Ray Tilney: Super customer service from Jack and Tascha.I had a specific requirement and they went above and beyond to fulfil my order.....Thank you!Needless to say upon collection I topped up with another order with other selections from the Majestic range and very good Rully Blanc suggested by Jack.All round a fine experience and excellent customer service.
Katie Dowling: The team at Majestic provided us with the wines and beers for our wedding in April. The service was fantastic, particularly Jack and Margit. We had the free glass hire which was delivered to us a few days before the wedding, and when we returned the deposit was quickly paid back. Great bonus that we were able to go in for a really fun and informative tasting! They were really helpful in advising the promotions they had on at the time too which we took full advantage of.

Cameron Bradbury: Always a friendly member of staff to help with your selection of wine or just some advice. A lot of other retailers could learn from them. Walked in for 6 bottles, went out with 7. Fantastic service is the norm.

Been told by 3 people at different times "your wine will be there today" and it hasnt, also been told its lost with Yodel. Yodel tried delivering it to the store but got the wrong address etc etc and now i find out that the warehouse for Majestic Wine is in.............. Northampton... work that one out. Greg at the shop been great, nothing to do with the shop its all about head office and customer services being useless. Still waiting.

Bindi Pearson: DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Accused me of trying to scam them with a household support fund voucher from West Northampton Council. They then told me the pay point was not working but that only happens if they don't pay the phone bill. Have used this shop for years but will never use it again.Now I use the Premier shop that is where the old pub used to be. More polite, more helpful and accepted my household support voucher without question.
