Steve Antipolo: I can't remember the last time I bought anything here. I keep going as a choice for home or DIY but it falls short every time. The lack of trust with customers doesn't make it feel welcoming either. When not buying it would be nicer if that always had a direct flow to the exit. Sometimes it's blocked with stock.For some reason, they've never fixed the toilet, strange for a DIY store!I've IBS, I really need to go when I need to go so I actively avoid places which are not disabled friendly like that

Collin Williamson: I'll give them 2 stars because of price, but you get what you pay for! I did an online order where I was told I would get a phone call from branch, no phone call after a week so call in to contact center and was given branch details. WELL... phoneline was constantly busy so sent an email, after no reply to email spent the next two days trying to call in, when I got through was told my order was just sat there waiting to be delivered and they could do it in two days time PM! BUT at 4pm delivery day, i call in, takes 5 min for someone to pick up, to be told, "I was not in" rubish as I had spent the whole day in, but they would send my order out next morning. Midday on delivery day 2 I call as no order, to be told it was sat waiting at the depo, they would send it out PM. Eventuly I did get it I was last drop! I am posting this review on the Northampton page becuse my dealing with the website & call center were good, but dealings with Northampton branch were beond poor! You get what you pay for but its not worth it in this case.

Alexandr Padurean: Very bad experience, when I want to order the buth they said isn't panel available now but in one week we can deliver everything in one order, so I was very satisfied with this service but after one week they delivered the buth with out of panel when I call them they've told me that was a mistake and will be delivered in next 10 days, now you can make a conclusion of this experience before to have a contact with them.

Niall Simmons: Staff are great, always friendly and super helpful, dinner menu is good, if slightly pricey for what you get, but the breakfast buffet is outstanding! Well worth it on its own!Rooms are always clean, tidy and pleasant, albeith it slightly bare, with everything in good working condition.Regularly stay here for work and would recommend it!
