Beckets Park: what do users think?
mansukh vaja: That’s some sorts festival to just waste public funds
Harish Ravindran: Beautiful park for kids and family. Plenty space and scenic.
Phavour Ahda: It was a beautiful experience to go there for a picnic with family, and later on colleagues. Pick the right spot and enjoy the sunshine 😉Playground: Seems safe and fun for children. I don't have a picture though.Picnic area: It's a large park, you just need to pick a spot.
Mckenny Ndifor: -Very good-Need more than a benches-The tennis cage. You need to book online first.-Great open space. Lots of space to run, play ball games etc
Aravind S: Nice and well maintained park.Enough space for rest and exercise for people of all ages
Terry Watson: Spring is showing in the park, trees greening up and people strolling in the sun. Kids are playing in the fenced off playground, dogs are chasing squirrels, while the squirrels wait to be fed with peanuts. A nice place for a low cost few hours by the river.
Payal Bonde: Love the park. It has children's play area. You can also feed the swans, ducks if that's something you would enjoy. On the other side of the park is University of Northampton which also makes for a good walk
Mahendra Paudel: Peaceful
D-Man: Great shop
ian blair: Lovely walks by the river and clean park
Muge BN: Nice park in the area.
Harpal Panesar: Great green open space in the middle of chaotic Northampton. Great to walk the dogs and enjoy views of the canal and extensive intricate bridges. The children's play area is enclosed and has an array of play apparatus to keep the young ones amused for an eternity. Sadly no public toilets. Seating is sparce there a few benches dotted around but the open green areas are vast so make sure you bring your picnic rugs and additional food for the squirrels as they'll be eating out of hand.
Dr. Anusha Shetty: Small but tidy decent place with children play area. No food or toilets. There's a ice cream Cart on holidays. It would be good to have a toilet and a permanent food cart.
Michael B: Well kept interesting park
Stefan Hayes: Lovely urban space
Paul Pearson: Beautiful place for a walk. It's along the river Nene. It even has a children's play area.
Doniyorbek Muminov (Daniel): Nice park next to the University. I take night walks there. Clean air and piece full place to enjoy nature!Playground: Nice playground next to river.
alec corbishley: Great on a warm day, to sit on the bench by the canal. Dog friendly. Playgrounds ok , fallen trees for kids to climb on and tennis courts.
Robert Baker: Nice park clean nice outlook near the river only downside no toilets luckily morrisons nearby
john wade: Clean and tidy
RamonaSeby Cobuz: Very nice

Boughton Lane Pocket Park: what do users think?
Alice Matapuri: Swing the girls getting from going out.
Paul Wingfield (PWingers): Super little park for a bonfire night special. We visited on 5 November 2022 for bonfire and fireworks. The event was well organised and very safe. There were food vans but the chip vans had 40minute waiting times by 5:30 pm (It's a pity that no one thought to sell pre-cooked jacket potatos because they could've been sold to people without the wait!).The fire glowed brightly and warmed everyone nearby but we were a little disappointed that there was no Guy on top of the fire. The fireworks were excellent and the children loved the whole event.
Vladimir Homola: A cute small and quiet park.
Jane Bullimore: Lovely park for the kids
Lee Denny: Pleasant pocket park in the middle of Boughton,
Mark O'Key: Love what they are doing to improve this park

Matt Pateman: Lovely little park. Kept the kids entertained.
Pamela Fedycki: Lovely pocket park....like a secret hideout. Got everything....swings for all ages, climbing and a little lake too :)
Ramona G: It's rather a park for older toddlers and children, not suitable for younger toddlers. There were many rabbits behind the daffodils, on the hill. Plenty of tables for a picnic. There is no parking so I parked on the street, but it's quite busy, so be mindful.
Kathleen Beezley: Lovely clean and tidy and the coffee trolly was the cherry on the cake xx
Nathaniel Haye: A quiet spot to walk ones dog. Had no idea this was here but enjoyable nevertheless
Nathan Anderson: Great place
Sharon Merricks: Love this walk around the park x
Christopher Vargyas: Lovely little park with excellent equipment in a quiet location near Northampton.
Sam Hill: A very pleasent place to visit. It's a lovely area to walk through and my boy always loves the play area.

Bradlaugh Fields & Barn: what do users think?
Chellie Hyde: Beautiful place to walk ur dogs. Very peaceful and a lovely little cafe in the middle..Restrooms: Rest rooms in the cafeDog-friendliness: All around bradlaugh Fields is dog friendly
Billy-Jean Dancer: This place is wonderful. The beautiful hills and dips are like Tellytubby land, or sand dunes made out of grass. My dog absolutely loved charging around in there. There are paths to walk everywhere; some lead to the big open spaces, others to woodland. The woods are fantastic when it’s hot or raining. I can spend hours there with my dog, it’s the best place I’ve ever been to for walks. People I’ve spoken to there have always been pleasant.Couldn’t recommend it enough!
Kate Bygrave: Fantastic for a social dog walking experience, and then to the barn for a hot cuppa (they have biscuits for the dogs too!!)
Karen Facer: Perfect place to walk your dogs
Christie Jones: Great place to walk dogs, good play area for children with picnic tables
Craig Churchman: One of Northampton's hidden gems
Ross kent: Love this place to go for a walk.
Sam: It's a vast land ! You getting depressed? Make visit to Bradlaugh and take some fresh air....
Chris Phillips: A really lovely place to go for a walk, but a couple of cyclists, cycle dangerously fast and don't slow down when passing pedestrians or dogs and nearly knock you flying.Very concerning!Playground: Playground very suitable for younger childrenDog-friendliness: Lots of friends dogs and people.
Jithin Roy: Such a good park for games and time pass .
EX MILITARY: Playground: Nice place for children and dogs 🐕
Moose llips: Outstanding a beautiful park lovely people and friendly dogs.
Martina Ludovicka: Great place for walking, relaxing and there is lovely playground and picnic area hidden in forest...❤
Kimberley Richardson: Beautiful space with a lovely centre in the middle. Lots of events to go to if you want, also lots of open space to avoid people if you'd rather!
Louise Rawlins: Many shaded areas if you find you need to be out and about with your dog in the heat.
Vikkie Maloney: Fantastic open space 👌
margaret peterson: Always enjoy my walks with dog but look out for holes in ground.Noticed yesterday the increase in fly tipping breaks my heart to see such abuse
martin nash: Very nice place to walk your dog
Deborah Cuthbertson: Beautiful area, open space, with lots of nature to see and well looked after.Visited regulary by locals who all know each other, it has a really nice community spirit. The barn is a lovely friendly place on a Saturday morning to have a coffee - ran by volunteers. The field by the barn is usually used by families and children during the day. A lovely local regulary paints small stones and hides them around the barn area for the children (and adults) to find. A great children's play park, and loads of trees and areas to explore. The barn itself runs numerous groups and events, all detailed on their Facebook page. The top fields are mostly child free and a great place to walk, expecially with your dog. Again lots of open space for ball throwing and dogs to run and play.Nathan, a local dog trainer and behaviourist, does dog walks on a Saturday morning attended by dozens of people. With no close roads for parents or dog owners to be overly concerned about, friendly locals and with its green flag status, Bradlaugh fields and Barn is a gem of a place.
Terry Dale: Was actually working here today but what a gem of Northampton this place is.
Pam Boyce: Just such a lovely walk with the dogs ( on lead) plenty places to hide from other dogs as I have a anxious little dog its perfect
