Fredrick Rainbow: I live In Milton Keynes and l went to Northampton to look for a new sofa and armchairs because nl have brought lots of different things items for our home l called at rock bottom saw a lovely two and three seater sofa set it looked great but not an armchair the staff was very helpful in asked if he could get armchairs to match he called the makers while I was there and asked if they could make two armchairs and ordered a suite to match l asked if he wanted a deposit he make sure you like them first he can always sell them the service was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and very friendly bOr

Samantha Simmonite: We visited the store seeking furniture for my mother in law. The team gave us plenty of space to browse with subtle approaches offering help when we were ready. Having selected furniture we liked, the sales staff offered help and information. The salesman was knowledgeable about the products, offered us the opportunity to view fabric swatches in daylight in another part of the shop. He went away and calculated prices and delivery times. Thoroughly pleasant man who made us feel very comfortable. He also gave us information about enhanced protection available on the products we had purchased, which we took up. He was very accommodating when we changed our selection and added an additional chair to our order and provided a revised price quickly. He made us feel that he would personally be taking care of the order and would keep us informed about delivery times. We were offered a drink whilst order forms were completed, which was a nice touch. Very professional service, patient and knowledgeable staff member, who took time to ensure my mother in law was completely comfortable with her choice and what would happen next. Thanks

Hazel Jeffery: Terrible terrible service. Ordered living room furniture beginning of August 2021 had 'most' things delivered on 21st December 2021 but still waiting on a small unit which will take it to almost 7 months to get 4 items of furniture delivered. I've had to ring and chase the store for this last item 4 times since 21st December and still no delivery date.Furniture's lovely and can't fault it for the price but you can get just as good deal somewhere else and the service couldn't be much worse.I will never use Furniture Warehouse Northampton again and I advise you not to.
Lee Smith: Customer Warning !!! Do not use this company, I ordered a sideboard in may 2021 and was told 8 weeks for delivery to the store, The date arrive but the sideboard didn't, I was then told a further 3 dates taking me to early December and still no sideboard, I have now been told end of February 2022 with no guarantee that it will be here, I brought this as a kitchen set with a table and chairs to match, I was asked if I would like to take the table and chair immediately and I said ok.. Now i'm told that I cannot have a full refund including the table and chairs and I cannot get this matching sideboard from anywhere else.. Warning Do NOT use this company and they are full with false promises and unable to deliver, they are just interested in getting their money off you as seen by other reviews on google.

K: Really good mattress shop. The manager was very knowledgeable and the mattresses were good quality and good price too. Delivery was also very quick. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!
Vince rose: I visited Beds & Floor on Wednesday 27th October, hoping to buy a new bed. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, Abdul (the Manager) who made me feel at ease and explained why I would be getting a good deal (and he was right). I ended up buying one of his Dreamland beds. Fortunately, my purchase was also in time for a weekend delivery. I can honestly say that my partner and I are very happy with the quality, especially given the very reasonable price. Will definitely visit again very soon, as I was also happy with his flooring range and wardrobes etc, which also seemed reasonably priced. Thanks again Abdul.

Shelley T: AVOID AVOID! LYING STAFF!! Wanted to buy a genuine leather corner sofa to replace existing. Had seen "PU leather" in other stores and know it's not as durable and can peel/split so I asked David (the 'sales' guy) "is this genuine leather as I've seen some PU ones..." and was told "yes, everything you touch is 100% real leather". A blatent lie as their own website will tell you it's PU!
