Peter Lee: Got to stay here for a night why on business so only a one night stayReception/ WelcomeI arrived late into the evening and when getting to the hotel I got warm welcome from a women on reception (sorry can’t remember her name) and was much needed as I had a rough travel so that friendly warm welcome made my day. Also from checking out the reception team was so friendly.RoomThe room was towards the back of the hotel and the corridors seem long but I promise they are not I found me room and was surprised on the size. As it was nice a big.The bed was comfortable and overall the room served its need for the few hours I was there. A massive 10/10 for the housekeeping team the room was spotless and when walking down the corridor in the morning I got a morning welcome from them loved this.Food and BeverageI had dinner in the restaurant and it was tasty and came out hot and delicious. For the prices they are reasonable and where the hotel is you can’t really pop out anywhere else so having this and the vast selection was perfect.I also had breakfast in the morning and this was also good and tasty set me up for my long day ahead.OverallA great stay and would stay again. The hotel is a short drive from the station and there is taxis outside it cost me around £13 but that’s expected. This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Peterborough so highly recommend it

jamieleewilkins: Even though the rooms were very similar to other hotel room layout this was by far the cleanest and in the best condition that I have stayed in for a long time. the staff in arrival and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.with free on site parking and free access to WiFi it is definitely a hotel I will stay at again. Just on a side note as I was travelling alone for work, i brought my gaming console and had no problem connecting to the WiFi and the large TV in the room.Rooms: very clean and tidy and in great conditionFood & drinks: the soup was very nice but unfortunately as I don't like pepper there was too much pepper in it for me and it over powered the flavour, my chicken burger and fries was also very nice. and there was a great selection for breakfast in the morning.
Robert Bedford: Good hotel just off the A1 . Good service. friendly staff.Good food . Good for business conference meetings.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Ross G: Went for a fortieth, 21st Jan, excellent food and brilliant service. Super clean all over including the toilets.Previous: Best hot tub and sauna in town. Gym small but okay. Nice bar for snacks. Receptionist a little stern!

Simon: Well maintained hotel with nice spa facilities and breakfast buffet for a good price.Rooms: Cheapest of the rooms comes with TV and kettle, hair dryer and iron. Bathroom while small has a very strong shower which I liked. Large window helps it feel it had greater space.Food & drinks: A buffet style breakfast was on offer which has the usual bread/toast bacon egg sausage beans and hash browns for the hot meal side of things, whilst there was also fruit slices, cereal and yogurt with cold drinks on tap. As the food is layed out for lengthy amounts of time it won't beat a freshly cooked meal but that isn't the point as it's a quick and easy breakfast and it wasn't at all busy in the morning.
Canine Sassoon: Amazing

andy thrower: Plenty of parking available at the front and side of the hotel and free when you sign in though a QR code, quick check in all info givenRoom a good size and showeroomBed was super comfortableOnly thing I'd say about the room is the the small panel radiator is under the desk so tricky to adjust the temperature and to get heat out of it not really practical for the size of the room ! .WiFi goodBreakfast included lots of choiceDidn't eat here as next to a harvester (an different review )Shower was good powerful and hotPlenty of paths so good for walking and running .And also opposite the East anglia showground.Would I stay again and recommend YES definitely 👍

Fay Wright: Good as had friendly welcome. Nice clean room& great breakfast. But unfortunately my stay clashed with a nearby dog show, so the hotel had many 4 legged friends, some noisy. I have this with neighbours dogs at home 😥 I'll check if I book again! An advance warning with option of cancellation would have been good.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Muhammad Bhamji: Stopped overnight to Stansted Airport for a night with my daughters.Very comfortable.
Nino C: It feels like the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The bathroom, light fittings, furniture look rather warn and dated. There aren't enough plugs for chargers in the room. But it's very clean, quiet and friendly.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
eddie Berriman: This is a lovely little hotel, located about 12 minute drive from Peterborough City centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and is a buffet style. It has a bar on site and a harvester restaurant is next door. Plenty of parking. All in all a very nice hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Connor Sibley: Food and drinks good pleasant staff although changed our book out time without notifying usRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Pub Reviewer-UK: We stopped here as mid way point on our way to Edinburgh, which turns out not to be happening as Covid has hit one of the people we are visiting. It was a great find, the staff were super friendly and welcoming even though we arrived at 12 at night. They let us get a drink just before the bar closed for the night, they had a fairly decent selection considering it’s a holiday inn, or maybe that just a misconception of mine. I had a Goose Island IPA, great little after driving beer. The room was cozy and functional, we had a twin room as it was slightly cheaper, and there was plenty of room for our massive dog bed for Jasper. The charge for having a dog was £25 and they gave us a dog welcome pack, which was a sweet touch. The room was slightly cold but heated up quickly once we put our key card in.The bathroom was again functional and the shower was great, it’s only a little detail but won’t appeal to all, but the loo door doubled up as the bathroom door, slightly hard to explain, but basically you could use the bathroom whilst someone was in the toilet, or you could close the bathroom door to the bedroom and the toilet became part of the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the pillows were a bit hard to my liking but pillows are so individual I find so I can’t find fault with them, ones I don’t like others would love and visa versa. The breakfast which makes up the majority of my photos was amazing, it was a great spread, I though we were only going to get a Bap, instead I had, muffins, a sausage and bacon sandwich and I could have had so much more, my wife had the croissants and said they were very good to. It wasn’t the most amazing butchers sausages but far better than I had expected. The morning staff were as friendly as the night staff, so all in all this was a fantastic experience and if I ever found myself passing and needed to stay somewhere this would be very high on my list of places to put my head down.
Robyn Allwright: Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Breakfast was a surprise bonus.

Teige Osborne: Great stay at the Park Inn Raddisson, Peterborough Hotel. Comfy bed and clean room, all staff friendly and approachable, the restaurant onsite has something to suit most tastes. All this is good but what really impressed me was the Manager. Long story short I was rushing for a train and couldn't get a taxi, she said no worries I will take you! she got a colleague to cover reception and dropped me to the train station herself, talk about going over and beyond. Excellent service!
Marc Perris: The conference rooms was clean, tidy and the tea and coffee was well stocked and dinner was very nice and friendly staff too.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
ANN MCKELVEY: Breakfast not of any decent level of quality.. luke warm once the 'hot' breakfast arrived.Very slow service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Stewart Waugh: A business meeting review, didn’t stay over. This area is convenient for larger work gatherings. We met this week in one of the meeting rooms and we’re well looked after. The catering was all good quality whether breakfast or lunch options. The room was light and easy to see the screens etc.
Tori Sykes: Stayed here twice the first time was good the second was bad, second stay had a fire, got woken up at 12am because there was a small fire, staff was amazing at there job under pressure. Didn’t sleep well and no discount to anyone that paid for a full night sleep which was ruined, but everyone was staffRooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jackie Stevens: Good service. A good selection of choice at breakfast. Cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amelia Price: my favorite hotel is only here from time to time
Charlotte Tomlin: Great location, 10 mins walk to the station or middle of the city.Rooms were clean and comfy. Shower needs a bit of TLC as the handle to switch it off is very loose. Breakfast....wasn't worth the money and I'm really disappointed. Everything was either over cooked or looked too runny so that really put us off.I would stay here again but definitely not have the breakfast in the morning.
Luke Drewer: I was sitting into the lounge with a superior hang over, getting far too old to be challenging an ex marine to a vodka drink off when I couldn't but over hear the conversation next too me. The lady from the hotel was comforting a guest who was clearly going through a distressing time and had obviously had to deal with some things that no child or young adult should have to deal with or experience. Anyway, the member of staff and the stranger who clearly felt the compassion to help made me feel like these are the people we need in this world, kind and compassionate and she really was a credit to the hotel with how she handled the situation. Plus we were late for breakfast but the staff still made sure we had something to eat, which frankly I needed! Rooms were really nice and staff were so nice, I would stay here anytime I come up to Peterborough. Thank you.
Mo G: Good rooms, quality breakfast and great service from the staff. Hotel is also very clean
Andy Parsons: Stayed here for one night why attending Peterborough Cathedral. Wouldn't go again though as disabled and so wasn't able to get to fast food places as was in lot of pain. Restaurant in the Lodge I could have got to... Alejandro Lozano: Honestly 1 star is the max I can give this place on the experience I had.Was sent out to Peterborough for a couple days due to a work event and ended up staying here.Room was basic, 2 pillows and decent mattress. Tv was stuck on loud due to the remote volume not working. Room was dirty with cobwebs. Don’t bother with breakfast it’s just some box with cold items, honestly I didn’t bother are they first again. Nothing special to be honest, travelodge hey.The major issue I had with the location was, the lack of internet 3G,4G,5g or any G’s at all. Honestly your in a dead spot with no reception and on top of that you only get 30 mins of free wifi and you have to pay £3 for 24 hours. I ended up paying for 3 days worth which ended up being the worse option compared to my personal phone and work phone reception. This should be address because if your getting charged to pay for wifi it should be a decent connection at least.Starbucks, Greggs, McDonald’s all local within a 1 minute walk and an Esso petrol station as well.Avoid if you need internet writhing you stay.
Dave Bushell: Good location and friendly staff but the hotel is very tired and really needs to be refurbished. Carpets very faded, curtains ripped and beds uncomfortable.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Shouldnt have had to reclean room if it was done to standard. Went through a whole pack of surface wipes, aswell as bleaching the bathroom floor. Not a good experience at all.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
ramu dhulipala: Stayed for 1 night . Room clean and beds are comfy. Ideal location for travellers as lot of places to eat in the location. Will definitely consider staying at next time in the area.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Days Inn by Wyndham Peterborough: what do users think?
Geoff Turner: We recently stayed at Days Inn at Peterborough services for one night. Room on the whole was fine. Only one problem, on opening door we noticed an awful smell coming from the shower room, which come the following morning seemed to get worse. We felt that we couldn't spend time in there. Some kind of drain/sewage problem.we couldn't usethe bathroom at all in the morning couldn't have a shower or use the loo it was that bad. Reported this to receptionist who was apologetic and said that there had been another similar complaint about another room.Food & drinks: Foodand drink nexts door
Michael: Shocking…. Stayed for 1 night just for location for work and will never return. Temperature control in room was broken and loud passing noise from corridors most the evening not ideal when had to be up at 4. To finish off went to have a shower and bathroom was full of mould.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
GPU247: Hotel is nice and alcohol 24/7 is great, but unfortunately the staff on front desk are a bit unpresentable and a bit unprofessional the girl tried over charging me by over £10 and also tried recharging for our dog even though paid online, also the guy wearing a hat just looks a bit off, they were really nice people just a bit unpresentable sorry minor things so will still give a four star and hopefully improve, the rooms are lovely though and modern tv too, the kettle takes too long and no complimentary wee biccy but still a good stay with our dog 🌟 👍
Tori Sykes: The room was basically but great for the money, got a disabled bathroom without asking which was a wasteRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Katie Hyde: Basic hotel but always pleasant staff.and a clean room. Disabled access is fantastic parking right outside that is free. The accessible rooms are spacious and wheelchair friendly though we had a bath with shower over. Attila Válé: "charming" accommodation away from the city centeracceptable clean roomsclassic breakfast in a neighboring restaurant
Ryan Charlton: just finished a 4 week stay at this hotel as i was in the area for a training course. i did have a few problems with my rooms over the 4 weeks but nothing major, the hotel staff were nice and friendly and tried their best to fix any problems i had. Dom was especially helpful couldn't do enough to help not only me but every other hotel guest. overall was a good stay would stay again
lauren gerrard: Stayed here for a month with my bf on a business trip, the rooms had a couple of issues but nothing that couldn't be sorted! Dom from reception was a very big help with us and offered us a room swap and a complimentary check out. Would recommend if your going on a business trip or need somewhere to stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Amanda Anderson: A great stay. Quiet room. Clean. Kind smiling reception staff. Clean comfy bed. Excellent shower. Free flowing hot water. Additional electric radiator for additional heat as required. Plenty of tea coffee facilities. Extra pillows. Additional towels. Room clean.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ruth Burgess: Very disappointed. Writing this review after my attempt at liaising with them was ignored. Tried to charge me £60 for 2 dogs, staying one night. Get real! Thermostat was broken, room far too hot and we hardly slept, the dogs were uncomfortable too. Staff on reception wearing ripped jeans and not very interested in the temperature problem. Gave us a small fan which wasnt much use and we put it on the floor next to the dogs. I asked for a refund on at least the dogs charges. I was ignored.
Shannon Marshall: Stayed in this hotel because me and my partner attended Honda Mimms, everything was fine.. Well we thought .. I got bitten to shreds I just thought maybe it could be mosquitos to then find that actually I had been eaten alive by BEDBUGS I have never in my 32 years on this planet ever been bitten by bed bugs!... let alone brought them home and had to get rid of furniture and bedding along with all the clothes and we've spent a fortune on buying new furniture ie a new bed and new sofa! Along with having the whole house fumigated and also having a pest controller come out to check that they had all gone! I did contact the hotel regarding the situation and all I got was " Our hotel is a pet-friendly hotel and the room we stayed in did have bedbugs but was only told after the fact" now I have no immune system so these bites were horrific and the stress this situation had caused is ridiculous.. if I were anyone booking a room DONT! OR IF YOU DO CHECK THE ROOM CHECK EVERYWHERE EVEN THE MATTRESS... we found out how they had got into our house.. my bag I simply put my bag on the chair and they hitchhiked on that, so we also had to fumigate the car aswell.. I won't be staying again after the way it was dealt with . But I don't want anyone else going through the palava we have had to deal with the last 3/4weeks!!!!..
