Maximilian Rossi: Great workshop! Highly recommended
Sarah Horton: Thoroughly enjoyed the session I had with Richard today. I highly recommend attending - it was fun and it was relaxing. Richard is a great teacher and made us feel comfortable from the offset. I'm looking forward to returning to glaze my creations (which is all part of the experience). Thank you Richard!
Heather Lewis: What a wonderful way to spend a day! It was impossible not become totally immersed in what I was doing. At the start Richard said it was a good way to dense stress and it truly was.Richard’s teaching was calm and patient, he was positive and encouraging.I like lots of craft activities and am definitely adding this to my list of crafts I like!
Omar: Richard is a great teacher, we had an amazing time making pots and are looking forward to heading back to paint them!
Linda: I spent 3 hours here making clay pots on a wheel with a couple of friends. Richard is a patient teacher and helped everyone so that we all went home having created. The pots are left with him and you have the option once they are successfully fired in the kiln to go back and glaze them. A very happy morning spent there.
Florence Pragliola: We attended Richard's Potterdayz half day experience as one of our Hen Party Activities and it was brilliant!Richard was fun, accommodating and so enthusiastic about teaching us how to throw! Everyone had a total blast and we can't wait to dome back to finish our creations. I highly recommend these classes - everyone should have a go!
ribenabea123: We had a brilliant session with Richard on the half day pottery throwing workshop. We came away having learnt lots of new skills and made several lovely pots during the course. We are really looking forward to going back to glaze our pots once they’ve been fired and can’t wait to have a go at Raku next year!
Lorraine: Brilliant day, incredible results from a group of absolute novices! Thank you Richard, so proud of my Raku pots.
K Elf: Such a great experience! We were looking to learn and experience something new and going here did not disappoint. We have now had two courses here and I cannot be happier.I highly recommend taking the Raku course, even though we did really love our time on the wheel and hand-building experiences too. Each are so unique and give a different outcome.
Abigail Ames: Did a 2 hour pottery taster session and it was great. Richard was an excellent teacher and I was amazed that I managed to make some pots!
Hazel Townsend: Great morning on the wheel! Richard was a really good teacher and would recommend.
Stephen Buddle: Best time ever. Fantastic experience. Recommend 100%
Jackie Tillison: There were three of on the raku course with a lovely group of people. A fabulous time was had by all made the more enjoyable by Richard’s clear and entertaining instruction. We made four lovely pots in all using a variety of techniques. It was an experience we would love to repeat.
Michaela Bútorová: Absolutely loved my Raku Pottery experience. We did four firings and each one produced unique results. Richard was an excellent teacher, explaining the raku process throughout the whole day and involving us in various parts of the firing. Highly recommend to any beginners or experienced potters!
Kristy Rowlett: Totally recommend Potterydayz! Whatever your experience level, Richard is a great teacher and host, makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We came away with some amazing Raku pots, and an experience we'll never forget. Thank you x
Hannah Weston: I'm rewriting my review because in the reply to it the business owner misquoted a private email to discredit it. I'm a bit at a loss to be honest, I feel like my money was welcome but I wasn't. I find the cancellation fees disproportionate and frankly undeserved. I also found that my opinion or feelings were inconsequential so long as in any public setting there appeared to be resolution and reasonableness. I had a bad experience with this place, I wish to allow others to know in case they'd feel the same. I want nothing more from the matter.
Lisa Robinson: Always a fantastic day with great tuition and relaxed people. The process is exciting, random and creative. The results are unique and utterly beautiful. 100% recommend Richard and PotteryDayz 👍😁 Lisa
Carole Anne Worsfold: What a wonderful experience from learning how to throw a pot and then glazed .I would highly recommend this company .Richard is calm and full of knowledge and made our time fun and exciting wondering how our pots would look as the finished product
Jane Brown: Great set up. Fun for all the family.
Aaron M: Fantastic experience! Really nice, knowledgeable guy. 100% recommended!
Nicola Mizen: We had a wonderful morning learning and practising how to throw on the wheel. It's not as easy as it looks! Richard was really patient and helpful. We'll definitely be back again for more. Highly recommend.

Saldance Theatre Arts: what do users think?
Robert Gipters: My daughter's have been going here for years and they really enjoy the lessons, their teachers are fantastic
Anna Gundel: Fantastic, lovely staff and so professional. My daughter loves going so much. Highly recommended. Such passion from a wonderful team. Thank you for many wonderful years and many more to come.
Megan Hodgkins: Saldance is a fantastic dance school and my second family. I was welcomed with open arms from day one and the love, support and passion that all of the dancers and teachers share is clear to see and this is what makes Saldance so special. There is something for everyone, whether you wish to take up dancing as a career or if it is a hobby which you enjoy. The teachers care about each and everyone of their students and I for one was able to fulfill my love of dance due to the belief and confidence that Miss Kym and Miss Nic had in me, for which I will forever be grateful.I have made some wonderful friends and this includes friendships being made with the teachers. Saldance will always be more than just a dance school and I am so happy and honoured to be part of the Saldance Family 💕
Laura C: I started dancing with Saldance at the age of 4 (many many years ago!) with the wonderful Miss Sally and have such happy memories of years spent dancing, doing shows and exams as well as making friends. I progressed from taking ballet, to doing 5 lessons a week and spending nearly all day Saturday at the studio until I left to go to uni at 18. My daughter who is 7 has now been coming to Saldance since she was 3 and absolutely loves it. She started with fairytale dreams and now does 4 classes. Her love of dance and confidence has grown so much over the last few years and that is all thanks to the amazing teachers at Saldance and the care they show their pupils. Miss Nic, Miss Kym, Miss Rhoda and Miss Gemma are all fantastic! I have also since returned to Saldance to take adult ballet and tap lessons and absolutely love it. I was a bit nervous about coming back to dance lessons after a long time away but everyone was so welcoming and supportive and now 3 years on I can't imagine not dancing and have even done a ballet exam (which I never thought I would have the confidence to do!). The teachers have been especially amazing throughout the last year keeping everyone dancing by zoom, along with organising workshops and even arranging for my daughter to take her ballet and tap exams in December via video so she can continue to progress, despite all the restrictions at the moment. We both can't wait to get back to the studio!
Elita Atwere: Saldance has been, and will continue to be, my second home and family. I started at just 3 years old and danced here until I had to leave for university! Saldance is inclusive and has something for everyone; from simply having fun and performing in shows, to receiving fantastic training and qualifications that create the foundations of a professional career.Any success I have had, or will have in the future, I will always in part credit back to Saldance; specifically my wonderful teachers Miss Kym and Miss Nicola who always saw the best in me. They have helped me develop into the best version of myself and provided me with so many opportunities that have shaped me into the confident person I am today. I cannot recommend Saldance enough!
Megan Walker: I have been going to Saldance since I was 2 and it has truly been amazing and has become my third family. I have learnt so much growing up and gained the confidence I needed, not only as a dancer but as a person too. The teachers are all so caring, committed and supportive, they really do bring out the best in everyone. With Saldance I have gotten so many exciting opportunities such as annual showcases, Easter and Summer schools, working with professionals, workshops and so much more! The classes are always so fun and have helped me with my technique and performance skills for as long as I can remember. Taking exams with Saldance through IDTA has given me more determination with my dancing in all the styles! There’s plenty of classes to choose from for everyone of all ages, which I think is great as it helps to widen students knowledge and experience. Students at Saldance are all so friendly and eager to learn creating the perfect atmosphere for anything. If it wasn’t for Saldance I really would not be where I am today, they have helped me so much as a dancer and shown me that being yourself is the best way forward! 💗
Katie Fisher: From beginning lessons at Saldance aged 3, it was immediately a fun and happy place where I developed my passion for dance, and nothing ever changed! Miss Kym, Miss Nic and Miss Rhoda have become more than just teachers to me and they always encouraged us to become the best performers we could be. Saldance provided me with so many opportunities from annual shows to professional workshops and seminars that enabled my passion to grow. I’ve been taught so much more than just to dance and sing at Saldance, and I am incredibly grateful for everything I have learnt as it has undoubtably played a vital role in creating the person that I am today.
iheartdogs moon: ...very good dance school, lovely teachers and all staff....my daughter love this place😀
Malcolm Storton: Excellent teachers highly qualified. Warm friendly family atmosphere.
Theresa Vallier: Great dance studio with lovely encouraging teachers.
Jessica D-W: The nicest environment to be in and the loveliest teachers!!! I’ve danced here for over 14 years and love it!!!
Jen Cann: Amazing Dance Studio with wonderful teachers. Been part of the Adult Freestyle Class for so many years and it is so much fun and a great way to keep fit, young and healthy. It is like one big happy family. 😊💃💗
Emma Hutchcraft: Saldance really is my 2nd home, I started here at the age of 3 and still going strong at 35!! The wealth of knowledge and professional teaching is second to none. The annual school productions, which I absolutely love being involved in, keep improving year on year when I think they couldn't get any better!I highly recommend Saldance and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there.
Matilda Weasley: I attended Saldance from age 3-19 and every memory I have there is a happy one. Saldance was a second home for me growing up and the teaching is nothing but excellent. Nic, Kym and Rhoda not only helped me develop as a dancer in every style, but also as a person. I have made life long friends through the classes, and now, even though I have moved to uni (where I study Theatre) I still come back to join in every summer and Christmas. I would recommend Saldance to anyone, I wish they all could have moved to uni with me!
Kerry Whitecross: Myself and all the family have been coming since we were 5. Amazing fun and like a second family. Great range of classes for all ages and abilities.
Grant Orviss: Best Dance school around lovely professional teachers, my child is always happy when she comes here.
