We do not operate on an appointment system and you are free to visit us at any time that is convenient for you. We recommend leaving at least 2-3 hours for your visit, this way you'll be able to try on as many dresses as you like without the feeling of being rushed.

You are welcome to try on as many dresses as you like - we believe you need to try on a few to make sure your chosen style suits you! And we don’t put pressure on you to rush, such an important choice takes time, so spend as long as you like in our store!

We do not undertake dress alterations ourselves, however we can recommend the services of several highly experienced bridal seamstresses and we will provide the contact details to our customers in store. Our staff are very knowledgeable of what alterations can and cannot be undertaken and will advise you accordingly.

You are welcome to bring anyone you like with you to find your perfect dress! Please note, our fitting room area is female only but your male guests will be made comfortable within the store and fully included in your dress purchase experience.
