halfords and with a short wait the lovely girl on repairs did a quick fix new cable and all sorted
Sean Sheridan: Ryan (Peterborough branch) was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in my purchase of an ebike today.
darren skinner: Excellent friendly staff ,very knowledgeable .
Andrea Hitchcock: Great service, thankyou
Barry Bloxham: Great prices today and a very helpful assistant named Marcus at the Peterborough store.
Leeanne Hart: Very helpful and a good service.
keith6400: Quality service and products only marred by no receipts available unless you can login and do your own.
Richard Lidstone: This low rating is due to being given the wrong information by the call centre. This mistake meant I wasted two trips to Peterborough a total of 100 miles. the staff at the store were not too blame although they did say that it was not unusual for the call centre to give incorrect info.
David Hardingham: Everything I needed, all in one place.
Mzzz: My dash cam was playing up. Was assisted to get it fixed bt Morgan and he is an absolute gent! . He was very patient, and we initially agreed for me to come back tomorrow, but due to work commitments I needed it fixed today. I went back and he managed to help me, without a squible. Credit to the halfords team, will definitely continue to visit!
Max E McCabe: If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a bike to be built with my sons name sticker for his birthday. Received the message to say to collect the bike. Once I arrived, queued for 10minutes to be told in the most lacklustered attitude I should go upstairs for bikes.Once upstairs and the bike was bought over I noticed there was no name sticker on it, no one told me it wasn't done, I had to call it out myself. The response I received from the supervisor I presume at the till was that its not there fault as they have to wait for royal mail to deliver. So it's placed on the customer to drive to the store at a later date to collect a sticker?!Never using the build service from Halfords at Peterborough again for sure.I'd bet money on never seeing that sticker I paid for.Rubbish service, zero customer service. Severe lack of communication. Zero care for customer experience.
stuart osborne: Excellent service. Battery fitting.
Barry Fletcher: Went in for a cycle helmet for my daughter. Got good assistance from a member of staff. Really helpful. Wide range of products and services. Highly recommended 👍
Jason Fovargue: Happy friendly staff. However website and stock don't always read true.Showed a car mic which was sony on the website. Was a non brand in store. Same price tho.
Aleksandra Kaleta: We were looking for a toddler car seat. Professional service and great understanding. The seat is perfectly matched to the car and installed with health and safety standards.
Bex: I needed a new numberplate for the front of the car. I went to Halfords yesterday with my V5 and driving licence, and they were able to print it in store, and fit it there and then. They didn't keep me waiting for long at all, 5 minutes tops, and fitted the numberplate really quickly. Super friendly staff who were very helpful. Thanks guys.
Albert Johnson: We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the employee GRANT was very good.
Bryan Davies: New wiper blades fitted and ten point check carried out. Speedy and efficient service carried out by Brad. Many thanks.
Idris Oseni: Took opportunity of the Free A/C check and I was not disappointed. Top Service.
Ian Missin: Staff were very helpful and didn't take long at all to get what I needed including fitting.
Ella Smith: Ryan was super helpful and really friendly went in to find some sticky patches to put on my dash cam although they don’t sell them they managed to find me one and they had a rear view camera in stock. thank you Ryan.
