Fariha Khan: I had applied for a job and received an email from Melanie on the 2nd of Feb to proceed with the application which I was happy to do so, I was told that I would hear back from her either monday/Tuesday. Fine. It’s now the 17th of February, I have emailed and chased up many times to which I keep getting the same response, now I’m not even getting a response. Very unprofessional, save yourself the hassle and don’t bother with hays.

And they never know they get paid or they get paid in time or not. Her dont even answer the phonecall or message!!! What kind of agency is, seriously? Try to avoid them!!!

Daniella Barry: I initially went for an interview to sign up with them. Initially the consultant was quite friendly and I got an interview with a company. I asked her to tell me the outcome and to give me feedback - she never contacted me - I had to ring her. I sent her an email asking had she sent my CV to another company I had requested - she just ignored me. Common courtesy doesn't cost anything. Useless service, stay away!!!
Lukman Ali: I joined Hays after reading a good review of it on the internet and thought they may be able to help me find a job. i was called in for an initial interview where i met one of the staff members who was very helpful and genuinely tried to get me a job, he would ring me every so often to keep me updated and i was very happy as i could see that he was trying his best. A few months later Hays had a change of personnel. The lady who replaced the chap has not even tried to contact me and when i apply for the jobs online they don't even bother to reply. Some of the agents to reply but some of them just ignore you. I found a job myself in the end and was really fed up with their service. I will delete my Hays account and will not use them again. There are numerous agencies in the town centre, and i would thoroughly recommend trying elsewhere.
