Raymond Neil Simpson (Simnebrael): The venue is right next to the aerodrome on the left of the main gate as you are looking at it.The training provided is excellent. The first aid element was covered by CJ, a very pleasant lady who kept the pace of the course fast but not so fast we couldn't keep up. She interjected humour where appropriate and gave us some of her own insights drawn from her personal experience as a first aider.All in all it was a great experience. If you ever think of opening an office in the Midlands, pleaae give me a shout.Thank you everyone.
hiphop heron: Louise was not very welcoming and neither was her colleague with the short haircut and tattoos; who was very unprofessional and confrontational. Barry was cool and nice enough to deal with, the training centre was very clean and well stocked.

I was worried I wasn't taking any of the information in, but ended up getting 37 questions right out of 40! The lunch was fab too with loads of different teas and coffee...we were really looked after and if I'm to do another course, I will be checking here first! Thanks again Barry.

Rob Mason: Did my course back in July and still haven't received my certificate. Phoned 7 times now and keep getting told no one is around to speak to me. Avoid this company!!I finally had my certificate delivered but it took this review for things to happen. Apparently they couldn't get hold of me even tho I had given them two contact numbers and my email address. They got hold of me every quickly after the review above. If only the urgency had been this strong 5 months ago.
