Exit the M1 at J26 and head towards Nottingham on the A610

At the roundabout, take the third exit and continue on the A610 towards Nottingham City Centre

After approximately 1km, turn left in the filter lane signposted Phoenix Centre

Follow the road around then turn left at the roundabout onto Millennium Way West

Drive past the Premier Inn entrance and then turn left to follow the road around to the left where the Bupa Health Centre is located

Head out of Nottingham on the A610 towards the M1 North

At the end of Nuthall Road, at the roundabout, stay in the middle lane and take the second exit, continuing on the A610

Go into the right-hand lane and after about 100m take the right slip road signposted ‘Phoenix Centre’ which leads onto Millennium Way
