immy baker: I never normally write reviews but this upset me....I ordered a blouse which all went well, but I realised a few days later I wanted to return it. Unfortunately due to mental and physical health issues, I was unable to do so in the short 2 week return window. I reached out 3 days over the return window, and explained my situation and was apologetic, but was addressed bluntly with no empathy.I have not been able to return the blouse. So I'm out of pocket a lot of money which is hard for me as I cannot work, and live with my parents. I explained all of this aswell, and again received blunt replies. I shop a lot as it the only thing to distract me from my severe conditions. I understand their policy and respect the fact my health is not their issue, but I would expect some empathy or at least understanding. I was taken aback by this situation, as it is the first time I've dealt with such hostility.
Kathryn Yarker: What a gem of a boutique in the heart of Northampton! Beautiful collections of clothes and first rate customer service. Really helpful but not pushy. I was so impressed by how they knew what styles and colours would look great on me. One of the lovely assistants brought me down a pair of jeans from upstairs. I tried them on and they were so comfortable, I haven't taken them off! Unheard of when buying jeans normally for me. Highly recommended especially if you want to update your look! Carole Kirby: I prefer to shop online and ordered some dresses from this shop. I wanted to return one and realised the shop was only 30 minutes away from me so called to see if they could help me choose something else. The appointment with a stylist was fantastic. They had picked out some wonderful pieces for me to try, gave me plenty of time to choose with no pressure to buy and suggested accessories that worked really well. I would never have chosen the items I bought in the shop on the website, and I was thrilled with my purchases. Their advice was invaluable and I will definitely be returning. The shop is a treasure trove of beautiful pieces and the staff were excellent. Thank you so much. I'd travel hours for service like that and I now know exactly where I'll be shopping for future outfits.

Style, quality and feeling as though you really have bought terrific high end clothing is truly what being a lady should be about. Having one item of fantastic clothing should always outweigh 7 cheap items that you can but anywhere on the high street. If you can't afford the full price, then wait for their enormous sales..either way you can't go wrong and will have beautiful clothes to be cherished forever. Why look like everyone else and support fast fashion, when you have stylish staple wardrobe garments that you can relish forever. Would highly recommend..

Jowita Wawrzyniak: I understand that you are closing down,and you want to sell as much as possible, but what I don't understand is how you think it is acceptable to put one of your staff in front of the fitting room and telling customers that they are not allowed to try items on before buying, if she is standing there anyway, surely it makes sense to open the fitting rooms! Sale or not, it is still money.

Her reasoning was that she has a pair of the same and she just wipes them down... I suggested I prefer to wash my clothes and asked to have a look at one of the pairs in the shop that still had a label for washing instructions, at which point she rudely interrupted and said, 'I'm the manager OK? and I've decided not to refund you'Needless to say I left everything at the till that I was hoping to purchase today and won't be returning anytime soon.

I was told in an abrupt manner that nothing could be done without proof of purchase.Reluctantly I still brought the items I wanted to do an exchange for, upon checking my receipt i read the refund/exchange policy on the back which states an exchange can be offered without receipt!I showed this to the assistant who checked with her manager and eventually they let me do an exchange.This is not the first time I have received bad customer service from this store so will not be returning!

When I first visited she talked to me about what I was looking for then made some incredible suggestions, since then I have been absolutely hooked by some of the unique labels that Voni Blu stocks. Beautiful clothing which offer individuality and great value, plus if you are looking for the perfect capsule wardrobe then this is the shop for you. Highly recommended for everyday clothes for something for that special occasion.

Fabulous range of clothes and accessories which are stylish with a price range to suit all budgets. Rebekah Frost: Just wanted to say how much I love this shop, it has so much variety and it has become my go-to place for a new outfit for every special occasion. Birthday’s, summer weddings, winter weddings, new year’s eve parties, Christmas and fancy dress or extremely classy costumes! The jewellery is always exquisite and the range of accessories like hats, gloves, headpieces and shoes are divine. I’ve always felt like I should write a review but I’m finally getting around to it now because this shop has been integral to 3 very important outfits for me in 2018. Firstly, for my 1950’s themed bachelorette party I picked up the perfect yellow polka-dot dress and with its unusual sleeves I really stood out and felt like a million dollars. Secondly, a few years ago I picked up this gorgeous blue/green dress and blue sparkly heels for a wedding and said there and then, that if I ever got married (as I’ve always wanted to wear blue if I got married) I would totally wear this outfit then. And I did! Cut to October 2018 and I was legally wed in the Guildhall, just around the corner from Bohemian Finds, and I wore the same dress and shoes I had bought a few years before, still in excellent condition! It perfectly suited the low key but fun ceremony, and cocktail and canapés reception we had. Thirdly, we had a Halloween themed costume party with a unity ceremony a few days after we were legally married and I wore white to that. I had the dress and veil in a beautiful 1920’s style but I needed a bit of pop for my shoes and something beautiful and warm to wrap around me when we went for our post-ceremony walk – cue Bohemian Finds again! I wore the same blue shoes but bought a stunning white bolero that was half the price of ones in bridal shops and matched the style of the dress perfectly. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to just picking up a little accessory to finish up an outfit, or needing inspiration for a whole new one – each time you shop there you not only get premium products but a service you will never get if you shopped for the similar items online.
