The Private Clinic Northampton: what do users think?
dan
dan: I had a hair treatment which has had amazing results several months in, but I can see will change my appearance even more over the coming months. My experience with the private clinic has been brilliant. Being able to chat and see my options conveniently in Northampton, before having to travel down to London for the full surgery was really helpful and helped me make the right decision for myself.
Paul Graham
Paul Graham: Just do it !I'd been considering having a FUE procedure for 2/3 years. After meeting with Dr Mooz for my consultation I decided to go with it.I have to say the whole process was seamless, well looked after during ( and afterwards ) the surgery and 2 months after the procedure, pleased to say the results are excellent !I was worried about the time to recover and perhaps the pain... No need to.I was back at my desk the day after, and discomfort-wise, I would compare it to mild sunburn, no more.Wish id done it years ago now !!
Yas AF

Thank you to all your team
Emily Fuller
Emily Fuller: Excellent! Thank you so much to Mr Richards and all the staff at The Private Clinic Northampton. Right from the first consultation I had for a breast augmentation they were incredibly supportive and answered all questioned and concerns I had. I was never pressured into anything and was given as much time I needed. The actual surgery and aftervsre I had received was fantastic and I'm excited to see the results as they further heal.

Michelle Francis
Michelle Francis: Excellent, Excellent, ExcellentMr Richards really knows what he's doing, he listens to your needs and advises you on how to get the best results. Rochelle Harisis
Rochelle Harisis: I would like to thank Mr Richards and his amazing, friendly team for looking after me over the last 9 years. If I have any future work done The Private Clinic Northampton is the only place I will go and I would recommend them to anyone.
Arsalan Khan
Arsalan Khan: Appointment booked for Hair transplant with the Consultant paid £25 for it. The Consultation was a waste of journey and time as the Consultant had no idea or knowledge of what she was talking about as she was just reading the points of a piece of paper and then also had no idea about the cost for the transplant and was told they will get back to me regarding the cost but never did. Oh yeh all i was told that they charge £2 per hair which is really odd as never heard anyone charging their patients per hair but still the Consultant had no idea how many follicles or Hairs o would need.
Louise Prickett
Louise Prickett: I can't fault the Private Clinic, Northampton. From start to finish, the team were just fabulous!I met Aggie, (Mr Richards' right hand woman) for my consultation and I can honestly say she is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease answering any questions I had extremely throroughly and professionally.I then met Mr Richards who is so lovely, he is again extremely thorough and I immediately knew I would be in good hands and I absolutely was.Not only were Mr Richards and Aggie so lovely, but so were the team in Northampton too! Each time you visited, they were pleased to see you, knew exactly who you were and that feels so welcoming! My surgery was in London, the team there were again amazing, lovely people who went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable, calm and I felt so at ease! Thanks to Vicki for sharing her tips post surgery too! Vicki, went through everything I needed to know post surgery having experienced it herself, she made the information so relatable.I cannot recommend Mr Richards, Aggie and The Private Clinic team enough!

daniela majauskaite
daniela majauskaite: Never answers the phone!!! It’s 8 am and lines are still closed my as well update your times if you can do your job on time.
Jossel
Jossel: In my experiences all of the female receptionists have always been extremely helpful, polite and reliable to forward all that I have asked of them on every occasion.
Xoxo More
Xoxo More: Незнаю почему так много плохих отзывов. У меня больная жена и я без проблем оформил семейного врача. Единственный минус что я не мог объяснить что либо без переводчика так как я не говорю по английски.
Akhil Joseph
Akhil Joseph: Sick and tired of this place02/05/2023 - Reporting another worst experience about the GP today.I have been trying get hold of someone via phone for the past 4 weeks, luckily or unluckily I got someone on the phone last week. I have advised that I think I have a medical situation which needs attention based on test I have done at home, advised to pop into GP, share the test results which will then be reviewed by a nurse and will contact you if required.I went there on Friday to provide the results, now the lady at the reception told me they can’t take any details, I need to email it to them and gave me an email. I have asked them they could have said that on the phone, I would have done this on the same day I which I was able to get to talk someone. Anyway, I took the email address and emailed all the details. Today morning I had an email I should have emailed, I should have ranged the reception for an appointment to provide the test results. Oh my gosh, I replied back mentioning about the conversation and ranged them up again and requested for an appointment. They said there is no slots available, I said I’m not asking for the same day appointment, give an earliest possible considering my health situation, once I have explained to her about the results, the lady then asked, can I make it today at 14:15, I have accepted time and appointment and I have reported at the reception at 14:00 and again the lady at the reception said there is nothing booked in for me. They say the calls are recorded, if you can trace my call listen, you could about the appointment. There is something seriously at their, they are claiming that it is my fault that I have arrived without an appointment and I’m lying, I spent around 40 minutes on the call to speak to someone to that appointment. I took half-day leave for this and just wasted my time. This is place where we can’t trust the people at least the people I spoke had no knowledge or don’t give a dam about people. I think wanted people to die. I don’t know about the doctors because I haven’t any seen any or spoke to any yet. This is a hell of a place, I doubt if anyone getting any treatment from them. Sick and tired of this place. No respect for people, Other’s time. No dignity. This would probably the ever worse GP around UK. I have been on the phone all day today, every time I'm next on the que someone disconnects the call and finally someone said hello at the other side didn't even listen to what I had to say disconnected again.cold hearted, ignorant and irresponsible services.
Julie
Julie: A great service, from making the appointment by telephone, to having bloods taken, to examination and referral by doctor. The receptionist and security guards were so friendly too.
Prashubh Panwar
Prashubh Panwar: Rude staff, simply told that me that we dont care whtether you have emergency or not, we cant help, thank you and hangup the call. Receptionalist taking calls on 18 April, around 12 PM must be taught how talk with patients. Unproffesional lady staff ever talked with.
phoebe nicholson
phoebe nicholson: Not even worthy of a star. I've been registered here for over 10 years and still can't get through. When u go in, there are many staff at the desk , they ignore phones as iv witnessed many times sitting there after no answere an resulting to the same option.. They make women and children walk miles down there due to deciding they've had enough of answering the phone!
Fabri Ver
Fabri Ver: Tried twice to call this morning from 8am to get an appointment for my baby.Almost an hour each on the queue from nr 13 and once I arrived at nr 2 0r 1 the just hung up.This is really frustrating!
Ron Thomas
Ron Thomas: Very poor service. After getting blood result as abnormal. There is no response from GP. And I am struggling with the pain here. Pathetic service
Alex Ekonomou
Alex Ekonomou: I have just registered with Maple Access & I must say I'm very pleased with the Surgery. The receptionist was very polite and dealt with my issue very professionally, thank you.The Nurse that called me was absolutely amazing ,really lovely and I can not thank you enough,I won't mention her name,as everyone will be asking for her, lol.Big thank you from me.The cockney Greek...
JEYAKANTH KUGANABALA
JEYAKANTH KUGANABALA: Worst ever,,only you find a rude receptionist act and treat like a medical doctor.Almost impossible to book an appointment over the phone.Once tried to book an appointment by physically my self after several attempts over the phone. They send me a text I am abusive towards their staff. This was ridiculous and I believe they did this to hide their ineffectiveness in care.
D Y
D Y: Been calling every morning 9 am and still can't get a telephone appointment. Absolutely shocking
Abrahan Márquez
Abrahan Márquez: no problems with the service provided as far you don't have to leaise with reception...problem is that most times you need to leaise with reception.after 4 visits, I've decided to request a GP further away where I live to help understand how I feel about the practice.
Allie Gallucci
Allie Gallucci: If I could give a 0 I would.Admin staff are rude talk over you and don’t want to listen to any issues/queries.Kate who is part of the partners gives you false hope of getting you away from this appalling service that will be happy to let you rot while they claim the money for you attending the service and then when she offers to call you back the next day, and you wait 9 days for a call back after she admitted to social services her admin staff are rude obnoxious and have caused many of the issues experienced she’ll claim she never communicates with a patients, although she offered this call back, it was not requested.Absolutely appalling service— if you think you’re unwell, you may as well get all your tablets out and put an end to your life— it will have a much better outcome than waiting for someone from Maple access to treat you as a human being.
Suzy Purdy
Suzy Purdy: Rang at 8am for my ill father, got answered 20 mins later and a call back at 10.30am, followed by appointment for 4pm. Can't complain at that. Dr S was very thorough too. Excellent service maple access in these tough times we are experiencing.
Anna Zgondek
Anna Zgondek: The doctors lie, they do not give proper help, they did not feel the patient's pain and sanding People to 111 when they do not have any patient inside ,Just drinking tea and People with pain can hardly walk.
Diana Raiska
Diana Raiska: Literally impossible to get hold of them, constantly says the lines are busy and no one is available. However you go in and it’s pretty much empty so I’m not sure what keeps them so “busy”
Aleksejs Saveljevs
Aleksejs Saveljevs: I have tried to book an appointment for two weeks now for post cancer patient. Is ridiculously absurdly that to get through in the morning is IMPOSSIBLE! And when you get through there is NO appointments left! And back to square one!! I am myself registered with different surgery, amazing surgery vs maple access I even can get appointments later on the day as well as throughly online. This surgery is disgusting!! And is nothing to do with underfunding, I def will proceed to formal complaint! They don’t deserve even one star!!! Disgusting
Bartosz Romanek
Bartosz Romanek: Professional, helping. Impressing in the times where GP surgeries are causing an issue, not seeing patients, etc...
Lianne Cunningham
Lianne Cunningham: Maple access r not good at all am changing doctor for me and my daughter
Nimmy Mathew
Nimmy Mathew: Very poor service and they don’t care about patients at all . Even I don’t want to give 1 star .

St Luke's Primary Care Centre: what do users think?
Hadley Wilson
Hadley Wilson: Most definitely the worst practise I have ever joined. Clinical staff seem competent and the surgery is big / clean however getting an appointment is like trying to climb a mountain with no limbs. From what I understand it has been this way for many years, with numerous patients comparing. This practise manager needs firing! If I were seriously ill or elderly this would seriously stress and worry me. Absolutely appalling public service.
Leena
Leena: I've been trying to call to book an appointment since 5 months and when I call at 8 o'clock I'm on queue 39th position I wait for 1hour on the phone then it reach the capacity and cut off. I tried so many times, I even went to the surgery the receptionist said I have to call, she cannot help. Its so annoying, I just moved to Northampton and I don't know how to get an appointment.
Alex Mann
Alex Mann: Does anyone know if this surgery exists? Totally incompetent surgery. If you ring and try and get an appointment, it just cuts off and says " our surgery is up to capacity for appointments"I went in to the surgery to make an appointment as I was sick and tired of the phone process, spoke to a receptionist at 2.20pm, insisting she cannot make me an appointment and I must call and at 2.20pm I won't have a problem getting through.I phoned up In front of the receptionist and suprise suprise it cut off " all our receptionists are busy" she was the only receptionist, sitting in front of me, and still didn't answer the phone.Shocking, I am looking to move surgeries.
IamPsychiatry
IamPsychiatry: Thank you for entering a Shared Care Agreement for the benefit of our mutual patient. This is much appreciated.
Susan Dimmer
Susan Dimmer: I have been trying for make urgent appointments for several days. Your system is terrible and needs changing. You should support and help patients not ignore them. Disgraceful.
Beka Taylor
Beka Taylor: Once you manage to get an appointment the service is excellent and I have no issues, people do need to understand tho that they are very understaffed and its the same throughout the UK. Its the system thats bad not the service.
AS HD
AS HD: It’s amazing
Pir
Pir: Trying to book a consultation with a GP for more than a month now. I call at 8.00 it says to call at 14.00. Calling at 14.00 it says to call tomorrow at 8.00 :). I try to book an online consultation, it says I cannot because its all fully booked. I got fed up and went to the reception. Although I was the only one there they told me to book it over the phone.
Nazret Abraham
Nazret Abraham: I agree with the comments made by people here but once you get through to a Gp, they're usually good!they certainly are understaffed which isn't their fault. Otherwise clean, lovely and friendly surgery!!!!
Wellaz sabuku
Wellaz sabuku: For more than a week I’ve been trying to get an appointment! I’ve called every day at 8am and 2pm and each time I’m in a queue for almost an hour that eventually gets cut off.Something needs to be done to improve the service 🙄
Ryan Knight
Ryan Knight: Miracle if you can even speak to someone let alone get an appointment
Juliet Packer
Juliet Packer: The staff here seem lovely and Chloe was very helpful but the system is clearly broken and doesn’t meet the needs of anyone it seems reading other reviews on here. Surely this is not good for the health of these patients. My aunt who has been discharged from hospital and was told to get painkillers from her doctor has found she simply can’t use the system. I have tried and managed to get through at the right time thankfully.
Callum Wallace
Callum Wallace: GP in name not in practice.Good luck getting an appointment.Better hope you don't ever have any ailments.Ridiculous process to try and get an appointment. Have to call on the day at the same time as everyone else. It's then pot luck if you get through. If you are honest and say it's not urgent, which 90% of illness for a GP aren't, then you are not getting an appointment.
Sarah Johnson
Sarah Johnson: Cant get through to make appointments. Call at 8am, number 38 in the queue, 26 mins mins later, number 36 in queue then all appointments gone and you get cut off...
Jillian Bone
Jillian Bone: Unbelievable text received this morning asking patients to phone and NOT go to the surgery to book an appointment. The reason patients go to the surgery is because it’s impossible to get through on the phone !!!!
Ryan Higman
Ryan Higman: Couldn’t give 0 stars.Doctor prescribed medicine over phone for my new born who was premature and only 9 days old, once I collected the medicine and got home I read the leaflet it came with and it said do NOT give to under 4 months or premature. Phoned 111 about it and they said definitely do NOT give it to her, the gp had her marked down as a child. Last year with my other. Daughter I had to get the midwife to demand for us to be seen due to my other child having conjunctivitis and the doctors kept fobbing us off. They always been terrible since they’ve opened but now they could have put my daughters life at risk if I just gave the prescribed medicine to her!!!AVOID AT ALL COST, only reason I’m with them is because other gp’s aren’t taking on people
Chris George
Chris George: Poor
Hayley Korbely
Hayley Korbely: 5 weeks ago, I was ill with a chesty cold. I called the GP told them I needed antibiotics and told them my medical history. They wanted me to do a sample test (fair enough) but still no antibiotics.Last week, I called several times to try and get in at the GP. I kept getting the automated message, "reached capacity."Called today, was in the queue, they hang up. I call back, automated message!Having to miss work and pay. I had to call 111, go to A+E, sit there for 5 hours; to be told I have a chest infection and need antibiotics and possible X-ray if it doesn't settle.Something I told the GP 5 weeks ago!I completely understand the lack of staff and everyone is trying their best, but the surgery failed me this time. If you had seen me in person and treated my symptoms like I had said, then I wouldn't be feeling worse now and having to waste the hospital's time.
Ma Robertson
Ma Robertson: This surgery will be responsible for people’s deaths at lack of ability to provide the service it should! They need to acknowledge they should expand or not have taken on as many patients as they have. Service is shocking!!!!
Chloe Cook
Chloe Cook: Can never get an appointment!!!!Call at 8 get to 10 or lower in the que and it always cuts off. After all that time waiting. Then if you get through and the receptionist (non medical) some how can see into the phone and agree if they feel you are poorly enough it’s then the luck of the draw to if you get a good doctor or nurse.I understand NHS is understaff. But if things were picked up earlier by the GP and you could get appointments maybe the hospital wouldn’t be treating sick/dying people in hallways on chairs. This GP has put my son on the line in resuscitation at 6 weeks old. Due to lack of care and no appointments availableIt’s not okay.
Rafal Dziunikowski
Rafal Dziunikowski: Unfortunately waste of time to get an appointment. I’ve tried to contact them exactly at 2PM, when there are releasing new slots for appointments. It booked me in the queue as 30th. Hanging for nearly an hour to get a message that they’re already reached their capacity.

Rillwood Medical Centre: what do users think?
Colin Ohare
Colin Ohare: Absolutely recommend this surgery nothing but helpful people nothing is too much can't thank them enough always polite receptionists are brilliant thank you so much 💓 💗
Chris Coupe
Chris Coupe: Fantastic surgery, signed up as it was closer to where I live and the staff went above and beyond to help me, I would definitely recommend.
asta plegeviciute
asta plegeviciute: I became unwell while at surgery today!, because of the stress they caused me messing up my cancer treatment -again! Instead of helping me when I became visibly unwell- shaking ,wheezing, struggling to breath and talk! they first lied to me that the gp would see me and then asked me to leave the building! and left me outside, alone,in the dark! Two receptionists, practice manager and a young gp ignored my pleas for help! -even when I asked for an ambulance! They walked right by me to go home and despite me wheezing loudly ,clearly struggling to breath- none of them helped me. Stranger called me an ambulance!
Solvita Bitris
Solvita Bitris: The most horrible surgery ever. Staff on reception not helpful. Talking with you like robots. Every single person given to you different info. Making mistakes and making you feel guilty for them. Not taking any responsibility for them mistakes.
Gaz Thomson
Gaz Thomson: I guess all docs have got it bad at mo
Katie R
Katie R: Registered with Rillwood after moving here in 2019, I have a medical condition which requires daily medication. Everything was fine with the practice until my condition worsened in late 2021. Doctor wanted to change my review schedule (for the worse) and when I complained, manager patronisingly told me "I might feel differently then". My notes also say that I misunderstood doctor's intent which is NOT what was agreed at all. Now I've had a medication change, but because I have my medication delivered, I asked for my repeat prescription a few days early to ensure I had enough, but for a 2nd month in a row, they've forward dated my request so I will run out again, even though I asked them not to do this. My medication relies on me taking it daily to get the best effect and wears off after 48 hrs of taking nothing, it's like they are intentionally trying to make me feel worse. Am looking into my options of going to another practice.
Madalina Botezatu
Madalina Botezatu: I tried to get a appointment for my father, his very bad for long time, post covid and nobody booked as a appointment 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️I try to call but the line is busy for 1 week already and when i go there they said they don’t have any free space 🤦🏼‍♀️At the hospital send us to the gp and the gp to the hospital,so why am I paying this much taxes? For what? Oh God in this country nobody cares if you are dying anyway we are to much peoples for the Planet 😉😉f** the NHS
Demi walters
Demi walters: the staff at the front desk are so rude, make fun of people over the phone and it takes 20 minutes to answer the phone aswell, they say all the appointments are full when the place is empty 🙄
Tonezz Tonezz
Tonezz Tonezz: If you care about your familyWould avoid this surgery at all costsBeen caring for our grandmotherfor past 2 years. And nothing but problemsShe has passed away nowWouldn’t wish this on anyone elseTe be honest found this surgeryDisgusting
phoenix smith
phoenix smith: null
Francesca Murphy
Francesca Murphy: For someone who rarely visits the GP surgery the service from Rillwood Surgery, was exceptional. I called the surgery following of from the recommendation of NHS direct. The receptionist who I spoke to over the phone was absolutely wonderful. A sympathetic understanding of my allergic reaction, which had not improved with antihistamines to then promptly arranging an out of hours telephone call with a doctor. The receptionist explained that the phone call would be from any time between 6pm-8pm. This was yesterday, 23rd December. At 6:20pm I was called by a wonderful doctor who was quick to act and advise on the next steps. His advice resulted in me attending A&E yesterday evening, I left with a course of steroids and I’m symptoms have already subsided. My gratitude to both members of staff cannot quite be explained. It could have been a much worse outcome for me, over the Christmas period. My appreciation for the NHS just keeps growing.
Alba Rosales
Alba Rosales: 0 stars.Line always busy but the building is always empty. The wrong diagnose of the doctor is making me have a surgery. The receptionist doesn't have a PhD and she is recommending treatments over the phone when she ask you what is the problem. It should be the doctor. There is never appointments and now you can only talk about 1 problem at the time . What?I'm changing GP. Good luck.
Haylee Loe
Haylee Loe: Phone is always engaged or the surgery is closed message comes on when they're meant to be open. Can take an excess of 50 attempts to get through sometimes. Drives me mad.
Ellie Wood
Ellie Wood: Answers the phone not their strong point but I've never really had a problem getting app for my children or myself
Kelsey Jones
Kelsey Jones: Constantly waiting for someone to answer the phone. Every time I try to get through it takes a good 30-40 calls BEFORE they actually pick up. Definitely moving doctors this is an absolute joke. And then when you get to the doctors everyone looks so miserable and it’s not very welcoming at all...
Angela Chan
Angela Chan: Receptionist takes ages to answer the phone, sometimes they dont answer at all. Order my repeat prescriptions and had too many problems each time on collection at Boots.Boots told me Rillwood did send my prescriptions over despite i had requested it to them via emails. This has happened on numerous of occasions and im practically fed up of the whole thing.Male indian doctor there is so miserable he talks with a miserable face and with a stressful attitude. No smile and not nice.Cant book appointments in advance always says its fully booked. When i book an appointment to see a doctor we get questioned to why we want to see a doctor. Thats a personal question they say this in front of patients in the waiting room too.Not happy with the service at all so a 1 star il be happy to give a no star if i could.
Jay ThankYou
Jay ThankYou: Please for God's sake do not use this centre they killed my dad by misdiagnosis and refusing to see my mum who is she is diabetic patient and her sugar levels need to be monitered.
Sharna Nunn
Sharna Nunn: The receptionists are so rude, they ignore the reception phone constantly or end the calls, talk down to you and can never fit you in. They ask you to ring back again at 8 in the morning yet they still can never get you an appointment any other doctor's would be of more help.
Zoe Doddington
Zoe Doddington: Strange that the website is 'unavailable ' today ..... something to do with the article in the Chron perhaps !!
Ianre Ogundoyin
Ianre Ogundoyin: Their customer service is excellent
Imran Khan
Imran Khan: Yes polite staff and good doctors but .....Nearly impossible to get a doctors appointment, even if you call in at 8am as advised the lines always engaged.

Moulton Surgery: what do users think?
Obioma Cynthia Okolo
Obioma Cynthia Okolo: Nice hospital, the doctor I consulted with is a very knowledgeable specialist.
Kimberley Ladybug Love Boutique
Kimberley Ladybug Love Boutique: Absolutely brilliant surgery. Always get back to you, utilise new technologies where possible to try and streamline to make the nationwide shortage that impacts all surgeries, be less of an issue for patients directly and use what they have got smartly. I didn't think I'd find a surgery as good as the one I was previously with that sadly closed down, however Moulton is definitely up there. I work with many surgeries across Northampton and can therefore professionally state as well as personally that they are innovative and genuinely helpful to their local community.
Dr segar666 Dr segar666
Dr segar666 Dr segar666: Well I had a telephone conversation with Dr Jo Warcaba asking about a wheelchair with nhs for my father who I am his carer and unfortunately she gave incorrect information which I will share with you she stated that he could only have a wheel for inside the house and he couldn't use it outside completely inaccurate not true also she claimed he would have months waiting for a assessment not true as well I have now talked to a nice northampton general hospital occupational therapist and they confirmed the information was wrong so there you go avoid Moulton surgery like the black plague 26/1/23
Karen
Karen: I'd forgotten what hell it is to get through to this surgery for an appointment. Wait over 20 mins, have to answer lots of questions by a receptionist to get anywhere and I'm going to get a phone call from a nurse...Who wants to explain their health problems to a receptionist so the receptionist can decide if you get a call.......However !!!The nurse called and I got an appointment the same day !!!Very helpful and friendly nurse that I would happily see again. Its just the anxiety of getting through to anyone on the phone thats a persistent issue.
Orange88 Orange88
Orange88 Orange88: Dionne (receptionist( can be helpful its always encouraging when people are friendly and i always like to see her face from time to time .Well let's say I'm impressed after some difficult months Moulton surgery have come good and provided necessary treatment quicker than expected thank yoy
michael wright
michael wright: Absolutely poor excuse for a doctors surgery. Even the manager likes to think she is above her pay grade comparing herself to neurophysiology teams in harley Street,London. Stating I don't meet certain requirements yet has already been proved and backed up by various neurophysiology teams iver a period of years. Because she is refusing to sign a document that one of the doctors has previously signed already this is now causing me unnecessary stress which has a negative affect on not only my brain injury and health but financial pressure from other areas because thr form that's needed and been previously signed is being refused by someone who doesn't have the medical qualification to make such judgement. So I will be seeking leagal advice qnd taking this further. I really wouldnt waste your time with this surgery.
Obi Claire
Obi Claire: Well let me tell you Tanya vascovic is the best GP I've ever encountered she has talent well they all do. Thank you Moulton surgery your talented. They make difficult things seem effortless. Can't fort them bravo you are the best thank you keep up your hard work be seeing u
a google user
a google user: Poor experience I am afraid. I was kept at reception for 25 mins for my appointment and I was told by the receptionist the "doctor was in a meeting". When I eventually got to see him he admitted he had only just arrived and was late due to traffic. The doctor apologized but I dont understand why the receptionist felt the need to lie and tell me he was in a meeting when he was not. If she had simply told me he was running late due to traffic I would have understood, but it was disappointing being lied to...
keith saunders
keith saunders: To write a review normally means your opinion of a service with no face to face contact also with telephone response zero after 30 minutes please draw your own conclusions.
Mike Atkin
Mike Atkin: Whilst it is difficult to get face to face appointments by telephone, I have found the Doctorlink website to be very useful and effective. Complete the survey, if the result recommends an appointment, click on request an appointment and the surgery willcall you
Lou Davey
Lou Davey: Takes long to get appointments but the Dr's an Nurses here are amazing and the Receptionists are so helpful!
Helen Garlick
Helen Garlick: Great surgery ! Just when it was needed suspected DVT quick excellent services can’t thank them enough .
Sanchi Sadanand
Sanchi Sadanand: Very difficult to get through too was waiting an hour! Ridiculous.
Tyrone Jadon
Tyrone Jadon: Holding music, is enough to make anybody ill 😭
Kimberley Richardson
Kimberley Richardson: Having experience of many GP surgeries throughout Northampton, this surgery is easy to get through to, and has always been supportive of requested referrals for me and my son.
PE C
PE C: Always friendly and professional. Easy parking, comfortable and safe waiting area.
Ms Terri Bray-Hayden
Ms Terri Bray-Hayden: All Doctors and all staff are so helpful and understanding....Thank you all.
Lewis
Lewis: The usual GP/doctor I talk to is great and helpful, but other than that I'm not satisfied. I seem to never be able to get an appointment, either through the app or when I finally get through to a person on the phone. Today's call took 25 minutes to get through, but luckily I got one for two weeks time. Its like winning the lottery.
Kevin Simons
Kevin Simons: Moulton Surgery is letting its patients down yet again. My two brothers are with Abington and Guilsborough surgeries and are both in their 50s. Both have flu jab appointments for the beginning of December. Meanwhile the best Moulton can offer the overthe 60s? Try checking back in a couple of weeks' time.
Mathew Mason
Mathew Mason: Very inpressed the doctors at the surgery have always been very good to me over the years and feels like a proper family doctors support and their to help with more of life's ups and downs, the staff and chemist team are also very helpful and have time for you as a person not a robot who treats everyone with the same arrogance.. The team treat you with respect and kindness and not contemp like some surgery's.... Thank you for your support and hard work
Razwan Yousaf
Razwan Yousaf: Attended appointment with my 12 years old, doctor’s focus was completely on number of appointments he is making rather than patient care. totally ignored the child as he repeatedly saying “I got millions people waiting out there for me” a utterly disrespectful attitude towards minor patient, when he said I read the story from the last appointment and didn’t let child speak that his pain is worse than before. Three Shires Hospital: what do users think?
Katie McIlravie
Katie McIlravie: What can I say!! Came in yesterday for my surgery. Everyone has been totally amazing!! Special thank you to Janet, Steph, Pete and Lorraine who have been looking after me on the ward. Also to Joseph in recovery and of course to the surgical team working with Mr Guy Finch. I mustn’t forget the kitchen staff who have kept me fed and watered. You are all fantastic people and are a credit to Three Shires. Thank you x
Bishop David Oakley
Bishop David Oakley: Many thanks to Mr Bell, Monika, Claudia, Bertha and Elise, the team who looked after me so well today. It could not have gone better. Bless you!
Steve Miller
Steve Miller: I wanted to express, Dr Woo and her team are excellent!Claudie, Monike, Bertha and Elisa assisted and made the whole procedure a breeze. This is the second procedure Dr Woo has performed on me and the reason I returned following my fist one and the care I received. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough -Dr Woo is a superb practitioner and a genuinely nice person.
Ellen Cox
Ellen Cox: Everything about the 3 Shires was very good I felt very well looked after, and everything was explained clearly to me all the staff were very helpful and friendly, the only thing is perhaps the rooms could do with being redecorated.
Olga Sakka
Olga Sakka: Amazing service from doctor to nurses and Amanda and Jo at the reception thank you
Rachel Bloomfield
Rachel Bloomfield: The nurses on the ward were incredible, they looked after me so well.
Nicoleta Nas
Nicoleta Nas: Very friendly staff
Emma Pochodzaj
Emma Pochodzaj: I want to say a huge thank you to Dr Salako, Shannon, Gemma P, Daniela and Bertha along with the team at Three Shires for taking care of me last night. I would highly recommend the team!
Susan Blake
Susan Blake: My entire experience at Three Shires Hospital has been exemplary. All the staff whether it be theatre, ward, x-ray, MRI etc.Have been fantastic.Mr. Auld was brilliant.
Jo Brown
Jo Brown: All staff were friendly and professional. They made me feel that it was all about me and that I wasn't just one of many. I found this very reassuring as the procedure I was having and the possible results were a little worrying for me. All the staff were caring and made me feel safe and at ease. They talked me through every stage from pre-assessment, preparation and procedure. The ethos of the patient comes first was very apparent.
Amanda Smith
Amanda Smith: Everything was amazing, I can't fault anything. Pam is an asset to your nursing team, she really cares about her patient's. And Mr Von Widekind is a remarkable consultant, I can't thank you all enough for the care and treatment I received. And I'm looking forward to a new pain free me once I've fully recovered.
Farah Duff
Farah Duff: I had a steroid injection today which was administered by Miss Muthusamy and her team (Shannon, Gemma P, Daniela, Bertha, Alan). Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Thanks team!
Robin Hill
Robin Hill: I was more than pleased from admission to discharge with all the care and assistance given.
Dominic Duffy
Dominic Duffy: Very helpful. Libi was great.
Sharon Bassett
Sharon Bassett: Every one of your staff were courteous, professional, friendly and put me at ease throughout my time with you
Tony Elliot
Tony Elliot: All the care provided was superb. I was quite anxious not ever having surgery before. The nurses and anaesthetists were so good at making me feel calm. The care straight after recovery was great. Thank You.
Mark Slater
Mark Slater: Everyone who looked after me was very polite, kind and very helpful. We can’t thank the staff enough for the fantastic care whilst I was in the hospital.
Lisa Pere
Lisa Pere: Attended as an outpatient on the 12th May, staff are all very friendly and helpful, was seen on my appointment time and not kept waiting. A big thank you to the gentleman (Luke I believe) who chatted to me throughout my biopsy procedure, his distraction certainly helped me thru a very uncomfortable few minutes. Would have given full 5 stars but would suggest a patient aftercare leaflet could be provided perhaps and whilst it was under only local anaesthetic I think they should advise not to drive home yourself as my only saving grace was that I only had a 20 min drive and managed to make it home before needing to be sick, not sure if due to the level of pain, or a side effect of the anaesthetic or a combination of both! Menopausal women need things in writing as the memory is not what it once was, I don't recall being advised I could take painkillers before the procedure but couldn't say for definite whether or not it was something which was mentioned in the original appointment, perhaps useful info and advice on what you shouldn't do for a few days afterwards could be added to the appointment letter. A nice clean hospital though and the facility of free parking on the site is definitely an added bonus.
The one 2 1
The one 2 1: I was treated with dignity and care all the way through my procedure!
Ann Johnson
Ann Johnson: Very well looked after, lovely staff and procedure carried out prompt and efficiently
Jean Lewis
Jean Lewis: ALL staff were friendly, courteous, respectful approachable and very very helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . Amazing experience great hospital to be treated in Thank you all so much

Northampton General Hospital: what do users think?
Renato Silva
Renato Silva: Nothing related with medical staff from the hospital but with security from the hospital. My kid was very dizzy couldn't walk and I drop my wife and kid near the A&E and some idiot came runing and shouting you can't stop here look look you gona get a fine. First of all if I stopped not parked for less than a minute to drop them is because I didn't have another option normally the people are not going to the hospital when they are in good mood! Second if is a private company who makes the control from car park and roads around the hospital why this rude person came runing and talking in a threatening way! We are already down because the baby is more than 1 week down mood. Unfortunately someone gave him a jacket saying security and he came showing off is a boss! Not a smile not a "good afternoon sir look there is a camera you should move your car" is nothing to do with us but the camera can catch you, nothing!!! Well this is the type of people we have no education no manners and big bosses... What I can say!
Dermot O'Regan
Dermot O'Regan: 22 hrs in a Waiting area whit a Swelling on the Brian this is after being sent home the day b4 being told by the doctor that he would bet his job on Nothing going on in the brain ??? My daughter is still waiting to see a doctor apparently a swelling of the Brian is not a emergency 🙄 this is happening now may the 18th 15.40
Anthony Dsouza
Anthony Dsouza: Great hospital however the staff here is to only to take their salaries from tax payers. They know nothing and is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Rudeness to the core. Need a reality check on where they get their salary

Dave Manning
Dave Manning: Where do I begin? Uncomfortable uncaring unsociable unhappy always some sort of problem lack of information unhelpful especially a / e always problems with that department terrible.
Mr. Lambo
Mr. Lambo: If you can, try go to other hospital. I am literally shocked, general doctors at a&e has lack of knowledge, i was given paracetamol and suggested to google the symptoms. I have no idea how they getting graduated at medical school.Arrived to hospital at 9pm1 doctor at a&e only6 patients were in the queueAverage waiting time 2h
beth crocker
beth crocker: Appalling hospital, if you can get to Kettering, go there! The treatment, judgement and discrimination I have received over many years is disgusting. I know the treatment you will receive depends on who you see, and sometimes its better than others. However there is a reoccurring theme with NGH of lack of awareness for mental health issues. When staff sit on the nurses station bad mouthing a patient who has attempted on their life, it makes a person there with mental health issue themselves, not want to stay. Badly organised, inattentive and horrible. The best people in that hospital are the volunteers and the HCAs, they are the ones that are the most caring and empathetic on the whole. If you can go to Kettering over Northampton please do.
Gillian Twiselton
Gillian Twiselton: Good but parking was awful
Arrgh Bee
Arrgh Bee: Fantastic staff and great facilities. High level of care.
Lynn Flecknor
Lynn Flecknor: The 1 star is for the nurses only, as for my treatment by a Gynaecologist and co with their procedures done on me without pain relief was disgraceful and I never want to ever go there again.
Linda Blow
Linda Blow: My husband has been going to see Mr Tomlinson for about 5 years in Neurology department Mr Tomlinson is very professional friendly always takes time with my husband in his busy clinic on Tuesdays we want to say thankyou to him
David Prowse
David Prowse: My 10 Yr old daughter recently had an MRI at NGH and the staff were excellent. The process was well explained and the team provided reassurance during a process that sppk adults. Many thanks DP.
George Christofi
George Christofi: The hospital itself is great and the staff excellent. The biggest issue is parking. All wards visiting is at the same block of 2 hours so the limited amount of space is highlighted dramatically. I won't complain about the cost because it is comparable to council run car parks. It's just too small!!
John Meakins
John Meakins: The staff are great, but the service is appalling. There is an extreme wait time for literally everything and as nice as the staff are you don't feel like your health is in good hands due to the lack of resources. I wish I could say this was only a one off, but it's happened a handful of times in the past few years including the birth of my child. If you can, go private or to another hospital.
Steve W
Steve W: I couldn't criticise the place based on my most recent visit.
sahana battiwala
sahana battiwala: Pathetic paediatric emergency service including staff in it. We waited until morning to be seen by ENT, and nurses were just happy to not to call ENT to come and see my child. Very rude and stubborn staff. Absolute lack of sympathy and empathy. I hope I don't need to go there. Terrible, horrendous and useless.
Venczel Andra
Venczel Andra: The most horrible hospital that I was in my life. From the luck of space l, to the incompetence of a lot of the doctor's and nurses. Plus the long hours that you have to stay until someone is actually looking at you.Shame on NHS!!! And you are asking for a raise of salary???
tom george
tom george: Worst hospital I have ever tooAll the staff were very rudeEspecially the emergency department
Andrew Potts
Andrew Potts: Amazing staff let down by lack of beds

H
H: staff make patients feel like an inconvenience, which is never how you want to feel when reaching out for help. very disheartening
Tony Osborne
Tony Osborne: Fantastic practise for me over past 20 years. Nothing too much trouble. Always looked after with care and professionalism. Thank you.
nice guy
nice guy: Useless, RU👺DE ReceptionistI think she owns this place and voluntatily paying from her pocket to docs and nurses...WHY these uncompetitive Rubbish staffs eating public money...Rudeness is not at all a superlative just basic adverb for this ladys behavior ...No appoinments, No information, No call back, No cancellation report back to patients. Wont call back with results...Good Luck for you...If you use the surgery..
Mohamed elmi
Mohamed elmi: The worst GP ever i haven seen poor customer service and rude doctor aggressive and unprofessional dr when you ask question
sidra_ sidneetlover
sidra_ sidneetlover: They talk so rudly.. I went there with my mom and they check her but nurse looked at us so rudly
Emerald H
Emerald H: I had a call back from a clinician and they were so rude and uncaring. I've felt afraid to use the GP due to how I might be treated and this only supported that feeling. My advice to anyone is to go boots or a local pharmacy before trying the GP. It's not worth being belittled and dismissed as if your problem is nothing.
Serghei Catansus
Serghei Catansus: The worst medical centre i have ever seen.Never helpful. They want to get rid of you ASAP.Arrogant receptionist. Please avoid this clinic.
Catalin Florea
Catalin Florea: I called on Friday. Initially they said to wait , and when I told them what my problem is the receptionist said that she finished with the appointments for that day and to call them back on Monday! This GP is a bad joke! Actually entire UK medical system is a bad joke, and we pay a lot of money every week!
Mantas Barista
Mantas Barista: Smiling and friendly receptionists.Nothing like reviews was saying.5 stars
Onixa Onixa
Onixa Onixa: I’m register with this GP for about 3years now , and I’m not recommending for others to join .. The lock off interest in helping the patients ,how the checkout are made and insufficient communication between ,it’s just making me sad and angry that I am putting my life and my family life at stake into those people hands …and others GP’s are not better then them / sad system
M1NDSET STUDIO
M1NDSET STUDIO: Not much has changed. If you dare ask a question, you are met with poor customer service (particularly on the phone). Booking an appointment was met with rudness by the same receptionist people speak of on reviews. However it was booked, it was on time, and doctor was a little abrupt, but ok. If I can, I will change GP'S, despite me having to see a gp rarely. Manners should be a standard thing anywhere.
sara Froggatt
sara Froggatt: I was having a perfectly happy day until I called the surgery to be confronted by as always a very abrupt and moody receptionist. Customer Service KMC. I understand the current pressures but there’s no excuse for not delivering on the minimal requirements.
Vicki Hart
Vicki Hart: Just moved to the area and did some googling. Not great reviews but a lovely friendly receptionist answered the phone and got on with registering us. We had to come and see a doctor last week. Having moved from a practice we had been with for 25 years we were a little wary. Glad to say that from the nurses doing our registration and the doctor who saw us last week, our experience couldn't be better. Thank you x
The Tamagnis
The Tamagnis: Almost impossible to see a doctor. Whilst I agree that staff are not there to be abused and should be treated with respect, I believe they need to remember that it’s a two way street. The regular aggressive manner in which they speak to patients, in person or the phone, is very unnecessary, and it’s worth them remembering that many patients are most likely scared and worried and need some kindness and compassion, instead of being made to feel a nuisance.
brackets thepolicefan
brackets thepolicefan: Avoid even if you have the plague. I was accused of stealing their blood pressure machine, even though I had returned it
florence quinn
florence quinn: I would like to thank everyone at this surgery for the care that I have received from all grades off staff :) often GPs surgery get such bad press, I have to say this complete opposite to my experience :)
Marius Stankevicius
Marius Stankevicius: Absolutely awful treatment from receptionist, been trying to get an appointment for the last 6 weeks, being told to ring next morning at 8.00 am and believe me I’ve been doing it everyday. This ridiculous when I need urgent help, the worst nightmare and I can do nothing about it.
Trey Royer
Trey Royer: Had appointments with Ascenti as I needed physiotherapy, service and staff were absolutely great, would recommend!
Gavin Marshall
Gavin Marshall: No great receptionist, unhelpful and sometimes rude. You get the feeling they think it would be a a nice place to work apart for those pesky patients. Some of the nursing staff do a great job however, but one in particular acts uncaring will not listen to you because she thinks she is always right even when proven otherwise. They seem set in there own treatment plan, doesn't mater if you are not able to do what is suggested, you either get ignored or told to try anyway. If you are deemed worthy enough to see a doctor they can seem disinterested and unwilling to interact with you.
Mandy Smith
Mandy Smith: The five stars are for the amazing nurse Karen Powell. She is wonderful and so caring. I wish there were more people like her. She treats people with respect and wants to do the very best for them.

Alan Raines
Alan Raines: They got me back running after a year off with injury
Lawrence Bush
Lawrence Bush: Prompt and professional service carried out by a sympathetic and caring podiatrist. Well worth the money paid. Highly recommended for anyone with foot problems. I will certainly use them again in preference to my previous private clinic as I know that I am getting the best possible treatment here.
DWM
DWM: I would highly recommend them for all your foot problems. They operate a first class, low cost, fast and efficient service once you have an appointment, which took two months due to their popularity. The staff are dedicated professionals, who work alongside podiatry degree students and the appointments are for an hour so the examination and treatment is not rushed.Pity my NHS GP was initially very slow in sending me for different scans which podiatry had requested through them, which delayed my full diagnosis by a further 3 months. The correct postcode and address is Northampton School Of Podiatry, Cliftonville Rd, Northampton NN1 5HQ. They have their own car park behind the building and a drop off point at the side. Bus stops are situated 50 meters away.

Carmen Pacurar
Carmen Pacurar: I am very mad. Very upset.More than one hour I have tried to find this podiatry and it was impossible. And I lose my first appointment. Nobody knows where it is this. I have tried to call them and they not answer. Pregnant in 37 week.today I have seen all the areas and all the street and the alee from the General Hospital. I was to this address and someone told me is not there. And send me in the other side and then again in other side the hospital.

Ogunleye Omotolani abosede: Have been trying to call and book an appointment but the line have been busy, not going through.
valentina smirnova
valentina smirnova: One star only because I had apportunity to make a call and speak with a receptionist and it is all what they can provide and said call tomorrow at 8.00am because and day after the same. Now I am not on a pain only, but full of stress as well.
Mihai
Mihai: I d give 3 stars ,due time waiting ,makinng an appoitment ,been seen by gp ,reception not quite up to stards .
Blue Bull
Blue Bull: Every single time I've phoned up this surgery, it's always ended in pointless arguments with the rude receptionist that works there. The receptionist never lets you speak, rants and then just hangs up on you. I've tried multiple approaches to be polite and get the receptionist to book a triage appointment and none of them have worked.
lollypopyish
lollypopyish: Horrendous. From unprofessional doctors, not offering chaperones to underaged girls when seen by a male doctor , to them having " no record" of something they prescribed to a child.Only ever had good experience with their pediatrician Dr Roberts and the midwives before covid.
Sharon Inwood
Sharon Inwood: Great GP’s! However your totally done for if you don’t like using this Internet stuff! For a simple repeat prescription and then you fight to get an appointment same day at a decent hour of the day - I’m 58yrs and walk there and back financial restraints! Recently needed meds for PTSD told to ring back tomorrow morning and try again! System is messed up totally by ruddy red tape! Online system down and can’t even get a 5 min call from a dr to do telephone review!
Jimmy
Jimmy: I have for the past 2 weeks on different days and different times been trying to contact the surgery both by telephone and the online assessment to no avail. I am desperate for an appointment due to constant and severe pain which is limiting my activities. Also I need my medication exemption certificate renewing…… HELP
immy sterling
immy sterling: I’d give it less than 1 if I could. When I was around 16 I went to the doctors in excruciating pain and explained how I’m unable to do any activities or even sleep because the pain was so bad. I was adamant that it was sciatica due to a fall that had happened. Despite showing all the symptoms the male doctor laughed in my face, I literally mean laugh. He told me I’m “too young to have sciatica” and told me to go and lift weights at the gym. Me being young and naive I listened, yep you guessed it my back went in the gym leaving me bed bound for a few days. I had to keep pushing to eventually get referred to physio. My question is, how can you just throw medication at someone and refer them to physio without any type of scan? Surely that is dangerous and could potentially aggravate the problem more. Which it did, physio would leave me bed bound for a couple days after. This experience has put me off ever going to the doctors. It’s not the first time this doctor has shamed me, I have a few health problems and I dismiss them now due to this joke of a place. Not to mention I found my own mother dead a few months ago because no one listens at this s**t excuse of a doctors surgery. All of you that have had good experiences are very lucky, it’s a miracle how anyone has anything good to say about this joke of a place.Don’t even get me stared on the reception, maybe start with hiring people who actually have empathy. As someone who works in healthcare this place needs a whole new system, it’s absolutely appalling.
andy cassidy
andy cassidy: It has taken me over 2 weeks to get an appointment and only if I take a day off work and wait for a ‘maybe’ if you ring on the day. They used to be much easier to see before bloody Covid and lockdown. However the staff and service are excellent.
Elizabeth Perryman
Elizabeth Perryman: Can’t fault the level of care from reception to clinical staff.Used online form this morning, offered face to face appointment with doctor, who treated me and avoided admission to hospital. We all understand the pressure the health service is under however LTHCC has always delivered excellent care to my family.
Nathaniel ROSS
Nathaniel ROSS: They worst doctors ever they have subscribed something that not in the UK atm
Ashley Paine
Ashley Paine: I requested a phone appointment about some medication I'm taking, and was expecting a doctor but spoke to a rude receptionist who was relaying messages back and forth,so anything else i wanted to say if i forgot was pointless, they just dont seem to care, very poor!
Mark S
Mark S: Surgery gone downhill since pandemic, think they are aloof of the people they should care for.
tahid Ali
tahid Ali: The reception is rudeHave been calling 3 days in a row from 8am no luck 3 hours wasted managed to get through to receptionAsked to speak to a gp or get an appointment but was advised to call in the morning. Requested to speak to a gp regarding scan.Did get a call but I missed it called back asap. Receptionist called clare kept repeating that I had missed a call and spoke to me as if I had committed a crime. Vert bad towards patients and rude receptionists . This surgery has gone down hillZero stars
Tren Ace
Tren Ace: Has to be the worst surgery every, it is almost impossible to book an appointment with them and reception staff are just rude, they often just hung up on you.. I was trying to get an appointment since coronavirus, they refused every time. I had to go private and spend several thousands, doctor said that with my condition I would need blood tests once or twice a year, and tried to contact my GP to advise this, so they can book it in, receptionists just hung up on the doctor. Doctor then wrote a letter to my GP, they ignored it. I am trying to make an appointment to speak to a GP to see if blood tests can be arranged. They never book me in, saying that this is not urgent and they will not book me in, as they only have "same day appointments", but there is no way for me to speak to a GP because they wont book you in advance, only have same day appointments and apparently routine visits etc.. are not part of it. Absolutely bizzare
Claire Van As
Claire Van As: I'm quite suprised by some of the reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences in the time I have been with LTHCC. I always find them helpful and never wait long to speak to a doctor if necessary or have a face to face appointment. Cant fault them
Kimberley French
Kimberley French: As long as you never need to see a doctor then you'll be fine
sherry alishamaz
sherry alishamaz: The worst! Not only are we not in a pandemic anymore but the over exaggeration from the receptionist is absurd. Its like ebola🙄 must speak from outside. If your in the building already and need to query something . They asked me to stand in the rain amd call them from outside so im still in a que. Goodluck waiting for any letter. Goodluck getting to speak to a doctor who knows what they're doing. I feel sorry for vulnerable people and people who are ill and dont know their rights. They need a safeguarding. If u can afford it go private because they will question your sanity
Dave Manning

granny0v: Iv been on the phone nearly an hour, it says im 20 in the qu and goes down to 17 and back to 20 , personally i think this gp would benefit from asking their patients how effevtive the gp is , i think this gp needs to make some changes and open reviews , opinions could help them find out whats working and what isnt , most of the gps now are walk ins and this gp is still stuck in old ways . This gp nerds to learn to make changes , to benefit the flow ,
Diane Stephens
Diane Stephens: I would like to thank the staff from surgery from the first contact receptionist to gp and referral to the hospital at this very busy time caring though out thankyou so much
