There are a wide range of activities and social events for kids and adults, including sports, games, arts and crafts, tennis and swimming coaching programs, and tournaments and social events for tennis players.

The club offers a variety of fitness classes including cardio, conditioning, group cycling, yoga, and Pilates. There are also aqua classes for a water-based workout.

The club is located between West Park and Gresham Playing Fields, just a 15-minute drive from the city centre. It is easily accessible by bus and a 13-minute walk from the nearest tram stop. Onsite parking is also available.
