coco susanto: This is a really good professional service. I would recommend Clive to anyone with an insect or wasp/bee issue. We had small bees in our air vents above the front door. Clive came within a couple of hours and sorted the issue without harming the bees. They now have a new home on the other side of the garden and we have a front door we can use! BBKR: I called Mr Waspman about a wasp nest. He attended my property within the hour. He was courteous and professional. He examined the wasp nest and advised on the cost and procedure of exterminating it. However, given the season, he also said it was not entirely necessary to exterminate and that if I left it, the wasps would naturally die off in the colder weather. As a result, I saved money and did not have to prematurely kill the wasps. As a result I will always call Mr Waspman because he is an honest professional.Service:General pest inspection

Dan Guild: I rang Pete when I noticed a stampede of wasp's knocking around our bedroom window, turns out there was a nest somewhere in the garage roof. He answered the phone first time and was eager to get to me the next day. Due to my job restraints he agreed to meet me on Saturday morning.Top quality service from Bee safe. Pete assured us that if any issues after his visit he would return straight away and recitify them (if the wasps decided not to vacate for instance).It's been a week since Pete sorted out the nest and there has been no sign of them. Great local service that I thoroughly recommend!

Had a nest in the roof space, next day, no sign of any wasps coming and going from roof space outside house. Jo Bush: Great service form start to finish, I received some really helpful advice over the phone initially. Visits were exactly as described with a survey and set up on first visit. We then had to leave it time to work as it was explained that rats are active at night . On the second visit, a differect technician attended and was equally as helpful, professional and informative.
