First of all, I was looking for a specific Gshock model that it was impossible to find and after searching on Google I found it in their website at really good price. Then, I made a couple of questions about it and the costumer service always give me a quick response, they work really well. And finally, very very surprised with the package, I didn't expect that, it comes really protected with one external box plenty of something like little "marshmallows" and then they wrapped the genuine watch box with something like 1st class paper sealed with wax stamps, looking like important present. Ha, and they sent it to me whit next day guaranteed delivery before 1 pm, which is very important if you are expecting expensive items. And that's it, I will recommend their website and services so that's why I'm leaving this review, thanks, Joaquín.

Simmy: Horrific experience - We won't step foot in this place ever again! My mother and I did not appreciate being racially profiled/racially discriminated against on our visit to your branch on 05/08/2022 at 16:45. I had planned to get some gifts for my mother - A gold necklace and gold earrings. We had been looking through the window display and then decided to go inside. We were walking around the shop for some time while four workers completely ignored us the whole time. The shop wasn't busy since we were the only customers in there at the time. The four workers were pretty much stood around twiddling their thumbs and chatting amongst each other while we wondered around the shop aimlessly, waiting for someone to serve us. Shortly after waiting around, another customer then entered the shop. A man wearing glasses and a black and burgundy waistcoat beamed with excitement as he leapt over to greet the lady instantly. He said 'Good afternoon. How may I help you?' My mother and I were baffled that we had been walking around the shop for a while and were totally ignored by all four workers, yet a lady entered the shop and was immediately greeted upon arrival. My mother openly expressed her dissatisfaction that we had been waiting a while to be served and no one came over to us, yet the lady was greeted the very second she walked in. A young girl came over to us after hearing what my mother had said, and she apologised. She said that she thought we were browsing. However, this didn't make sense since if you see a customer browsing then you would be more inclined to go over and ask if they needed help, or you'd tell them to let you know if they needed any help. Furthermore, regardless of whether we were browsing or not, we should have been greeted upon arrival like the other customer was - and not ignored. The man wearing the waistcoat who had greeted the other customer instantly, and ignored us, his face went bright red while my mother openly expressed her dissatisfaction. Although the man knew he had done wrong, which was clear from the embarrassment written all over his face, it would have been appreciated if he had simply apologised for his unjustly behaviour. He did not. After having a look at some earrings, myself and my mother decided to leave the shop swiftly. We weren't prepared to spend our hard earned cash in a shop that clearly doesn't value customers from an ethnic minority background. All customers should be treated with the utmost respect, regardless of race. It shouldn't be assumed that just because someone is white, that they are of a higher status, and their custom is more worthy than a person of an ethnic minority background. It is untrue, unacceptable and truly disgusting. My mother and I were made to feel as if our custom didn't matter to them and as if we were not worth their time because we're not white. Following the experience we had at this branch, we have raised a complaint with the supervisor Stacie as well as the managing director Stuart O'Grady. Both individuals have tried to defend and excuse the racist behaviours of the staff members. Interestingly, the supervisor called Stacie, was one of the four staff members who had ignored us on arrival. The supervisor and managing director have not taken any accountability for the racist behaviours that myself and my mother were subjected to on this visit. The CCTV clearly shows what we were subjected to that day but there hasn't been any accountability taken at all. Instead, there has been multiple attempts to twist the truth and not face accountability. The matter hasn't been dealt with appropriately or taken seriously. It is absolutely appalling. I'd advise anyone of an ethnic minority background to reconsider spending your hard earned money with these racists. They don't have your best interests at heart, and you may well end up having the same experience as my mother and I had, or even worse. It is clear that Michael Jones Jewellers' priorities lie with customers who look the same as those who represent the business.

Kate Buttery: Took my eldest daughter to have her ears pierced today. The lady was so friendly and took the time to put my daughter at ease. Lovely quiet setting upstairs, and immaculately clean. She also gave clear advice about aftercare. Really delighted and would recommend for others - will be back in a year or two with my youngest daughter for hers! Thank you

The lady whom he completed his first sale with didn't recommend or help him with his purchase, he ended up buying a mens bracelet for me which was too large for my small hands and wrist. You'd think that they would help young men aquire a sense of fine jewellery but it seems not so at this store, he then went to exchange for another item I chose from their collection, I was with him when they said they will place the order through, we came back 2 weeks later and they said that they forgot to send the order. So I said to him not to bother and just refund the item. 👎

Bedrock Tiles: Great company, I went there recently and met a chap who you would never have known was the owner. A thoroughly humble guy and whilst my budget was embarrassingly low, I wasn't at any stage made to feel inadequate. It's a big thing walking into a shop as well reputed as this worrying, as a man typically would that you'll be laughed out of there without thousands to spend, this IS NOT the case, they're brilliant!I can't tell you how happy I am, they had not only things in my budget but a lot of choice too, I'm going there again the next time I need Jewelry!!!Thank you Stuart and your amazing team! The staff only started speaking to us when I looked at a bag I wanted. Staff there have bad attitude problem, very Judge mental, would never go back I would never give them my money

Tugba Zarif: Bought a Casio Baby-G from here. A few weeks after buying the watch, some parts of its strap turned yellow. Rust stain. Staff did their best to help. I am grateful to each of them. But the Casio factory did not repair it, saying that the external parts of the watch are not under warranty. The watch strap is an external part. Nonsense. The store and its staff are excellent but don't buy from Casio.

I wanted a chain for my wife that wouldn't break the bank and this shop fitted the bill. My one concern was that a chain of 18 inches was £99, yet add four inches and it became £149. That about a 20% increase in length for a 50% increase in price. Gives a poor impression.Parking: The shop is within a shopping centre where parking is available.
