But hearing a staff member loudly on the phone "where are you" then "how can you miss it" in regards to his deliveroo order made think twice.So off to Amazon I go to buy a brand new one for £10 more.(Ordering deliveroo isn't the issue, Just the loudness of his complaint)

I needed an urgent replacement for my MacBook Pro charger as an assignment was due that day, and Nick was quick, efficient, helpful, and very knowledgeable in what he knew. He was professional and friendly, and he even went out of his way to charge my laptop and clean my screen. Knowing someone could do so much in such a short amount of time was the nicest gesture I have ever received. He definitely deserves a promotion and is, most importantly, a great asset to the team.

lashawn sebastian: I haven’t been in much but I popped in to enquire about my iPhone storage and whether it would be best to buy more storage or invest to into buying a new phone, Weljah was there with a comforting smile to give me quick and reassuring model and investment advice and I feel like I am now more clued up on the way the newer iPhones work and the benefits as opposed to my old iPhone se 2020. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed. I even witnessed the manager dealing with another customers iPod issue. Again with great empathy and with a solution minded approach. Chris Palmer: Brilliant experience and the guy was so kind and friendly even when giving bad news. I went in as my phone wouldn't turn on one morning so I took it down there. He explained everything so clearly that I was able to understand and even when delivering bad news was so apologetic even though it was not his fault. Emma: I have been to this shop a few times to get my screen fixed. The most recent time was a few weeks ago. Well yesterday my screen went blank so I rang them explained the situation, they told me to bring it down and they would have a look. When I took it there they was very professional and fixed the problem within the hour, they was that welcoming and had high moral standards that I brought a new case while I was there. Highly recommend this business.

Beej Shah: Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond when I had a slight emergency. The manager was excellent - I wish I had her name because she really did her absolute best to resolve an issue. There was also a lady called Phoebe who was also helpful. I was really impressed. Again wish I had the manager's name because she was excellent (visited Abington Street Store afternoon 7.12.22 - if you have a reward scheme - I hope the manager gets some sort of reward.
maria chalkia: I visited the O2 shop in Northampton a couple of weeks ago and spoke with a really knowledgeable and helpful young man called Sebastian. Usually the staff in these shops are not very good, but Sebastian was courteous, not pushy and knew his stuff. He helped me decide on what I wanted to get - offering various options and showing me samples and I left really happy from that shop. Great customer service, thank you!

that hurt: Went to sell a couple of items here. One was a small TV. Then then spent a long time debating with me if it was actually a pc monitor despite having remote and instructions booklet with it. 🙄 Complete idiot's. Save your time and avoid this one.

Cory Dougie: I've used this shop for many years but recently I've worked on rebuilding my old gameboy collection. One game I wanted for my collection was an original Pokemon Emerald for the GBA and I was very excited when I found one for £25 as they normally sell for alot more so to me it was a steal! Only to take it home and realise it was a fake. I took it back and complained and got a refund just to find the same game for sale in their desplay a week later again when they've been told its fake. To really salt the wound they've recently upped the price to £60 for a fake game that you can get for £2 on ebay. Do not buy gameboy games from here, goto CEX - they might be a but more expensive but atleast their real.
Alex Blb: I had a bad experience with this shop last year on summer time, being to loan my Tommy Hilfiger watch and offer me 12% for his value.Exactly £25 for a brand new watch which cost me £229 from Amazon. I was OMG, what happened to this guys. I left the shop running away being to another cashXchange on victoria road and there i've received a resonable price £60 so in this way i could manage my problem on that day. Of course i brought my watch back after 3 weeks and paid only £10 extra for the service (£70) .Hopefully someone is going to learn something from my experience with Xchange4Cash.My watch is still with me after all this happened so something positive at the end of all😅🤗

And the rod was very old school and doesn't function as well .When I went to return it I just say ok I doesn't want full refund just refund me 8 pounds. But they said sorry mate. I can't refund you any at least a pound.So they are not very fair in business. What I recommend is if you want to sell something to them just sell it but don't buy anything from them . Because by any chance if you want to refund it they won't accept even within few weeks.

bailey UK: Under staffed, over stretched dept. Why are the Currys/car phone warehouse staff not cross trained?Deon has been fantastic, great customer service from him. Always on top of my repair and calls when he says he will. Deon deserves a promotion and more staff support. I would give 5 stars but this would misrepresent the review. 5 stars to Deon.

Luna: The manager is rude and just a generally a nasty person.Bullying people into doing what they want them to do and making it hard for people to claim on their warranty on goods that don't even last a year.I'd avoid this place and its easy to see why everyone is shopping online these days with terrible customer service like this.

Michal Ciszewski: I give it three stars beacuse the staff is fairly nice and lady in the store went extra mile to go to warehouse to find my item. However as a business they are cluless. If you order something to get in store there is no tracking system whatsoever so you have no idea where your parcel is. Even if you call the call centre they have no clue. Also next day delivery stated on the website is apparently non applicable to store. In the age of Amazon it is shocking that they allow their business to be so much behind.

Jack Young: Overall a lacklustre CEX there was of four and it took well past 10 mins to get served, when we were served they put a staff discount as the wrong transaction. The serving process well longer than usual for 2 games.

Exactly the reason why people buy online absolutely scammers only warning to anybody don't buy here they don't even test correctly. How they get away with this is beyond me.Also spoke with customer service no phone number only email form and they are just as useless company is a scam from top to bottom.* after owner comments I can confirm the phone was tested independently and the fault found when I tried to email and resolve this I was ignored the shop staff tested by making a call whilst standing next to each other. Buy online with PayPal don't shop here unless you like burning money.

But it made the whole experience so much better thank you
