peter potrykus: The staff are very friendly and helpful. But my experience with the product they sold me is a different matter. Totally unreliable not fit for purpose. My aids back for repair again. Second time this year. So far this year been without them two months. Back to my national health ones again.More reliable.
Cristina Rey: Muyyyy buena atención
Kay Newman: Always good
Steph: Ian was a nice guy and genuine I wanted a 2nd opinion on a hearing test with another company they told me I needed a hearing Ian confirmed my hearing was not 100% but if I was happy with my hearing I didn't need one. Nice one Ian👍
Pat Hall: Staff were first class ,made you feel easy very professional, highly recommend .
David Ransome: Don't remember going in
Sharon Sim: This professional shop offers everything you need to know about hearing loss and hearing aids and are the only supplier on the high street that will let you trial a hearing for free. N D Stuart Hearing Care Ltd: what do users think?
Lost_traveleros: If you from NHS you're treated like a pestIf private you're treated like VIPAbsolutely worst experience everDr. MALIK shame on youeditYou are NOT treating all patients the same!!!Please do not suggest that I'm lying. I had a terrible experience with one of you "doctors" who didn't even listened what I had to say.Roughly 5 weeks ago the same doctor told me that he will have a plan how to help me with my condition, and yesterday he act like he didn't even remember me at all and didn't remembered what he said previously.Good luck with private patients cuz it looks you guys only care about them.
Mike Turner: Great hospital to get great treatment. Lovely staff and consultants.
Clare Webster: Used the one shop stop today. Was such a relief to get an appointment so quickly and then have a mammogram, ultrasound and results all in less than an hour. Mr Goh was fantastic and really put my mind at rest. Would hesitate to use it again or to recommend.
Shar Wills: Great hospital
Mihaela Mirodoni: Thanks for existing Fitzwilliam Hospital. I have been treated with decency, profesionalism and most important, with all the knowledge of greatest doctor Mr Ajmal Masood. Definitely it's best to choose this private hospital if your health it's important. The journey from reception to doctor was +10 and above
hazel Johnson: Emily, who is my physio, is so very positive and promotes such a "I can do this attitude," and that gives me the belief that almost anything is possible.Thank you 😊
Carole Dyehouse: A charming consultant met with me after my xray and questioned me regarding my history linked to my knee and hip. He assessed me from the xray showing it to me on screen and explaining how he could diagnose the pain I was experiencing. He then physically examined me for his final diagnosis. He was kind clear and explained next steps. This was a completely happy experience after no action from my drs surgery since August 2021. The downside is I am still awaiting an appt for my steroid injection 10dys later. Everything so slow in the health service. Parking is a nightmare at this hospital and check in staff can be very abrupt. NHS patients queue and are seated separately from private. Not great!
J W: Cancelled my operation last minute which was very frustrating.Having said that, the staff are excellent, the rooms are superb. Treatment was incredible - all in all, you’re lucky if you’re able to go somewhere like this.
Carol Cowie: Just been discharged from a TKR on NHS. Cannot fault the whole team. Everyone caring, very thoughtful and professional and I felt the ethos of the hospital towards patients was 'go above and beyond' - from start to finish ! The fact that a particular team member gave me such a warm welcome to the ward on arrival and helped me to get to my car on departure when I was in pain, meant so much and was ' the cherry on the top' ! Many thanks to all of you.
Jo humphrey: Went in for a clinic appointment as an outpatient referral by medical insurance.OMG so impressed with what small chuck of the hospital I saw.Free ParkingThe most polite & helpful receptionist I've come across in my adult life !Very relaxing lobby / waiting area with plenty of chairs available & with a calming atmosphere.NO one way systems, forced signage, spaced out socially distanced seats or barriers on covid!Everything was super clean & tidy.First time I've seen a medical doctor face to face since 2016 - first time since the Covid rules I've not had my anxiety triggered.Well Done!
Hayley Koster: Let me start by saying that my appointments with both Mr Goh and Dr Shriemevan were excellent, and I highly recommend them both. I have nothing but praise for them both.Sadly despite this, I’m quite shocked at how I was spoken to yesterday by a member of the imaging department reception team. This was my second time at Fitzwilliam.I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointments, checked in with main reception and was told to sit in the lounge. My name was called about 25 minutes later by a woman who came into the lounge and angrily told me I was waiting in the wrong area. Surprised by this, I explained I had been told to wait here upon arrival, but she continued to angrily say they had been waiting for me.I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong, despite the fact that I was simply following instructions.Once my ultrasound was finished, I was then told by the same woman to go back to the lounge where I had originally been to wait for my follow up appointment. Absolutely no apology, no warmth- nothing. The whole team felt frosty towards me, clearly believing I had inconvenienced them on purpose. There had obviously been an admin mixup somewhere, which I would never complain about because we are all human, but what I massively reject to is being spoken to so rudely- especially when I have chosen to pay and be seen by people who I thought would provide such excellent care.I was already feeling anxious sitting waiting and this made me feel so upset. Not only was this interaction completely unprofessional in its manner, but it also showed a total lack in any understanding of how a patient might be feeling who is waiting for tests.I’m saddened to have to leave this review as I had told so many people how positive my first experience was. However I feel it’s important to feed this information back, as quite frankly I left feeling upset and disappointed.
John Cooper: Excellent facilities and staff j
Nicholas Martin: Hernia OpAll staff went above and beyond.Would recommend but not recommend a Hernia.Thank you very much to all concerned
Explorer: The hospital staff are excellent. Always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and approachable. The staff do not hesitate to work longer than their stipulated hours to help their patients and never have I heard them crib about the workload.Special thanks to the ward manager Rebecca who was very keen to keep the ward efficiently running, night S/N Sadie & Jane who were very kind & kept checking on patients, male senior S/N Jaco who runs a tight ship and takes good responsibility, bank S/N Titus (from Zimbabwe) who always works with a smile and is the most helpful nurse, HCA Patricia from Ireland who adds a very sensitive & humane touch to everything she does, the physiotherapist Jo Teesdale who has been the best, most helpful physio I have met so far, the ever smiling and helpful S/N Chanice. The Jamaican S/N Chernett with her infectious laugh and bubbly attitude lifting everyone's spirits & making sure she was on top of all ward tasks. A lot of Indian Keralite nurses esp. Josnie, Devu, Jilu who hold up great standards of nursing. The catering staff who work behind the scenes, the other support staff all make the hospital the best.I can say with great pride as a doctor that Ramsay healthcare should feel proud of Fitzwilliam hospital.
Alison Keen: I had a TKR 22 March Mr Clifton was kind and explained the surgery both the pros and cons. I was an inpatient 3 1/2 days. All members of staff were professional kind and helpful. By all staff I include reception X-ray Pre op. The nursing was excellent, catering and the domestic team were helpful. Only one tiny blip was the first group physio, however I was allocated Mr Watson he listened and had a great treatment plan. Between Mr Clifton’s great skills and Mr Watson’s attention to details. I do recommend your team thank you.
Maggie Riley: I have nothing but praise from the admin staff, to nurses and Mr Ivan Vidacovich,(sorry if mis spelt). It was discovered I have cervical cord compression after an mri, he spoke very openly to me, clearly guiding through things. When admitted the nursing staff were fabulous putting me at ease, my surgery went really well. And thanks to my consultants expertise I am now back working as a community nurse and enjoying my work. Also to my physio with whom I always saw the same person for continuity of care, absolutely no complaints.Grateful I never ended up in a wheelchair. You have all showed and continues to show so much care.
ceiran young: not much waiting and fast diagnosis
Renata Lopataite: Special thanks for Mr. Bhullar for operation, and looking after me. All hospital customer service are exceptional. Felt like home during the stay.
A W: I would give zero stars if I could - the reception/ admin service is appalling, have been on hold for a very long time, when answered - no apology, the receptionist / admin staff Deana was quite rude and advised she can’t help ( to book an appointment ) as she is ‘ on a different screen and can’t access my record ! Very stressful, time consuming and unprofessional, will find another hospital even if it means I have to travel somewhere else.
Madeleine Turner: They say they treat all patients the same wether private or nhs however it appears if you are in terrible pain and need an mri urgently unless you are private you will have to wait 12/14 weeks as against 2/3 weeks for private. Never has disparity between rich and poor been so huge , surely it should be based on clinical need and not if you have money or not after all they decided to offer services to nhs patients and are paid by nhs just the same as if someone paid privately but with probably a huge discount so should offer same service to all based on clinical need, disgusting how they treat nhs patients, like second class citizens and should be ashamed of themselves. Will be reporting them for discrimination to relevant authorities.
jenny stone: I was admitted for an overnight stay on Thursday 16th June for spinal surgery. The staff were so friendly and professional and made me feel so at ease but my blood pressure rose to such a high level that I thought I would not have the surgery. The nursing staff managed to regulate my blood pressure and off I went for my surgery. I can honestly say that all staff treated me so kindly and gave me clear instructions on my release as to how to look after myself during the healing of the wound. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay a very pleasant one.

Hidden Hearing Peterborough: what do users think?
Jaroslaw Jacek Sokol: Very professional service
Michal Mižigár: I got here two new hearing aids which are amazing and incomparable with all those I have had. I recommend you to do a purchase of hearing aids here because it is not only a hearing aid, but you will receive pretty much more. The quality of hearing aids allows you to perceive the sound in an every-day life in a totally new perspective. Furthermore, they have genuinely willing and nice staff.
paul martin: Helen looked after installing fancy app on Mum's smartphone, adjusting volume, instructing in the use etc in a fashion that clearly cheered her up, as measured by her enthusiasm when I called later to get an update on the Covid-secure 30 minute session.
Janette Phipps: This is for my husband , we go every six months for a follow up paid quite a bit for the hearing aids so a little bit disappointed that a discount of any kind is not offered to customers who have paid a large sum for a pair of hearing aids that r already out dated at three yrs old !! and they r trying to tell you that there r now clearer more up to date one you can buy !!! But they cannot program it into the chip on the ones you have spent a small fortune on already ..
John Brodie: I was travelling to Norwich through Peterborough and I realised I had forgot my spare hearing aid batteries. I contacted the shop and the girl said she would keep the shop open after closing time so I could pick some up. Excellent service and many thanks.
norman stone: brill service good customer care ellie was and is a professionalher job
