The Cremation Fee at the Counties Crematorium includes professional services for administration and registration, use of the chapel with staff assistance, provision of music during the service, handling of the cremation in line with regulations, and scattering or interment of ashes in the Gardens of Remembrance. Following the cremation, staff at the Crematorium will contact the Applicant to confirm instructions for the ashes. Options include scattering or interment in the Gardens of Remembrance, preparation for removal with a suitable container and Cremation Certificate, or the crematorium can look after the ashes indefinitely at no charge.
