Justine Coles: Proper treasure trove off the beaten track. Generally ok to street park. Staff always friendly. Really well priced items unlike other charity shops who are often unrealistic. Lots of pet items.

Suzanne Clifford: This shop is wonderful. No only does it help animals but when you enter the shop your greeted so warmly. All the volunteers are fab and really happy considering not one volunteer gets paid. They don't get anything from the government. Every penny that is made in the shop goes towards the animals. I wouldn't take my donations any where else. They have a eBay site and a auction site.. it's a wonderful experience visiting the shop xx

Audrey Anne Tarrant: Very supportive and sympathetic when dealing with my cat's death. Also went above and beyond to get her mementos to us.
Mick Buckley: The Vet we saw with our cat on arrival was very helpful and friendly. Reception staff , on the phone, were a little more abrupt. Also a pity they didn't confirm my wife's full telephone number as whilst the last 3 digits were correct they had some incorrect details also so call backs could not be made to her and they didn't think to call me. We were also not made aware of a new medication the cat had been prescribed, when we collected her, or it's possible side effects, nor indeed why it had been prescribed. Our local vet was also unsure why this particular pain relief might have been given. However, overall we were pleased with the care given, albeit expensive.

Nick Corbett: Excellent. Looked after Squid our 8 month old Working cocker spaniel and basically saved her life after she swallowed a whole mini kebab on a skewer. From the initial phone call to picking her up everyone we had contact with were really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Emma Critchley: My lovely staffie Bruce was taken in as an emergency after collapsing at home,was seen within minutes of arriving. Very kind vet could tell he was very poorly and kept him there for treatment, was phoned a few hours later after every possible test was carried out to sadly be told he had a tumour and was suffering. Me and my family were able to come back and lay with him whilst he was put to sleep. The staff, head vet and Emma on reception were extremely kind,caring and over all amazing at a very sad and difficult time. Did not rush us at all,Can not fault at all the care my dog received at the end of his life. We had our dog cremated and a week later collected his ashes,all done with the upmost respect. Wonderful vets,many thanks for everything you did that night xx

The staff were great, very compassionate and also very clear with what was happening. I was an emotional mess as you can well imagine. The staff were lovely and made sure I was okay before driving home.

Paul Crowhurst: Use this vets for both of our dogs since they were 8 weeks old. The oldest Cockapoo has had sensitive skin issues since he was a Pup, thank goodness for pet insurance! They have been great with his treatment and regular medication. They have a pet plan for regular flea & worming treatment which saves us having to remember when due! All vets and reception staff are very friendly and professional. They're very local to us which is a bonus but we wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

Maggie Allen: I've been using Spinney Vets for many years with various companion dogs, all rescues. One poor little girl was a really sad case but, thanks to the vets and my care, she had 6 months of a really good life. I find the vets especially supportive at the worst time, when a dog has to go to sleep. Not a job I would want to do, but thank you, Spinney Vets.

Our 4 year old Chocolate Lab decided to swallow a rather large stone, he was very poorly and needed emergency surgery.Quick reactions by the vets and our dog is now on the road to recovery - and both practices have asked about his progress ….They even took the time to explain the pet insurance process - A massive thank you
