Louisa Holland: Ryan and Chris completely transformed my kitchen. It was not the easiest of jobs with uneven walls but they mastered it. They were punctual and reliable. They ripped out all the old kitchen and replaced all units, levelled the walls and made it perfect. Their knowledge and expertise really shows. They also completed all new tiling work, and fitted a custom made cupboard to hide the boiler. I’m extremely happy with the end job. So happy that they are now renovating my bathroom. Sarah Y: Truly unpleasant experience. After waiting for 5 weeks to get anywhere with a quote I will now be behind on my build.I was asked to send over images of the windows, I did. I then heard nothing for weeks despite constantly chasing. Finally I heard from Richard who then stated he only quotes once he receives measurements… why wasn’t I told this 5 weeks ago, I would have sent over measurements.I had a call with Richard. Instead of apologising for the constant delays it was a very unpleasant call, he constantly attacked and shouted down the phone at me, I ended up in tears and hung up the call.The customer service is truly the worst you can experience. He has a terrible attitude.
