Joe Dix: Summary: spent nearly £4k. Various issues, some resolved. Promised replacements for 2 items which are showing as in stock on the website but have taken over 2 months to arrive. Despite initial assistance from Paul, I've now been forgotten about and have been left witn a £1k faulty BBQ and £70 cover with a hole in it.Order 1816799 for Clementi family pizza oven.- No issues, I am very happy with this.Order 2315116 for glass door, chimney and Pulcinella stand.- Stand arrived with incorrect parts.- Replacement parts arrived the next day, I had to take the incorrect parts to the recycling centre, not a big deal.- Stand is now sorted and looks fantastic.Order 2325595 for Pit Boss Memphis and cover.- The warming shelf had been chipped (not a massive deal) but then someone has tried to use the wrong colour touch up paint to fix it but has done a horrendous job. Was promised a replacement for it and am still waiting for it 2 months on.- Control knobs slide off with the lightest pull. They also don't operate the gas very well as a result. Was promised replacements but am still waiting for them to arrive 2 months on. Meanwhile the BBQ is showing as in stock online.- The cover has a hole in it where it looks like it wasn't machine stitched properly. Was promised a replacement but it's been over 2 months and it hasn't arrived. Cover is showing as in stock online.
Julie Kendrick-Finn: Only second time visiting. Wish I'd known about this little gem sooner. The cafe has different sections, some bright and some more snug and cozy. So you can choose cozy snug for coffee date or crowd around a table in the brighter area for a good catch up with friends. The prices are reasonable, car parking is available and free and toilet facilities seem fine. I think I will be making this wonderful find a regular haunt.

Steve Antipolo: I can't remember the last time I bought anything here. I keep going as a choice for home or DIY but it falls short every time. The lack of trust with customers doesn't make it feel welcoming either. When not buying it would be nicer if that always had a direct flow to the exit. Sometimes it's blocked with stock.For some reason, they've never fixed the toilet, strange for a DIY store!I've IBS, I really need to go when I need to go so I actively avoid places which are not disabled friendly like that

We decided on a beautiful shaker kitchen, which was put together by our kitchen planner, Charlie Harrow. Excellent communication and service skills were given with all the details shown on their autocad design software.

Mr S: Poorly managed branch. I did a click and collect for two garden pots. When I arrived at the branch, they weren’t ready. Waited ages then they brought out these filthy, cracked, battered, wet pots. When I asked if there was in damaged ones, they told me there wasn’t anymore (the website stated there were 4 more). Asked if the could discount because they were damaged, the manager didn’t even bother to view the damage, and just said she’d knock off £3 over the phone (the pots were £80). Really sloppy management, poor quality checking and severe lack of customer service skills.

Sean Anderson: On a scale, this is somewhere between Homebase and B&Q. For home DIY there's a very good chance you'll get what you need and of the three big DIY stores, Wickes is probably the cheaper.

Paid extra for 3 day delivery.7 days later a 2 wheeled balance bike arrived.Most of there phone numbers go straight to mail. Finally spoke with a Hanna who told me it woukd be resolved straight away and she would call me back. Never heard back and now they wont answer calls from my phone. The director of the company is comissioner for Northamptonshire police (Stephen Mold) and I expected better.

They are lying say they never received the parcel back when I have a confirmation email from the delivery company that it was delivered. I'm now having to go through the ombudsman service.Stay away from this company. Not only can you find their products cheaper elsewhere, you will save yourself a massive headache.

Jay McTavish: Wholesale store itself is fine but the archaic rule of not allowing children or babies in is just completely outdated. This is 2023 not 1970 and all this rule does is discriminate against single mothers or fathers who are trying their best to operate a business and support their children during hard times. Imagine if Tesco, Wickes or Sallys hair supplies (or anywhere else for that matter) refused entry to children & babies, it's absolutely shocking in this day and age. What do they suggest? We leave our babies in the car?? I urge the management to review this asap.

Car park a little tight but you can always use the overflow car park which is handy. Always got boxes at the checkout to pack your items in which is handy and love the fact I dont have to remember my bags (which in this place I'd never take enough in).
