Andrew: Mark has help me over the last 10 or so years with what was a serious back injury, his help is not just hands on but with a natural, informed and no way pressurised way of helping with physical and mental wellbeing just in passing conversation, I’ve definitely left with plenty of food for though. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. But equally important the environment is no way stuffy, we’ve had some major laughs too. Top bloke!

Leonie Bacon: Phil Hunt is a genius. Not only has he helped me and my husband, but also my mum, dad and various friends we have recommended. Phil has treated me from something minor like a bad back to coping with the stresses and strains of pregnancy. My husband on the other hand suffered from dabilitating panic disorders and anxiety. After numerous visits to the GP and only being offered prescription drugs I.e antidepressants he found Phil and he changed his life. Phil taught him relaxation and breathing technics and along with herbal remedies and diet my husbands life has changed for the better. He no longer has panic attacks or Anxiety. Wow. For anyone who has a physical or mental condition and does not want to be pushed pills by thier GP then book in at The Natural Dispensary for help, they won't just help you, they'll change your life.

Paul Kilby: Have never used a chiropractor before. I'd had a few problems, but rest had always worked. Not this time. I couldn't walk, was in constant agony (and I mean agony), and realised I needed professional help.My girlfriend recommended Ashwood Chiropractic Clinic, so I went along and saw Simon. He did a thorough review of my medical history, explained what he was doing, and quickly diagnosed the issue.He did one treatment session and I was a lot better (pain went from a 9 to a 3). The second session was a lot quicker and afterwards I was pain free for the first time in around a month. Absolute bliss!I would have no hesitation in recommend Simon and his clinic to anyone. Please don't suffer any longer than you have to.
Nabila Khan: I have been three times now to see Nicola. On my first visit I was hardly able to move and had alot of pain in my lower back plus a leaning torso. Nicola was very friendly, informative and professional. I left feeling great after my first consultation. Nicola advised me on how to take care of my back at home and advised me what form of exercise to do. I will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend.
Julie Larrington: I always see Edel and there's usually at least a couple of weeks wait which speaks to her popularity. However, she is well worth the wait with her 'magic' fingers and her ability to find and resolve the problem.If you haven't tried the McTimoney method before, it is hugely different to traditional chiropractic. So gentle you wonder if she's doing anything with results that are truly amazing.No pain, just gain. Highly recommended.

Pentire Partnership Ltd: A little gem in the heart of Dogsthorpe. For Christine and her team nothing appears to be too much trouble to ensure your event is a success. With plenty of space inside and out and parking it is well worth checking out.
nicola mccombe: Today we held my nan and grandads celebration of life at the Focus. Christine made a lovely spread for us, which made the day far less stressful for me and my family. The room was very clean, well presented and had sanitiser on all the tables to keep germs at Bay!! Christine was on hand during the celebration to help with anything we needed, even getting a sit and ride car for our 15 month old grandson to play with off of her own back - little touches that mean alot. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I recovered there took me a year to settle in been there 3 years now on and off due to mental health issues, I feel like I can behave like my self around my friends/family (even though my behaviour is a bit strange lol not normal he he to others that don't understand) biggest RESPECT to Vivacity volunteers group you made it possible for me to recover & recognize I am worth something to society. Big it up to Gill she was my first port of contact and Matt, wow dude you have skills man you should get a Christmas bonus lol.
