Anthony Odonnell: Ripped my 15 year old daughter off bought hair extensions. She decided to take them back for a refund & she changed her mind with myself (dad) present. She was asked for the receipt My daughter said she wasn’t given a receipt?? So I said said she paid by card showing the men it came out her bank! Then he opened hair extension bag saying he could NOT take back the extensions as have been used , the extensions was in same bag plus the blue carrier back which was provided when purchased. Nothing was taken out & he still refused. I told shop keepers that my daughter won’t be a customer in shop ever again & told my daughter to tell her friends the same once they have your money you won’t get it back !!

Eileen Taylor: Very very disappointed with the people that owns this shop. My hairdresser bought some African kinky hair. One of the packets looked like it was tampered with. One bag was full and the other seemed like half of the hair was missing. Due to last minute & no time another bag had to to be bought elsewhere closer to us due to me having my hair done. I paid out more to have enough hair. Told my hairdresser to take photo's of both packs go back to the shop to see if we could get a refund an apology or something. They were rude & not interested. She called & told me so i called no answer, left a message with my number & details gave them 4 days to get back to me. Nothing. People they are only interested in their sales to get money. No customer service at all. They are making big money mainly from us women. You would think a little common decency to acknowledge what was put to them. Half of the money back since only got half of the amount, voucher something.Ladies i would advise you to check if buying from here before leaving the shop.

Navlet Robinson: Okay shop bit hasn't got a lot of colour hair weave limited on that selection but staff are friendly patience to an extent but its the only local Caribbean hair shop I know if there was another one I would pop in to see what they have
Tiara Burns: This is my favorite beauty supply in the town. It is a little cramped and hard to navigate but there are usually 4 gentlemen working whom are very helpful. They also have click and collect. It does not reflect the entire inventory but its still good

I told him I needed to browse. He just looked at me like I was mad?Another young girl was there too trying to get a hair extension for her mum. He just didnt understand we both left disappointed. I know people are scared about covid but jeeeze they could let people in 1 at a time?They have probably lost over £60 just with us 2 customers I wanted dye my hair plus hair food mousse and hairspray.
Blué Jakala: I was accused of stealing, when I always go to that store, I asked the guy to show me the camera of the day he said I stole and he refused !! I still go there because my essentials are cheaper there but why would I return to a store I’ve stolen from !! 🙄 ridiculous

Open late so ace when i can just pop in after work rather than having to make a special trip at the weekend, staff are helpful and friendly, never been in there and come away without what i needed - amazing hair care products for any hair type and great variety of well priced stock that your general supermarket sells at a extortionate price - would deffo recommend
