There’s plenty that comes included in your Center Parcs break, leaving you space in your car when you travel and lots to do when you are here. You’ll be able to roam the 400 acres of forest, visit the sandy beach and enjoy the outdoor children’s play areas. We have free Friendly wifi across the village and there are hundreds of acres of forest and miles of woodland paths to explore in your own time. All accommodation features the essentials you’ll need too, such as pots and plates, glasses and cutlery, as well as bed linen and towels.


Ever wondered what’s included when you book a Center Parcs break? You’ll get 400 acres of beautiful forest to explore, miles of paths to cycle, a sandy beach to laze on and access to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise for a splash in the pool, it’s all in here!

You can access free, Friendly Wifi across our villages, both in the main public areas and in our lodges.

We know that whilst some of our guests prefer to enjoy a ‘digital detox’ at Center Parcs, many of you like to stay connected with the outside world – whether that’s for work purposes, accessing social media, keeping in touch with friends and family or entertaining little ones!


Friendly WiFi is a government standard for public WiFi, which blocks inappropriate content to ensure that children can use the internet safely and gives parents peace of mind. Center Parcs is designed for families - so our WiFi is too.


Our villages are easy to get around with ramped entrances and walkways in most areas


On your day of arrival, you can start your adventure in the forest from 10am and have access to your accommodation at 4pm, unless you have booked early arrival, a Treehouse or an Exclusive Lodge where you will be able to access accommodation from 2pm


On your final day at Center Parcs don’t rush to get back to reality, you will need to leave your accommodation by 10am, though guests are welcome to stay on village until midnight


The weather doesn’t stop family adventures at Center Parcs. Know what to pack for your break and check the weather forecast ahead to know if you need your raincoats and wellies or sandals and shorts


Don’t forget to check-in your guests online before your break and to have your booking reference ready on arrival, so you can spend more time exploring the forest


Don’t worry about doing a food shop before you arrive on village, head to the ParcMarket for your everyday essentials and if you spend more than £40 we’ll deliver your shopping to your accommodation for free
