First of all, I was looking for a specific Gshock model that it was impossible to find and after searching on Google I found it in their website at really good price. Then, I made a couple of questions about it and the costumer service always give me a quick response, they work really well. And finally, very very surprised with the package, I didn't expect that, it comes really protected with one external box plenty of something like little "marshmallows" and then they wrapped the genuine watch box with something like 1st class paper sealed with wax stamps, looking like important present. Ha, and they sent it to me whit next day guaranteed delivery before 1 pm, which is very important if you are expecting expensive items. And that's it, I will recommend their website and services so that's why I'm leaving this review, thanks, Joaquín.

Harry Newman: I visited the Steffan's Store on the corner of Abington Street as I wanted to buy my old man a nice gift for Christmas. Unknown to me, Steffan's had expanded and had a designated room for watches. Watch Works featured many brands that I thought my father would like including Police, Diesel & ToyWatch. I looked a large number of watches and was unsure what to choose but the helpful assistant was very informative and helped me make a decision. My experience within Steffan's was an enjoyable one and I even purchased a Pandora bead for my Mum. To my surprise the Assistant gift wrapped my purchases, which was a nice touch. I would recommend Steffan's to my friends and family.
Thomas Coles: After walking past the Steffans watch windows for years daydreaming about being able to afford one of their coveted watches, the opening of their new WatchWorks has been an absolute joy for me.There has been many a time when I have looked at watches and been disgruntled by their gargantuan prices, but at WatchWorks I feel that I am no longer so far down in the food chain! There are many watches and brands available in the store that have the look of the high end brands but at affordable prices for the average man! The layout is welcoming and warm and does not make me feel as if I am a little fish in a big pond! The staff were extremely friendly and little touches such as coffee and chocolates made me feel like I was a valued customer no matter how much I was intending on spending! I think that overall the WatchWorks is a brilliant addition to Steffans and will definitely be back in time for Christmas!

Tugba Zarif: Bought a Casio Baby-G from here. A few weeks after buying the watch, some parts of its strap turned yellow. Rust stain. Staff did their best to help. I am grateful to each of them. But the Casio factory did not repair it, saying that the external parts of the watch are not under warranty. The watch strap is an external part. Nonsense. The store and its staff are excellent but don't buy from Casio.

I wanted a chain for my wife that wouldn't break the bank and this shop fitted the bill. My one concern was that a chain of 18 inches was £99, yet add four inches and it became £149. That about a 20% increase in length for a 50% increase in price. Gives a poor impression.Parking: The shop is within a shopping centre where parking is available.

jessica oliver: The most DISGUSTING customer service that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing!I bought a Lovelinks bead for my mother as a Christmas present. This cost me £45. The bead was worn a handful of times over the course of a month, and a number of the stones had fallen out. I contacted Bonds Jewellers to be told that I would have to pay to send the bead back, and then pay a further £15-20 to have it returned to the manufacturer to be assessed; and despite this process I was not guaranteed a refund or exchange. I was not prepared to do this as I had already spent £45 on the bead, and was not going to pay anymore money to return a faulty product. I emailed Bonds explaining that I wished to be put in contact with a manager 3 times before I even got a response! When I eventually got a response from the manager, Nikki, she told me that if I posted the bead back to Bonds, she would see what she could do. I did so.I received an extremely unpleasant telephone call from Nikki, explaining that the damage was my own fault as it was the result of repetive knocking against another charm or work surface. I explained that this was not the case as it had only been worn a handful of times in the course of a month; she refused to accept my explanation that the item was faulty. Nikki proceeded to tell me that I should be embarrassed to return an item in this state. The phone call ended with the agreement that Nikki would call me before 2pm the following Monday, once her manager had examined the bead and a decision as to whether I would be refunded had been made. The following Monday came and 2pm passed, and I still had no phone call. Once I had eventually got in touch with Nikki again, she informed me that her manager agreed with her, and I was not going to be given an exchange nor refund. I am now in the process of contacting trading standards.I bought a product from this jewellers, in which the stones fell out within a month of use, and I am being refused an exchange or refund. And in the process I have been told that I should be embarrassed to return the item in that state. Absolutely diabolical service.

Before visiting, I had been the famous areas of London and Birmingham, but just didn't fall for any particular ring.The service and help received from one of the Ladies at the store put me at ease and helped me to choose the right ring. It was easy to spot in the showcase because of it’s distinctive look. I asked to see it and first impressions were that it looked even better than online. Charlotte R asked if I wanted to try it on and it felt comfortable straight away, so I bought it without hesitation! Charlotte was very professional and helpful at all times. She’s a credit to the company.

JCarmen: Customer service was soooo bad! I got 2 pairs of earrings that weren't sealed, then when I opened them at home they were bent. Then when I went back to the store they told me I couldn't return them and had to call customer services.. who after a 5 hour hold just reiterated what I thought.. "they should have refunded me in store" the lovely telephone assistant sent be an email confirmation for the store assistants to see so that they could issue me a refund. But even after this they were very hesitant and making me feel like I had done something wrong. Wish I took a picture of the faulty earrings. Would definitely not go back.

Bagged up and on the the next one.

They took weeks to mend it then charged my sister who went to get it £19 although the chain had come loose from the name. My sister clearly has special needs and showed them the receipt but they wouldnt accept it, so she paid!! ive had it back (got it back in May) and its broken again less then 2 weeks later.Il update with what happens as im taking it back this time.

I went to the shop on 1st April to exchange but unfortunately they didn't have the size I wanted and they said it takes 4 days for them to receive the correct size. But I wanted to travel to Glasgow on 4th.The salesperson suggested me to exchange in Glasgow. I spent my money in traveling and went to Glasgow store but shockingly they said there is a scratch. When i particularly asked the same question before buying in Northampton the salesperson told its the property of the metal and cheated me. That's the reason I took. Now they say it's a scratch when i and my family members went to exchange again in Northampton.... The girl says with attitude we don't sell such products we will throw them. But you sold me remember that before commenting! You are a big cheater kindly check the video if you have camera with audio in store she clearly said it's not a scratch while selling! Don't waste others time , and energy if your motive is only selling by lying. My entire family knows we have not used the ring nobody would just simply waste time and energy if they are genuine. We are really hurt and you guys spoiled my surprise I can buy another ring but definitely never suggest any customers to buy from warren James go for branded ones even if it costs more they have ethics. Especially don't trust the salesperson in any case... Their true colours will be out when you go to exchange by any chance! I did 2 mistakes and learnt a lesson too...1) The salesgirl was ready to exchange one 1st April but she had no size and I had to travel hence I took it lightly thinking they have store in Glasgow anyhow its convinient for me else I have to gain return to Northampton. 2) Believing the salesperson when she said that it's the property of the metal it's not a scratch... All the best! You lost trust and honesty in front of my family members and friends who witnessed this. Kindly do not buy if you are not sure in a hurry for surprise they will ruin your day ... Now I wonder if the ring is really diamond or not! After having a pathetic experienceI'll file a case in Consumer court for wasting my time for cheating because I was truthful. Now, I don't want any exchange I lost my patience it was my first salary gift to my husband on our wedding anniversary you totally ruined it!I even have the tickets if you guys think I am lying.

Sale or not, it is still money.

I was told in an abrupt manner that nothing could be done without proof of purchase.Reluctantly I still brought the items I wanted to do an exchange for, upon checking my receipt i read the refund/exchange policy on the back which states an exchange can be offered without receipt!I showed this to the assistant who checked with her manager and eventually they let me do an exchange.This is not the first time I have received bad customer service from this store so will not be returning!
