Matthew Doherty: Craig was more than happy to setup a demo for an amp I was interested in, with some speakers similar to what I have at home at fairly short notice.It was a very relaxed experience. No hard sell and Craig was very happy for me to take my time listening to a range of music I was familiar with. Pricing for the amp was spot on (couldn't have found it cheaper elsewhere), so it was an easy decision to go ahead with the purchase. I'll definitely be back when I look to upgrade other parts of the system in time.

Dave Waring: A few weeks ago I enquired via emailabout a pair of speakers that were listed on Ortons website, to check they were still available. I received a prompt email back confirming that they were.A few days later I asked if they could ship them, as I was isolating due to a family member having Covid-19. I never received a reply.Several days later I contacted them again through their website (as I had done initially), and said I wanted to buy the speakers, was happy to pay over phone/through website and that due to the second lockdown I needed them posting. (Their website incidentally does state free shipping for all products). Again three days later and I haven't had a reply.My issue is NOT with their obvious disinclination to post the £800 speakers (they must be doing really well to be happy to lose an £800 sale a couple of days before UK lockdown rules state they must close for a month), but with the total lack of communication, It would take seconds to politely reply, even to say 'we're not willing to post them. At least then I would know that I cannot purchase them until we come out of lockdown in 4 weeks time. The refusal to communicate strikes me that they haven't considered that I may make other purchases in future, which now won't be happening.Really disappointed.
