4worldlovers: In September 2017, your exclusive new coffee house freshly brewed by your Students’ Union, opens its doors on B Floor, Portland Building.

Why? Well coffee and hot beverages are a mainstay of any late night cramming for exams, and if you’re going to do it you may as well drink the best stuff, right? Discussion over coffee has also led to some of the greatest philosophical debates throughout history; before you know it you could be making changes before you’ve even finished your cup.

We’ve been careful to ensure that Portland Coffee Co. is, well, really nice. There will be fancy interior design, comfy sofas and chairs to lose yourself in, and a shamelessly welcoming ambience to lure you through the doors.

It’s a place to hang out in and a place to escape to. The kind of warm, glowing place you dream about during a long lecture, the kind of place you can escape to where everything is all okay, one cup at a time.
