Sean Anderson: On a scale, this is somewhere between Homebase and B&Q. For home DIY there's a very good chance you'll get what you need and of the three big DIY stores, Wickes is probably the cheaper.
Paul Parsons: Good stockof items for both the DIY and Trade customers.You can also order online to pick up in store. Which is very helpful as they send you a text when your item/items are ready for collection

Phil Knight: I needed a special colour for my year 2000 Caterham 7 R500. Turned out to be a Citroen colour attributed to the Saxo.The paint is called Mango Orange, and yes, they mixed me up two aerosols 2K with built in activator. Yes I thought, these guys are true professionals at their job, as the colour match was truly spot on. Thank you SPS, you did a grand job, and I will be back. Hails B: I have ordered my garden patio slabs from this company twice now and their service is amazing! The price of the patio slabs were the cheapest that I had seen around and it came with free delivery too which was an added bonus (as I was spending over £75). On both occasions the delivery was a couple of days after I placed my order which was great. On the second order, a few of the slabs arrived broken but once I called Hevey, this was rectified within in a couple of days and the broken ones were also taken away too! I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars! ⭐️

Jack Fraser: Ordered materials from them on the 21st of August and asked for a morning drop and they said they will arrive on Wednesday morning, however the delivery never came and when I rang up they told me that my ordered had not gone through even though I had paid for it and have the bank details to prove it, they then told me that my order will arrive on Friday or Monday next week I asked for monday 1st drop as I'm not there Friday , now behind on the job and have lost money because of it, Monday comes around and materials are a no show again so I call them up and tell me it was booked in for a evening delivery witch is not what I asked for and not what they said would happen, not very happy and the materials did not trun up till gone 2pmVery Annoyed with the lack of professionalism and when asked what are they going to do about it all they said was sorry nothing we can do, Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be going with this company again unless Compensated for my wasted time and stress because of there lack of Communication with me on where and when everything was happening.

Had some IT issues, (my bad) spoke to, Darshan, sorted it out in no time, and followed it up with a un-propted call back, in minutes, thanks Darshan. Paul the delivery driver was on time, helpful and amazing, and it was pissing down, (enjoy the beers Paul) will definitely use again, 5+ Star ⭐ so far Hevey. It’s only when you get to the till and there is another sign with very small print at the bottom saying doesn’t include white paint. I feel this is at best immoral and at worse dishonest, I shall not be shopping at B&Q ever again

Ellis Dempsey: My builder brought bricks from TP. Never again.Quoted one price and put bricks on back order as they were out of stock. Builder noticed they were in stock and rang TP to enquire about the order placed. Conveniently, the order had not been placed when asked, the quote had now been lost on the system when the price of a pack had gone up considerably and they wouldn’t honour their original price.We have a pack and 1/4 of bricks left over and we’re told they would by them back at 25% less than the cost of the pack at the current price and that TP would come collect them free of charge as we live 1/4 mile down the road from TP. Was told on numerous occasions someone would ring us back. Never happened, even after my husband going down in person to TP.Went in again today as we got fed up of waiting for another call back. A pack has gone up to £620, we paid about ?£450. Today we were told they would only buy the pack back at 75% of the price we paid for them and were also told we would have to pay for TP to come and collect them.
