Natasha Beedles: I have been to first glimpse a few times now first was for a reassurance scan when I was early pregnant wow the care and love I received was just nothing but amazing, they knew my past and just knew how special our baby would be to us we then recently came for a gender scan which again nothing but amazing totally hide baby gender from us as we asked, I really cannot recommend these wonderful ladies enough!! Friendly as soon you walk in put you at ease straight away love the communication after as well the little checks in here and there myself and my family will forever be grateful to the wonderfulKerri and Laura for the love and support we received from them.
Chloe McGowan: If you’re pregnant and looking into private scans in Northamptonshire I cannot recommend First Glimpse Northampton enough. We’ve been to them for 3 bonding scans, a gender scan and a 4D scan. Our experience with NHS scans has been pretty pants and I was super anxious at the start of the pregnancy. The ladies at First Glimpse really do give you so much time and allow you to soak up all the magic of seeing your baby grow.Even when she refused to show us her bits at the gender scan, the ladies were so patient and kept checking between their other appointments until she moved. Also, the first time we went, she was just a little dot of a heartbeat at 6 weeks, so they invited us back, free of charge, a few weeks later to see how much she would grow. So incredibly lovely.I cannot thank the First Glimpse ladies enough. You have played a big part in making my first pregnancy so magical. Thank you so much!!!I’ll be telling all pregnant friends to head your way. ☺️

Natalie Powell: We've been to First Glimpse twice. The first time was for an early reassurance scan and the second was for the gender reveal package. Both visits were equally wonderful!The setting itself is relaxing, warm and inviting and both Kerri and Laura were super friendly and welcoming during each visit.We hosted our gender reveal party yesterday and the confetti cannon reveal was loved by all! We now know we're having a baby GIRL! 💕Thank you both so much for being part of our pregnancy journey so far. We would highly recommend you to everyone!

Lisa Standish: Staff were friendly and reassuring. Had pelvic scan and was told report would detail muscles, organs as well as bones. It did not. It only looked at bones. Extremely disappointing. Missed many issues that have been seen since in subsequent scans.Poor.
Samantha Warnes: I was very nervous about my small bowel MRI scan. All the receptionists, nurses and radiographers were so lovely and put me at ease. If you are feeling as nervous as i was, just remember, you're in the best of hands :)

Kara Trinder: Had a nasty infection after I had the surgical procedure. Now having to suffer the constant pain thanks to them and their dirty tools. Well looked after by staff , kind and friendly but found they shoved me out of the door quickly even though I had sedation. Such a shame I was left with an infection. Do not recommend for that reason

Gosia “Gosia278”: I am not able to describe in words how grateful I am for the midwifes and the birth centre in Northampton Hospital. I felt supported and listened to from the start and throughout my pregnancy. I always had someone to call and knew exactly what to do if something wasn't right. My birth experience was really positive. Although the barratt birth centre was closed when I was giving birth, at this point it didn't matter. The midwifes did everything they could to accomodate our birth preferences, my husband was with me the whole time, we had music and dimmed lights, no one rushed me. I practiced hypnobirthing during pregnancy and I wanted a gentle birth. They supported us throughout and were truly incredible in how experienced and quick they were to act if anything was wrong. They only asked me to push the last 10 minutes as my baby girls heartbeat was getting slower and she needed to be born. They held my hands and cheered me on. When my little girl was here, we had two hours skin to skin time, again no rush and all checks were done in a very sensitive and caring way. We were given tea and a toast and one midwife helped me shower and cleaned my things, I couldn't believe how caring and thoughtful they were. I recommend the Northampton Hospital and Barratt Birth Centre to anyone who thinks of giving birth here, we ended up in a labour ward but because of the care we received it really didn't matter in the end.

They are all warm and friendly and made me feel important and taken care of.A big thanks to LUCY GRILLO. it is my second experience at the BIRTH BARRAT CENTRE and it is an exceptional place ,I had a big support with them.
