Leoni Lakes: Never have I been met by such a rude receptionist at any establishment as I did at this place.Before arrival I checked their Website which clearly stated it was okay to accompanied by a another person, yet on arrival was met by receptionist who rudely stated “COVID, only one person per tattoo-understandingly I arranged a lift home and was waiting with a mask on Atleast 2m away from everyone in the shop. It was pouring with rain, and I am not from this area at all so obviously was not comfortable waiting in the street alone but according to the receptionist COVID means you have to stand outside in the rain like a dog....
Maddie Alexander: I had my conch pierced here which went completely fine. I then attempted to book another appointment a couple months later for another piercing. She does bookings over Instagram Dm, and after giving slow replies, I then showed up at the time and date that she had said was okay. A nice tattoo artist was very apologetic but informed me that their piercer had in fact gone home because she was ‘done for the day’. Apparently this is because she hadn’t finalised the booking, and hadn’t read my last message saying my full name and age etc, but I’d replied to her question asking for these final details well in time for the appointment. Since then, I’ve tried to contact this piercer over lockdown with a question about my conch piercing that she did, and it’s now been 4 weeks with no reply.

On arrival staff were clueless and said I was not on the system, I was not asked for a deposit or told who the tattoo artist would be throughout any of tbe emails. Should have known it would have been a flop.HOWEVER, contacted the day of this and offered to rebook the next day. Prompt and I was happy that my concerns were responded to. Anna did my tattoo and I could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks to all at Alternative Art

Corrine Lowe: Don't use them. they could not change my lip bar even after trying for 15 minute. So they said they would have 2 put a needle through the old whole( not a problem put needle in the whole already there and put in the bar) no they made a new whole 2mm away from the 1st one. So my 2 lip bars are now not level.They also did not sterilise the bar after taking it out of the packet. I won't use them ever again
Michelle Collett: Absolutely would not recommend this place for piercing my daughter had her belly done Friday by a lady she marked where to pierce but was totally wonky top hole was off by about cm looked absolutely ridiculous did not notice how off it was there as my daughter was lying down then a plaster was put over I phoned them straight away when plaster was took off to be told come back next day went back she did not even say sorry was told they can't do till 3 weeks time so waisted a 17 mile journey there and then when I said that she says best thing to go else and gave money back still no sorry.we went to a different place straight away told them and they did it for her perfect deffinetly will never go back here thanks a bunch

Unfortunately they have lost our custom as I think this is appalling and very bad for business

A CE: !! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !! Had several piercings by people at this place double checked by reputable APP piercers, every one of them had been done incorrectly! They also take forever to perform the piercing, whether they lack confidence or knowledge, I don't know, but either way, they shouldn't be piercing anyone's ears or bodies! Being slow caused me horrendous pain & trauma, even PTSD! Do yourself a favour & go to COLD STEEL in Camden! Well worth the extra money, travel & effort! Olly Deackes: I discovered this place about a year ago as I work in Northampton. Good for jewellery and also had some piercings done here. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Matt is brilliant, he’s recently done a couple of double piercings, most recently my high nostrils, and the time he takes to make sure they are level is excellent, extremely helpful and a genuinely nice guy too. There’s also another lad in there too, unfortunately I don’t know his name, but again has been really helpful. As I live in Leicester, If I moved work locations I think I would still travel here for my piercings. Or at least while Matt was still there.

Luckly I was able to get it out but then realised they had pierced it with a tragus piercing. (I know a tragus piercing as I have my tragus pierced)! Not happy at all. Turned several studios down as I felt they really just wanted a booking date and money. This tattoo has very personal meaning to me so I wanted to find someone I felt totally comfortable with. After looking for ages I found Revelation in Northampton and got in touch with Phil.BTW I’m 50 and never had a tattoo before….so pretty apprehensive.Phil’s a young guy but has a manner about him that, well, doesn’t exist much any more. Calm, friendly, happy, patient, never a rush, and most importantly was happy to listen to me.He kind of got me hooked as soon as I first met him. I’m not your typical candidate for a tattoo but was never made to feel anything but completely comfortable.Phil paired me with the artist he thought best matched me…..booked a 2 day slot with a Romanian artist called Robi and again, was totally at ease. What a completely lovely guy.He’s given me a tattoo that wildly exceeds my expectations. Cliched? Yes. True? Completely. Robi you’re a genius, and Phil, well you’re a top bloke and I’ll never look elsewhere for another tattoo.I’m a genuine customer, and this review is 100% genuine. I let him design it after telling him the sort of thing I wanted he's the professional so I sort of gave him free reign. I was not disappointed. Jay Scott: Tucked away above rockabelles hair salon, right in the heart of Northampton Town centre this studio is my go to and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, I've had over 40 tattoos at this studio and everytime I have been in I've felt welcome and left with amazing art on my skin. Rossi and Michelle are 2 great artists who between them cover a lot of art styles from traditional to modern from realism to abstract and everything in-between. I trust them to deliver whether its reference I've given them or one of their own designs they've nailed it everytime.

Over the years i have battled with anxiety and some days not being able to go to places on my own, but they are so nice and accommodating, a few minutes of being there and my anxiety vanished, brilliant cover up they did for me today on a super old tat, would recomend greatly and i'll deffinatly be seeing them again!
