Emre Amirak: Fantastic physiotherapy clinic, both clinically and customer service wise. Stephanie Rodley is exceptionally good and she's the only reason my spine remains mobile. She has also treated my wife and eldest child with various injuries over the years and she has been amazing on every occasion. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, and when I book an appointment, I receive a very handy text message with the date and time. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Caroline Byrne: I took my mother here this evening to have some stitches removed as her GP couldn't meet the 7 day instruction to have them out (gave her 13 day later appt)We found it tricky to find the front door to enter as it was dark (6.45pm appt)We were directed by a kind Dr about to start his shift.Anna called Mum to her spotless surgery and thankfully I was allowed to join them.Anna was a 5* nurse and so kind, reasuring that the wound was good and chatted away whilst she removed the stitches. Great distraction for mum. We would much prefer to attend this centre in the evening than have to wait for an appointment at a stretched GP practice. Well done everyone, especially Anna.

Maye Gelt: They never answer there telephones. The number listed on Google puts you through to someone else. But even if they do transfer you to the right number it then gives you 2 options. Option 1 will just ring and ring with an automated message saying you are waiting for an operator, which after 3 different 30 min attempts I gave up on. The other option puts you through to an answer phone that says not to leave any message as it is not currently being monitored due to Covid. Thus is rather poor as remote answer phones have been around a long time and Covid has been for about 1 1/2 years now. So something should have been sorted by now.This telephone number is also used if you wish to change any appointments or rearrange. But obviously if you can't get through it is not able to be done.

Bee Connelly: I was referred to the physiotherapy department following a shoulder injury. It has been a long journey back to a normal shoulder range but the care and support I have received from both John and Dakshika cannot be faulted.
Kelly Williams: I was referred to the Physio at the start of 2017 for shoulder pain by my Doctors. I had fantastic one-to-one sessions with Dakshika where we tried to resolve my problems with exercises. I had numerous followup appointments to check my progress and after trying injections I had a period where I was pain-free, only for it to come back again a few months later. I got back in to see Dakshika, where she then referred me to a consultant to discuss my options, which resulted in my having an operation in December 2018. I was straight back in with the physio within the week and have had weekly sessions since... They have been extremely thorough and helpful with my progress. I write this because my mum lives in Southampton and had a similar operation 2 years ago and she didn't have ANY physio given/offered! I think our Northampton NHS gets slated, but I have nothing but praise for these guys. Thank you so much :)
Louise Bramhall: Had to get dressing changed told to go highfields entrance b closed note sent to fracture clinic to be told no highfields went back to highfields found a entrance open no signs people waiting told us yes dressings no one knows where you have to go one nurse tells you not here on the phone they say highfields think some major organisation needed

PRS: Barely anyone in out of hours but waiting 30 + mins between 1 patient leaving to seeing another. Absalute joke. Not even a busy night and had to wait hours after appointment time with an autistic child in pain late at night.
Jon Cashen: Excellent staff at Physiotherapy but the car park is a NIGHTMARE, regularly the barier breaks and people just use it as a free car park for the hospital, making it impossible for physio patients to park there.

Joe Bourne: I had an appointment at KB clinic last week due to an injury that occurred in the gym. I called up as soon as it happened and Kim managed to see me early the next day.this was the first time I had been to the clinic It was a nice warm atmosphere with Kim waiting at the front door to welcome me, we diagnosed the problem very quickly within minutes I was told it was a strain of muscle in the lower back.We did an hour of work on the area and my upper back. After the session my upper back felt a lot looser, lats were pain free. The sarco injury still needs work done as it not just a one trip resolution. But very thankfull I could be seen at short notice, would definitely recommend for any gym related injury/treatment!
sophie iacovides: Been here a few times now for sports massages and received excellent service consistently! Kim was so lovely and had excellent knowledge. Would definitely recommend, friendly staff, clean facilities and a high quality service!!!

Glyn Evans: Ibrahim has been absolutely amazing at helping me correct my posture and deal with shoulder/neck/jaw issues. His knowledge is second to none, every session I came away feeling more upright and the exercises helped keep that in place. He was able to work around several surgeries and illnesses I've had whilst keeping me going in the right direction throughout. I can't recommend Ibrahim enough, I've never felt this strong and pain free.
Kurtis Walsh: I was referred to Dr.Ibrahim after being involved in a bad car crash with resulting in injuries I never thought would be helped due to the extent of them, after many sessions with Ibrahim the pain has subsided making it easier for me day to day to not rely on pain relief, I also now know the correct exercises to continue and help with my injuries!

Lee Clarke: I was referred by insurance company after a car crash. When I went in I felt OK but with some pains, it was discovered that I had an issue with my neck, back and rotator cuff. Dr Ibrahim was amazing, very friendly, very welcoming and nice all around. Through twelve sessions of once weekly visits, I am now stronger, fitter and emotionally positive about the future.With a light hearted and friendly demeanour, Ibrahim the physiotherapist will encourage and guide you to being on top of your game in no time. But it comes with a catch - you must believe you can achieve recovery yourself. You must put in your “homework” and practice the exercises in your days between visits, as no one can do it for you. Success 😊. After my six sessions I feel taller, straighter, have no pain and a regime of exercises I can do to ensure I stay this way. I was very happy with my treatment. Katie Gallimore: I phoned the clinic a year ago when I had both hip & ankle pain which was so bad that I was struggling to walk. I'd completed my first marathon a few months prior, and things deteriorated from there. I knew my injuries must be linked but I failed to find a physio who also understood this. Running is my happy place, and not being able to do the thing I loved left me feeling a bit down in the dumps to say the least. The pain was so intense some days that I didn't think I'd ever be able to run again, let alone the distances I was used to doing.I was so lucky to get a cancellation appointment on the day I phoned. The receptionists are so helpful and professional and aways do their best to help. I saw Senior Physio, Luke and explained my struggles. He did some tests and got to the root of my problems very quickly. He also took the time to explain to me what was going on with my body, which is exactly what I needed to hear. As I thought, the hip and ankle issues were linked, and I needed to do a lot of strength work. It felt like such bad news at the time, and I had to take some serious time off of running and build my way back up very slowly. I couldn't really see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I stuck to the physio plan I was given and made regular appointments to advance my strength work. A few months on, I completed a half marathon in no pain at all.My problems did creep back afterwards, which led me back to the clinic. I had let my physio go a bit and it was obvious! I was pointed in the direction of Helen, who helped me with Phits insoles. My legs and feet were completely off balance and physio alone would not solve the problem. The fitted insoles have been great. I feel completely at ease when walking and running and couldn't live without them now. They have been well worth the money.Thanks to the guys, I recently managed my dream of completing another marathon in under 4 hours. I'm over the moon with the results. Even though I said I will never do another marathon, I know I will and luckily the help will be there again :).

Steve Cooper: Wish I went sooner!after an accident, I spent 11 years living in constant agony, with crippling shoulder and back pain, as well as debilitating headaches. Numerous GP visits, hospital visits, X-rays and ultrasound in that time but I was told there was nothing wrong.Within 5 minutes of my first visit, Stuart could see what was happening, described it perfectly, knew how to help and set me on a path to recovery with a tailored exercise plan. Progress was good and within a few months, my shoulder and back pain had eased, but more importantly, the constant headache had gone. I genuinely thought I’d have to put up with the pain for the rest of my life so am so grateful I found and tried this clinic.

I trusted these amazing people who said that although progress is not linear I would recover. So I set my heart and soul into getting better. I had regular treatments with Ellie and Fleur and even acupuncture with Kelly and Stu which was amazing! I love how we can keep in touch and ask for help any time. The exercises that are specific to me are really helping and I genuinely look forward to my treatment sessions. So many breakthrough moments along the way. My mindset has shifted and I will do everything I can to keep my back strong and healthy. A huge Thankyou to everyone for looking after me and the wonderful reception staff too. ❤️

cj services: Totally above expectations,Couldn’t lift arm above shoulder and lower back pain.A few stretches and acupuncture, mixed with homework of stretching exercises and shoulder/arm is fixedLower back a mixture of exercises and “cracking” again with homework has enabled me to be able to bend enough to now touch my toes. Absolutely recommend this place and the physiotherapist Andrea is brilliant in his work from explaining what and why to actually carrying out the procedures.

Buck it up Customs: My first time was really relaxed. Maxine went through how it works ect and made me comfortable. Having HMS she was gentle with me but put me level again. Vikki Claydon: I have sat with a excruciating corn for so many yrs, the pain was beyond normal but as soon as I picked up the phone to make a appointment I was made to feel great and cared for. Sure enough I was greeted by the angel from above (she knows who she is) and she helped me.We had a very useful and informative talk about my feet, after care and I was talked to with such respect and cared for the whole time I cannot describe how much pain relief she gave me and I am so thankful for the work she done. I would definitely recommend and the prices are fair and the lady on the phone/in reception was also lovely and even took the time to ask me how it went after and how I felt. Amazing allround, very happy thankyou.
Trevor: Quality specialists including osteopaths & podiatrist but others available too.Great treatment for back, neck problems from Dan the osteopath. Also benefits those with migraines. The podiatrist helped me with heel pain (plantar fascitis) with hand made some inserts and exercises.The clinic is therefore recommended for sports injuries.Highly recommended.

Julie Lee: Would recommend anyone with aches, pains, bad feet or poorly children to go here. Receptionists see always very helpful and super friendly. Osteopaths, chiropractor and podiatrist are second to none. Could not recommend highly enough!

Ian: Had back spasms nearly 2 weeks ago.booked in to see Sophie who was really great.she helped me and after a few little observations she proceeded to work around my lower back area.felt really relaxed and calm and Sophie is brilliant.Got some exercises she made out for me and it's working.can't thank Sophie enough and the staff there.a big thank you. 👍
