Northampton Marriott Hotel: what do users think?
Daniël van der Stelt: Good hotel, has everything you expect from a Marriott hotel. Good bar and restaurant available with good food and a wide variety of drinks. Rooms are clean and comfortable as expected. Next to the hotel there is ample space to have a good walk through nature and a golf course.
Uli Zoll: Charming hotel with comfortable beds. The presence and friendliness of the manager, Sean, should be highlighted. Highly recommended.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Ben Morris: Service was slow. Room was very hot and the AC not working. Don't be fooled by the photos of the pool. There isn't one. Better hotels in the area for less money.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Julio Vargas: Nice place, free car parking
Penny Richards: This is a very comfortable hotel with beautiful green lawns and pond nearby. You have to have a car, because it’s located just off freeways and there is not a way to walk anywhere. It was very comfortable! More high-end than a lot of places we stayed on our trip we had a family room and the staff was excellent very accommodating. We also ate a full English breakfast buffet in the morning and it was a great authentic experience.
Henry Cofie-Squire: Home away from home.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Keith Boyd: Stayed at the hotel a few times and never had a bad experience. Would definitely go back.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Mr S J M: A very comfortable hotel with a number of good facilities. Service is welcoming. Rooms are clean and a good size, but could do with some TLC. Food and drinks are available but are pricey. It is a very quiet space and a great location for a quick stay in Northampton or for a business meeting.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet …More
Roy Carter: Really friendly and helpful staff. Room nice and cleanRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Andy Timperley: I stayed in a very comfortable suite on the ground floor with a patio area looking out on the field. The traffic noise was not too intrusive with the patio door shut. All the suites have two outside walls so can be a bit cold in winter. The whirlpool bath in the room was a really nice extra but again no heating in the bathroom so get it hot in advance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I had a good dinner in the restaurant. My only comment on the food is that it was beautifully cooked and then served on a cold plate. This comment was fed back to the kitchen so hopefully rectified. Overall a great place to stay and very conveniently situated.
Nabeal Nasser: Very exceptional hotel, oana ,imane and ming receptionists were absolutely amazing.i was really impressed with the high standands and welcoming hospitality. Definitely one the best delta hotels in the UK. Very high standards, a luxury hotel in Northamptonshire .Plenty of carpark spaces, comfortable rooms and good food.,I enjoyed my say here and will definitely recommend. 😀
bailymusic37: Great location. Fantastic staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, High-tech …More
charlie bitmyfinger: Staff where ok. Don’t be fooled by pictures the queen rooms are tiny I booked 3 rooms for 6 people which normally should be enough it was claustrophobic inside I had to book another 2 rooms also there are no lifts so happy exercise up to your room
Paul H: Stayed the 1 night. Great location and the room was good. Starting to look a little tired but it's being redecorated right now. No complaintsRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Hilton Northampton: what do users think?
Godwin Asogwa: The place is amazing especially the foyer. The staff are great and very welcoming. Eva in the reception is great. Rooms are super clean, it’s a bit outdated but in a great condition. Breakfast is great. Will definitely recommend if you want a decent and quiet place while in Northampton
vijay Mistry: All good except no warm water in the shower ...hmm...
Emmanuel Gbahabo: Rooms: Clean and satisfactoryRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Matt F: OK for a short business trip. Staff very friendly and attentive, offered a free upgrade which was nice. Room very spacious and clean but decor a bit dated. Bathroom nice and clean, good powerful shower and a nice comfy bed. Breakfast very tasty and main restaurant food is good. Only things that’s let’s the hotel down is the outdated rooms, and lack of electrical sockets next to the bed. Would be an excellent hotel if the rooms where updated.
Paul Bayliss: Second visit here to visit family in the area. Another nice stay in this hotel. Staff very attentive and friendly. Rooms clean but could do with a little update. It's in an ideal location, close to the M1 and not far from the town centre. Breakfast is recommended. Very nice with plenty of options.Rooms: Rooms are a great size but could do with an update.
Thies and Carol: The room we stayed which is a deluxe room was extremely old furnished, window was old and draughty, bathroom tiles were cracked and the glaze on the tiles off, the floor was so bad that we had to keep towels on the floor so we didn't cut our feet, the limescale on the taps and shower was so bad that the water flow was greatly effected. The hand grip to step out of the shower was so rusty and eroded that i daren't hold it as thought it might come off. Restaurant evening meal food was dry and was cooked from frozen. we had fish and steak, the steak was so fatty that it couldn't be eaten. We didn't complain at the time as was only staying 2 nights for my mothers funeral so had more on our heads.
Denis Calvert: Rubbish stay room very tired noise early hours Manager not interested said we've had a party in. Food cooked in microwave and very expensive for what you gotNearby activities: Good for Silverstone and plenty of kids running wild at night
Peter Fontaine: Rooms are in great shape. Service was excellent at the hotel and the restaurant. Food was very good. Would happily returnRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Dami A: Stayed over for 2 nights. It was a bit noisy on the ground floor. However the staff were all lovely. The rooms are very large but deco is dated also it could be cleaner, there was an old contact lens on the floor of the bathroom. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable also. The restaurant had very nice food for dinner and lots of options for breakfast.
CP: It’s really reasonable .Specially breakfast is amazing
Niall Simmons: Staff are great, always friendly and super helpful, dinner menu is good, if slightly pricey for what you get, but the breakfast buffet is outstanding! Well worth it on its own!Rooms are always clean, tidy and pleasant, albeith it slightly bare, with everything in good working condition.Regularly stay here for work and would recommend it!
Robert Clarke: All great for a 1 night stayRooms: Spacious roomsFood & drinks: All good - v good breakfast choices
Gerald O'Connell (Gerry): Very good
Rose Harrison: Had a very pleasant 1 night stay.Check-in staff were warm, helpful, and courteous.Room nicely and calmly decorated.Parking £7 per night, or free for certain hilton honours members, who book direct. No issues with noise.Thermostatic control of the heater, but no aircon. No fridge. Had everything else you would need, including a large desk, a sofa, a large TV, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a safe, a secondary door lock, a phone, and thick curtains.Close to the main road, and very handy for the motorway, but well insulated from road noise.Room service was quickly delivered and of the usual hilton standard. The thing that I most enjoyed was the deep bath, with bountiful hot water, and a good, strong overhead shower. You don't often get a good bath/shower combination, particularly these days, which is a bit of a shame. A good soak was a lovely relaxing treat after a long day, and the shower was nice and strong, so I felt really refreshed afterwards.I would gladly stay again.Rooms: Very pleasant relaxing decor. Plenty of space. Large desk. Good thick curtains. Lovely bath/shower combination - comfortable, deep, plenty of hot water, bountiful overhead shower.Only niggle was the slightly tired mattress, which was a tad lumpen, but not enough to prevent good sleep.Safety: Secondary lock on room door, plus peepholeNoteworthy details: Deep bath and strong overhead shower.
Steffen: I was teaching at a course at the Hilton Hotel. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.Excellent lunch buffet.Did not stay over night so can't comment on the rooms.Noteworthy details: There is a barrier for car.
Darren Harris: I have called 4 times to try and make a booking and still haven’t got anyone to answer the phone it doesn’t look good for the hotelService: 1/5 …More

Daniël van der Stelt: Refreshingly countryside English next to large town crazy. Situated next to Northampton it's a hidden gem.The owner greets you with a British smile of welcome and welcomes you almost into the inner circle of what is the little village of Moulton.Clean and well kept, nothing to fear here just book if you crave that old English town feeling.
Andy Mawby: Quiet and sort of out of the way. I always stay here when I come up to Northampton. The rooms are perfect for my needs, the bathrooms are spotless and there's always tea and coffee, biscuits and milk in the room. There's off the road parking and it's out of sight of the road.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Stayed two nights to attend the British Uni Powerlifting Championship at Moulton College and Susan was so kind as to drive us to the location, as it is not easy to find. The room was clean, well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Johan Scholten: Klein en knussig hotel goede manager erg behulpzaam. Zeer goed ontbijt, geen bar geen dinerRooms: Verschillende kamers met en zonder badroom
Dominic Parkes: It's not really a 4 star hotel in terms of service as it does not do evening meals or room service. The room I had was clean, tidy and warm. It also has an ensuite which was good. There were some communal bathrooms so I am not sure if they all have en Suite. The shower was electric and not that powerful but pleasent enough. The room itself was hotel standard.Parking was free to the hotel but a bit tight. The breakfast was good quality food,. It did take a while to arrive as it was busy. They did speed it up for a callwague who was in a rush however - so do ask if you need to get going. The WiFi was good speed so do get on it as my Vodafone WiDi signal was not good. There are some local pubs/fish and chip shops doing food but they closed at 9pm on the Monday. There is a Millers and Carter's about 10 mins away if you would like steak however reserve your slot so you can get in.The local coop has some hot food but this was removed by 9pm when I got there.I went for Dominos delivery in the end which was OK.The service was friendly and well delivered it just didn't have the full service of a 4 star hotel. If I was to stay there again I would probably get there slightly earlier and reserve a spot to eat at a local restaurant.

Shower could have been a faster flow but was adequate.Beds were lovely and comfy, great night sleep.Loads of choice for breakfast from fresh fruit and juice to full English. Really liked the homemade marmalade....
Paul Douglas: Always a pleasure to stay at the Poplars.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lee Friend: Very warm welcome on arrival, explaining what's local in the village (lovely little village) for food and drinks, also a local co-op all within walking distance. Price of the stay wouldn't be beaten for the service! Breakfast the following morning was excellent which was also included with the stay. Back again in March and shall be staying there again throughout the year.

Jacky Henderson: The staff were very friendly and accommodating which is exactly what you need when you have a conference running for just under 200 people. The rooms were good and had all the things you’d need when staying away from home - good Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, desk etc. The food was really good, plenty of choice and very well organised. The hotel is in beautiful grounds, in a peaceful location but easily accessible. Bryanna Modolo: Stayed for 1 night on route north. Probably the best customer service we've had during our 3 week trip! Great price, simple rooms, and was really happy with the breakfast options - see attached photos. Hot food was scrambled eggs, baked beans, bacon, sausages. There was a gluten-free section. They also have grab n' go bags and take away cups if you're in a rush.

Niels Kersten: Schone kamers, fijn en vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt.Bedden beetje smal.Maar zeker goede ervaring en voor herhaaling vatbaar👌
Anthony Hollick: Hotel staff were accommodating to my needs; we had about 8 rooms, all near to each other which was lovely! They let a couple of my guests check in a few hours early as the room was ready, this was very much appreciated. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. When comparing quality and feel vs Camponile opposite it is worth paying any extra money for the Holiday Inn express.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very low on hot options. Only Bacon, Scrambled egg, sausages and beans. Also finishes at 10 on the weekend which seemed early. Was surprised it wasn't on until 1030/11.
Ed Pilartys: Very recommended hotel. Great Very welcoming staff, clean room with welcome card.Food & drinks: Lots of options on breakfast menu really cool and the kids enjoyed so much
