e slap: i've just been in 29/12/20 and had a lovely customer service experience from a young and enthusiastic man (didnt catch his name). He was so friendly to the people in front of me and myself, I'm sure he's made a lot of people's days before.
Steve Morton: I went into Holland and barrett Abington Street northampton to purchase some items . When I went into the store I looked around and couldn't find what I was looking for so I approached a coloured gentleman was a member of staff . I asked for help but he was to busy texing on his phone to want to help me . His phone was more important to him .I couldn't get a word of sence out of him . I felt so de valued as a customer and so unprofessional. Ontop of this to add to it he was dressed scruffy .he was wearing tracksuit bottoms . I didn't know holland and barrett owned there own gym or was a sports shop too it looked like a school muffty day . In the end I walked out in discused and took my business someware I was valued as a customer . I wont be returning to holland and barrett again and will be telling others not to as well
Dream Worlds: In the past couple of months I have been frequently shopping in Holland & Barrett.I have been genuinely appreciated and helped in this store.Darren, Simon, and one lady I can't remember her name, she has two daughters...they have all been extremely helpful and professional.I am delighted to shop there, and I feel comfortable to be there.Thank You, ALL OF YOU!- ADRIAN
Dandy Mae: A limited range of products compared to other Holland and Barrett stores but the staff were amazing and went above and beyond.
Sameer Patel: This store is a joke - I had the displeasure of visiting this and the sales assistance “ Simon “ was an abhorrent, rude and extremely unprofessional person. He was rude to a lady who did not speak much English , when she asked for price , he went rather rudely “ Infornt if your eyes can’t you see “. I happened to ask him for product information , he was so aggressive and threatening when I challenged him behaviour towards me , he threatened to kick me out for no reason , he then told me to do whatever you like.He is an excuse of a man and worse example of customer service . So if you want to visit Holland and Barrett and want to see worst customer service at its finest , then Simon will be there. He is a bloody awful person.
Sal: Although a health store, I struggled to find arnica without so many additives. Pricey too.
Jan Jan: Amazing staff who genuinely care for customers and will answer your questions. Although on the pricey side the quality of the goods are worth the money.

BMW: Easy access for the ground floor but it has a mezzanine floor too,not sure if there is a lift, a lot of canvases and paint art related accessories are avaliable on this floor. The store is one big Aladdins cave enjoy.

Margot “Teacup”: They have a great variety of items for almost any type of crafting interest possible. Aisles are organised so it makes it easier for pne to shop and if one doesn't find an item, staff kindly point them out.

Bea Ta: I was standing in front of the fridge looking to get something sweet from the fridge when a store assistant came close with a trolley quietly. He made me jump and as I instinctively made a step back he moved his trolley right in front of me so turned out I was ON HIS WAY! He did not even apologise. I decided to not to take anything else. I went to pay and as usual there was no greeting from the store assistant at the till, even worse no answer to my greeting or any sort of politeness from the store assistant!Very POOR service! I hate going there and only go there when absolutely necessary! I would rather get to my car and go to another store if it is opened.

Rob Murphy: If ever you needed proof that some people should never be in a customer facing job, it’s the people here. I thought perhaps the “computer says no” staff member was perhaps an anomaly… then I spoke with the store ‘manager’. If there was an award for demonstrating zero decision making ability as well as total contempt for the customer, he’d win it easily. If the high street is dying, here’s why.
Oliwia Winkel: I am a regular customer and come here pretty much daily,not only is the store really good as it often has some sort of sales, the two employees Katherine and Luke are the nicest pair of people I’ve ever met, if I’m having a bad day as soon as I enter the store they make it 20x better, I always leave the store more than satisfied and look forward to my next visit, their employees definitely deserve some sort of raise or bonus, amazing people and a really good store, recommend to everyone !!

She went above and beyond to help me get hold of a product that was particularly difficult to get immediately but she did it and was very informative about the product and how to get hold of it in the future.
