Werner Mittelsdorf: Absolutely digusting service, they don't even derserve 1 star. They state that they delivered when they didn't. Found out via the UPS service center that the parcel was delivered to a different depot. They told me twice that the parcel would be picked up from there and delivered to me. That never happened just like the phone calls to keep me up to date never happened. Either they are an utterly incompetend outfit or they are crooked. Finally filed a claim for missing parcel with them.

Scott: Popped in today to drop off multiple boxes. The check in process at the depot was provided clearly but did not help as it was inconveient for myself to have to brim the boot of my car with shipments that weren't collected from my workplace since last Friday. When the usual driver knows where we are too.Giving this 3 stars for the neutral experience of visiting the depot, but lost 2 for the general UPS service.

App is useless and does not update only around 12pm each day which is too late for anyone to arrange for someone to be home. Called Helpdesk today and told depot in Northampton would call within the hour but no phone calls from them.

Sam Matthews: Third package in a row lost via the Northampton depot. Similar pattern happens every time. Get a tracking number and delivery date. Tracking says parcel is out for delivery (by end of day). Package never arrives. Next day the tracking says that the package is "on the way or in transit" then following day it says. "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." This basically means I have to sit on hold to customer service for ages to get a vague answer with a promise of "its being looked into". If the package is out for delivery, that should mean its on the truck. What possible explanation could there be for a package to go missing between the trucks leaving the depot and its destination...... 🤔 I feel like its past being a coincidence. I will actively avoid online retailers that use UPS as the delivery method as it will most likely go throughout Northampton depot.

Odds are, judging by the rest of the reviews for this Depot, it is either "lost" or probably Stolen and I can expect to see the laptop up on Ebay in a few days. Dave Hart: A complete joke of a company.Last year it took 4 weeks of trying to get my replacement laptop which was sent by Microsoft through these clowns. They “can’t find my address”…… UPS seem to be the only ones who struggle with this. Phone calls every other day to them and to Microsoft who had to step in at one point and ask them what they were playing at. I gave them options to deliver to drop off point which were completely ignored. I sent them a Google maps with a drop pin and my mobile number. When I did receive it after chasing down the UPS van who drove past the house, marked it as diverted then carried on down the road the box was a mess. It has clear instructions all over it but all were ignored.Now I’m waiting on some trainers to be delivered which simply say “ The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.”. That’s 8 days like that now. I have again requested they go to a drop off point but we will wait and see.I don’t know if it’s there staff are trying it on and helping themselves to peoples stuff or if they are genuinely just that incompetent!

Rob Dales: Had my parcel delivered for over a week now! Tried to contact and they always say the depot will contact you, of course they never do. My daughter never got her Christmas presents on Christmas and we had to come up with something as UPS never delivered them! We're still waiting now and it's the 28th! Will be claiming compensation and never using them again. We paid over £80 for shipping and this is the service your receive.

Andrea Carpignani: I was sent a parcel from Italy on the 9 Dec, and it was scheduled for delivery on the 16 Dec, but at the end of the day the tracking system said that the delivery was delayed by one business day. On the 21 Dec I still had no parcel and called the Call Centre: 20 minutes after I have tried in vain to talk to the automated answering machine that doesn’t get my Italian accent, I finally managed to speak to a human, that barely speaks any English. First little success as I got to be called back by the Northampton office, and a lady said that the parcel was due to be delivered on that same day (21 Dec, from 9 Dec that the parcel was sent). I thereby spent all day long at home to wait for the parcel, but no parcel arrived. In the night I checked the tracking again and I discovered that the driver in Bletchley area must be a liar, because they claimed to have attempted to deliver the parcel, in a house with two people, a door bell that would be heard from the end of the road, and NO delivery notes had been left. The day after (22 Dec), I called back the Call Centre early in the morning, struggled yet again with the automated message, then managed to speak to a human that, yet again, barely speaks any English, and asked to be called back by Northampton. This time no call back, but I am hardly surprised, because calling back would have meant taking accountability for their driver’s lie. I then waited until 5pm, then called again, ask to be called back, but one hour after, at 6pm, not having received any call back, I called back again and discovered that the parcel was still not out for delivery, and had to go again over the stress of explaining all the issue to another receptionist that doesn’t speak English. Eventually I gave up and requested a return to sender, because I had enough and will have to ask my parcel to be sent back from Italy with a different and proper courier, as this one is a joke.

As others have said delivery constantly rescheduled, customer service can't get through to depot, and when they do the depot lie about not being able to make contact due to a wrong number. Parcel delayed due to severe weather despite this being a lie and them being able to deliver 1 of 2 (two days later than scheduled). Eventually drove to the depot and collected the parcel despite this not being something that was available for my parcel. Manager said he would come and speak to me when I was there, and then all of a sudden was in a meeting.The reviews here don't lie, and yet the company continue to respond with the Facebook/twitter rubbish. How about some accountability?Avoid at all costs and if a company uses them I would advise you to look elsewhere!

I had a parcel to be delivered, didn't arrive the day it was supposed to so in the evening the same day I drive over to the depot to pick it up and was met by a very unhelpful employee who went to look for it for 5 minutes and told me it was in a pile of stuff and they couldn't find/reach it... I don't see how it was inaccessible if it was out for delivery that day. I was turned away and promised it would arrive the following day. It has been another two days and now my parcel is no longer out for delivery on tracking info...Absolute shambles and awful that there's no way to call the depot and organise my own collection.. When you get a premium service like next day delivery, and you haven't got it 3 days later.. There's a massive issue...Will be avoiding UPS and their lying employees for future deliveries.

A most noticeable trend is that all parcels/letters, including next day services such as the 24h tracked, which are dispatched on Sundays via nearby RM Delivery Office are not processed at all at the South Midlands Mail Centre until Wednesday ... Unacceptable practices. The company cannot be let to be in business as they consistently mislead private and business customers with their delivery times.

Only_Wolf: Most useless delivery service that exist in whole galaxy.Drivers come everyday at the same time, expecting someone to be at home, while for few constructive days obviously there was no answer, due to everybody being at work. Redelivery ordered for weekend for six parcels, while driver brings only one, and do not speak English what so ever.Website support after 3 minutes just simply disconnects from conversation. They pretty much useless as well.This have to be the bottom of the bottoms.

It's clearly just too much work to walk to my door or Yodel drivers haven't heard of Google maps (which clearly shows my house). I'm very disappointed - I am not driving to Northampton to your depo for a mistake you've made and I'm paying for. It would be easier and cheaper to drive to the actual Vans store at this point. The number is awful, it sends you in circles and you never get to speak to a human. Really disappointed! I expected better, I shouldn't have to chase a company that is providing a service too ask them to provide the service!

Naser: They falsely claimed they attempted to deliver a parcel and left a card to notify which they didn’t. As we are in Lock down because of COVID-19, there were three people waiting for the parcel in the House but no one came to deliver. Could not find their customer service number and complained about it through online Chat with someone named Pranjal but instead of making note of my problem and trying to solve it, kept on endorsing the lie about the delivery. Please stay away from Yodel, they are a bunch of liars.

I attempted to collect a letter for my mother, unfortunately she has no photo id at 86 and has dementia, I produced my id with photo and a certificate of insurance with my mother's name. He would not hand it over, its a disgrace and no wonder Royal Mail are in such a mess. Item is now being returned back to sender. What the hell, its a disgrace.

J S: Hi,Called Royal Mail directly to ask them about how to swap the old stamps over and they told me to go to the nearest Royal Mail which for me is the crow lane one, went there and waisted my journey as their staff told me they cannot swap them over here and you need to fill in a form and send it yourself, even after confirming with them what Royal Mail said over the phone they did not do anything about it. Waste of travel time and nothing was done.
