At the fishery, there are toilet blocks with hot showers, an onsite tackle shop selling end tackle and pellets, a burger cabin for hot food delivery, and a log cabin with a woodburner and decking over the lake that can be booked for a special experience.
The current lake record is a mirror carp named Gutsy weighing 45.8lb.
Over £30,000 has been invested in securing the fish inside an otter fence. The main gates are locked overnight for added security, and a CCTV system is in operation. All nets, mats, and slings must be dipped in tanks provided on arrival.
The fishery has a supplementary feeding program of 3-5 tonnes of pellets a year. These pellets are available to buy in a mixture of sizes from the onsite tackle shop to aid in the growth and health of the fish.
