Maria Davis: Our bin wasnt collected on its usual collection day and I couldnt see anything about delays on their social pages, so I contacted them to check whether I should bring the bin back in and wait for next weeks collection, and within an hour of me contacting them, it has been collected.Incredibly fast and professional service.Thoroughly recommend.Service:Trash removal disposal

Tom Swain: Quite simply one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Promised a skip delivery 4 days on the bounce, even when booked weeks in advance their lateness meant our project couldn’t start and we incurred extra costs.Bakers then missed multiple promised collections, even after confirming collection every day over the phone with their customer service team, leaving us with very angry neighbours. Even after emailing their MD they were useless and the service didn’t improve!Bakers waste seem to be a long standing joke with local contractors who all wished us good luck getting the skip collected and told us they wouldn’t deal with them with a barge pole!Appalling company to deal with from start to finish. I’d strongly recommend you avoid!

Tom Hislop: I hired a skip from Bakers Waste and required a road permit as the skip would not fit on the drive, every member of staff was brilliant from start to finish. Nicole Law: Ordered 50 bags for commercial waste/ recycle disposal. Used about 5 bags but had to take 2 bags filled with recycle back in because there were no collection. Called the firm several times and told them there was no collection. Final call to David and said I needed to return the bags for a refund. He said they can't refund me and said they will improve the service. NOPE. NO IMPROVEMENT. After one year, I still have more than 40 bags. A credit controller called because I owe them money for the duty of care. Mentioned there was no charge for first year. What service?! I don't see any! Definitely not paying anymore when they can't fulfil their duty. Total £120 paid, for 3 collections. No communication within the company and poor organization. Literally "Rubbish service"!
DJ Rob Herbert REVO Productions: AVOID !!! AVOID !! AVOID !!!We have had nothing but problems from Baker waste from day one. Due to deliver the skip on the Monday, after several attempts trying to get through a skip was finally delivered on the Thursday, (3 DAYS LATE !!) after being promised day after day that it would arrive that day. When it did arrive it was the wrong type of skip causing an additional time today. When the skip arrived they literally DROPPED onto a brand-new block paved driveway causing extensive damageWe are now trying to get the skip removed (it’s now been 2 WEEKS !!!!! and it’s still sitting on the broken driveway) and to get the driveway repaired which was agreed directly with baker Waste that they would get their engineers to do it and not 1person has shown up after a month !!!!!!!Trying to get through to the people (DAN !!) is hard enough, they make promises that they have no intention of keeping, and yet again I’ve spent most of my day on the phone trying to get the skip removed which has been promised time and time again and still nothing done !!!!How the hell are they even in business !!!!Services:Yard debris removal,Junk removal,Construction debris removal

He was very friendly and efficient and a credit to your company. This is the second time I have had him deliver and collect, and he is unfailingly a pleasure to deal with.

Nicole Jayne: Great service from Bakers. David was very helpful and flexible with my constant questions. Jackie was an absolute pleasure to speak to. I order two 8 yard skips to come one after another. 1st one came with no issues. I realised I'd over compensated on size so request to swap the 2nd skip for a smaller 4yard. No problem David was very helpful and even offered me a refund (even though I mucked up and order a bigger size). On swap over day a minor error meant the 4yard was on a smaller truck that couldn't lift the 8yard (now full of soil). Dale the driver of the 4yard was quickly on the phone to the office where they came up with a few ideas. Jackie, again kept me informed and diverted a driver to come and collect the 8yard. Within half an hour he arrived (very sorry I didn't get his name). The two drivers worked together to pick up the 8yard and the he was off on his way. Dale who I'd had a good chat with then quickly and professionally dropped off the 4yard.Altogether sorted out a minor hicup, very professional and lovely people. It was a bonous they were also the best value by far but having awsome people is what I look for in companies. These 4 people I dealt with were excellent ambassadors for Bakers.Looking forward to the 4yard pick up.Thank you

Sally Jones: Was told halfway up a ramp struggling to drag a table base that couldn't wear open toe shoes at the tip which was fair enough but I didn't know. I said sorry and asked the lad if he would just tip the base for me then please. His exact reponse " you're having a laugh ". Luckily a guy that was there dumping his rubbish took the base up for me. Best joke of all is that the same employee then shouted after me asking if I had the top to the table!!!

Hydar Ali: Absolutely rip off merchants! We ordered a skip for building works at my home. Driver turns up claims plasterboard in skip then tips the waste and holds me to ransom for another £90 or else skip will not be collected and a waste of journey charge will be payable. Director on the phone claims driver has seen plasterboard inside the bottom of the skip?? I pay the ransom but the driver still leaves a pile on my driveway. I've used other skip hire companies before but never been ripped off like this ever! Only reason I used this company was because they were the only company who had availability at short notice......now I wonder why!! I asked for a video recording of the plasterboard in the bottom of the skip when it's tipped but got a blurred video clip you can't see anything in it so I told the director to use the £90 his company took from me extra to invest in a better phone with camera! From other reviews on here I see another person was taken for a mug previously! I will add the video supplied and pic of the waste left behind on my drive if google allows.

Chris Scott: Will NOT use again. Prompt delivery of skip, but made to pay an additional £38 for putting x2 tyres in the skip as these don't meet their terms & conditions on top of £198 for a small 4 yard skip. The T&C's were NOT made clear at point of up front payment and the paperwork was not posted through the letter box on delivery of the skip but found outside, attached to the gate, soaked by the rain making it illegible to read. Staff were unsympathetic, rude and argumentative. Marketing is also mis-leading as they are a NOT a Brackley based company.
Simon Henry: Helpful and professional driver positioned the skip exactly where needed. Luckily the 8 yard skip had a door as it was for soil which I was wheelbarrowing from my garden. 4 stars given as it'd have been nice to know when booking that a skip with door was available and could be specified. As an opportunity for improvement, a timed delivery slot would be useful which is available with many deliveries these days, if not by the hour then at least am / pm. Overall happy with the service and will use again in the future.Kind regards, Simon

Jamie Ward: This company have taken over previous Viridor customers.Ever since this has happened the service is atrocious.We have to ring up and complain and ask where our collection is at least twice a month.Collections don't happen, they're constantly missed, yet they feel they can still invoice us.When the driver was spotted today he was asked if he could take our Fridays missed collection, and he refused with attitude.All of our local businesses also have collection issues.If this doesn't improve we shall go elsewhere.
