Antonette Wharp: I’ve worked with livelines for about two months. Traffic was not good on my end. I was getting calls like every 20-30 mins at times. I however received my pay on time but there were discrepancies. For example I make $100 euro and my bank charges a fee but my pay still comes up a little short. The support staff is friendly in my opinion though I do not like the idea of them calling to do designated shifts even when I complain about traffic. The job in itself is not a walk in the park. I do think that livelines should however consider hiring text chat operators.

Cathleen Summers: DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT RESPOND TO MY HONEST REVIEW WITH A GASLIGHTING TONE.Maybe take a look at your supervisors, one day giving advice on taking calls, the next day not being able to log in. I have added what they wage looked like when logging in 12hrs a week. WELL BELOW minimum wage. Only work here if you enjoy it as a hobby because the supervisors ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. There is no justification for their attitude, except possibly a bad day. I have witnesses to this on Christmas Eve. THANK YOU.I do not believe for 1 minute that anyone could have a positive experience with livelines. It's a nice idea for a hobby but the supervisors are extremely aggressive and obnoxious. Sometimes they ring you just to take their bad day out on you because I do not believe anyone could be so rude over such a low paying job. Definitely a scam, a client will call in and spend £30 in 30 minutes and you will get paid £3. The worst part is the shift patterns are at awkward times of the day any normal person will be asleep but that is what the supervisors will shout at you about at Christmas time, you don't get paid from start of logging in to end.. Sometimes logging in 6hrs and getting paid for 1hr, below minimum wage. The rude supervisors leave a bitter taste in your mouth with their rudeness. They won’t pay you want you earn, I did this job for 5 months and taking all the nice callers I made contact with to a much better company. Avoid.

Jasmine Kimber: I love working for Livelines UK as a tarot reader. You do need to do a designated shift each week. Mine starts 6am on a Sunday morning but I'm in a routine now and don't mind it. I only sign on for 20 hours a week as I fit this around my other job and raising my 5 daughters. This job alone brings in over £600 a month for me and I could double that if I did more hours. I've never had a issue with management they have always been very supportive. If you're looking for work from home to fit around child care this is a very good company. Easy set up process. Fortnightly wages always on time and best of all your in control of your own hours.
