For a small charge, our delivery team will unpack and fully assemble your new divan bed, assemble and fit your new headboard (if purchased with your bed), and clear away all unwanted packaging. This service is only available for divan beds. Online and telephone orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided you have the original packaging. If you don't find your new bed comfortable after sleeping on it for 40 nights, we'll exchange it within 8 weeks of delivery as long as you have used a mattress protector.
