Allen: I bought an Octavia from Crystal Motor Company. Whilst they did remove some scratches, dents and replaced a light and a tyre, they did not properly service the car as agreed.The vehicle had not been serviced for a year so I asked them to agree to a service before delivery of the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived the coolant level was exactly the same as when I test drove the car (close to minimum) Also, within two weeks the screen wash also ran out.On that basis, how can I trust that the oil or filters were changed? Quite simply, I can’t. And that means I have to pay to get the car serviced myself, which is not a good end result in my book.Apart from that, they were quite helpful to deal with, but funnily enough lost interest after the sale was done. Had to chase for missing handbooks.

Sophie Poborko: I got a car from Crystal in September, unfortunately we did have an issue with the salesman in that he didn’t complete full check on the vehicle and we had a popped tyre within the first week. Once we brought this to their attention the salesman was dealt with quickly and Crystal did a new MOT on the car and completed repairs required including advisories. Louise had quick communication and was very understanding and we were given a courtesy car during the MOT.Whilst the car was still within warranty we had a breakdown due to the gearbox, Louise and her dad were again very understanding of how stressful this was for us and they covered the repair once again. They made sure we were sorted with a car during the time of repair and went out of their way to bring this to us. I know that if we ever have any further issues they would be helpful. This is the second car we have brought from Crystal and we still have the other having had no issues at all.
Amanda Ewings: I bought a beautiful Range Rover which sadly developed a fault. Crystal took the vehicle back, gave me a courtesy car and fixed the fault with ease. Very impressed at the customer service and how quickly and efficiently they dealt with everything. They again went above and beyond.
Muhammad Usman: The most unreliable and untrustworthy motor company. Reserved a car paid £200. The bank does not accept their garage to finance the car. Requested the deposit back but it has been 2 weeks and every time I am told it going to take 14 days then 7 days then 2 days. Totally unreliable company to deal with.

Unfortunately these were not covered by the warranty that the car was sold with. Martyn Wright: Just gone to sell the car we purchased in feb 2016 to find out it is a cat d (s or n as is new name). We were not aware of this at time of purchase, had several problems with car that were never truely resolved. 1 of which being a burning smell which recently when clutch and fly wheel changed is from on oil leak that was coming from turbo. No when approached about the cat d situation he turns quiet aggressive when we turned up today, doesn't respond to calls or txt, conveniently autohouse went bust in August 2016 and we are left with scrap. Don't trust this man!!!!
Corco Douche: WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! bought the car with faulty turbo. Took it in the garage to "fix it" twice then stopped answering the phone when the problem was still ongoing. The 3 months warranty is a joke, irlt doesn't exist. You'll have to take him to court if you need a refund. He's been reported to Trading Standards numerous times. Would never recommend to anyone.

I fell into a trap as I had parts of my car fall under the warranty, If you are not majorly clued up on cars AVOID!

The guys were pleasant to begin with however after the sale they were unbelievably rude and unhelpful.They used a dodgy Mot dealership who shouldn’t have passed the vehicle due to illegal tyres as well as not changing the oil or the air filter or updating the service book. It was sold with Cracked brake hoses.. an issue where it doesn’t get into 1st gear consistently and an oil leak among yet more issues. All of which I have had to get repaired myself coming at a large cost, while this garage have been nothing but rude and argumentative about the situation.Without doubt the worst garage I’ve come across.

David Rodway: Recently purchased a used car from Listers. Daniel was very friendly, polite but most of all very helpful. Nothing was a problem and even allowed us to put our dog in the back of the car to try it out. The showroom is also dog friendly. Hopefully the service team will be as good as you normally can judge a dealership when things go wrong.Would certainly recommend purchasing from Listers on this experience.
