Steven Baptiste: We had a new boiler fitted by Steve at Ask Co. plumbing and heating. He turned up on time and was very polite, Steve carried out the boiler installation to very high standard and was always willing and able to explain what he was doing throughout the installation. All mess and rubbish was cleared away on completion on work. It has now been a fews weeks and we are still very happy with work carried out by Steve. He even put up with me "nosing and poking around "A tidy job, and all the rubbish gone too.I had conducted a little research into the switch and the work involved, Paul came along as his word, recommended exactly the unit I had decided upon, and to the letter how the job would go. No fuss, No extra's, job done.Result.. A really tidy job, much warmer house with reliability and peace of mind. Paul spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me up front considering options and the best solution for me.I decided on a new heat only boiler installed, in comibination with an unvented Megaflow water system. Paul provided a quotation and earliest start date for the job. The job was started on time and Paul worked exteremly hard to complete the job in 2 days.Paul takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable. If you give him the job, he does it exactly when he says he will for the price agreed. Absolutely nothing leads me to suspect that this professionalism isn't replicated on every job he does.More than that, however, Paul is an interesting person to talk to about each and every aspect of construction, planning, engineering etc. - my partner even engaged him in long chats about family matters. Geoff Allport: I had Cameron come to my rental property today to look at some plumbing issues. He was very polite and helpful and sorted / fixed issues that other, much older plumbers had not been able to sort out on previous visits. For example , I had a plumber come to replace my bedroom radiator thermostat as it was stuck on full heat. That plumber replaced the TRV head but left the rad on full heat with non functional brand new TRV.Cameron sorted that quickly and efficiently.I had to leave whilst he was doing his work so left him a key which he kindly placed in the location I requested and he sent me a complimentary text to confirm he was finished and had sorted the issues and secured the property and left.As an electrician myself who is often in and out of peoples homes , I would say Cameron is a fine example of a good tradesman.Top scores 10 / 10

F.O: I do not even want to give them a 1 star review! Absolutely horrific.If you have a plumbing issue DO NOT use this company! I’ve had a leak for over 6months which Steve Farmer P&H have still not managed to rectify. They fail to turn up to appointments and they do not answer telephone calls. They show little to no actual plumbing knowledge (Steve Farmer claimed that the leak was because a pipe had ‘fallen down’, pushed it back up and said it was fixed only for me to point out that it was still leaking!). Nearly £300 out of pocket paying for them to do ‘repairs’ which clearly did not need doing as I still have the same leak and my ceiling has since collapsed. They’ve changed parts to do with the shower and then state that the leak is nothing to do with the shower. They’ve claimed it’s repaired when I still have a bucket on the floor and recently walked into my flat to find the floor flooded! I have been unable to live there since December because of this. Absolutely disgusting. “The big big boss” - as he was referred to, to me (!) - Steve Farmer was sent out on the final appointment (he turned up at the wrong time and then went to drive away - I saw the van and caught up to him!) and was rude and dismissive and clearly seemed inconvenienced to be there! David Maguire: Rob recently installed our new bathroom. This wasn’t just a small install but a complete demolition, remodel and layout reversal. Rob and his trusted team worked tirelessly for 2 weeks to create a bathroom which has a high end finish. The materials used are top quality and installed to perfection. Rob also carried out some other jobs including gas pipe work and kitchen sink installation. Rob is a very hard working and skilled tradesman, honest and diligent. Anne Rimmer: Rob completed a refit of our en-suite, including moving a wall, and changing all the plumbing and waste to accommodate a revised layout. He also undertook a subsequent job for us which was a refit of a shower in a 2nd en-suite which had been poorly done by another bathroom fitter. From start to finish Rob was professional, informative and his work was completed to the highest standard. As is often the case with these types of jobs, things crop up which are unforeseen, but Rob always had a solution, which he would discuss and explain fully with us before proceeding. The work also needed an electrician and a plasterer, Rob arranged these tradesmen to complete the work which was also completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t use anyone else for similar work from now on. Highly recommended.

He’s very hard working and worked through the weekend and on a bank-holiday to make sure he finished when he said he would (having faced some challenges due to our oddly bespoke/elderly plumbing, our request for fancy/complicated electric showers and having to wait for a replacement bath when the original was found to have a nick). His attention to detail and to quality (proper braised copper joints on all the pipe work etc.) has resulted in some really smart looking rooms. He completely stripped and refitted both our en-suite bathroom and main family bathroom during June-July 2020 and we’re so delighted with the results. Right from our first contact Rob was brilliantly professional - he responded in a timely manner to our initial query, provided a competitive quote in a prompt manner, always arrived on time each day, worked really tidily and cleaned everything away at the end of each day, and was communicative with us throughout the whole process. These really weren’t the easiest of jobs either - we asked for custom shower niches in a pretty tight space, we had wonky walls and floors to contend with, and we were delayed when some tiles turned up broken from the manufacturer. We really threw a lot at him but Rob was calm and professional throughout and the finished product is fantastic, we’re so delighted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone!
RYAN WALDOCK: Cannot recommend Rob at Easyflow Plumbing & heating enough!We had a nightmare of a project in a very old cottage which involved relocating a bathroom, taking down walls, installing new walls etc. From start to finish we received nothing but quality and professionalism!Even though Rob is a plumber by trade, Rob and his team Of contractors took care of all aspects of the job to the highest of standards!Nothing seemed to phase him or his team.The carpenter Luke, electrician Nick, plasterer Ian and tiler Sam were all top quality tradesmen.We benchmarked his quote against 2 other companies and his quote was slightly cheaper but much more detailed.He took the time to run through the programme of works with us and had some great ideas on how to make use of our very tight spaces.Always a worry trying to find a good plumber/project manager but I’d definitely use Rob/Easyflow Plumbing & heating again without a second thought!Only problem we had was the amount of biscuits and tea Rob and his team went through, ended up being more than the quote :)Top quality.Cheers Ryan
