Werner Mittelsdorf: Bloody nightmare this place, in particular on Saturdays with their clientele parking all over the place causing traffic havoc for the rest of the community.
Nicola Maddock: Can't speak highly enough of this dance school. A wonderful team of dedicated ladies who really know how to engage with the children and get the best out of them, whilst making it fun. Our children have benefitted so much from attending unit 17. Classes are competitively priced too

Marvee-Lisa Booker: Went back to Step by Step today for the first time in 4 years after getting a little busy with starting a business and life in general. Before I left I took my bronze exam in ballroom and Latin and today when I went for a lesson they presented me with my certificate and medals! Four whole years afterwards! Touched that they kept it ❤️

This site will show you what our dance school is all about. We provide classes for children which include Ballet, Modern, Tap, Lyrical, Hip hop, Gymnastics and Singing classes. We also have Tap dance and weekly Circuit training classes for adults.
We also provide a casting service and have direct links to some of the major casting agencies, providing children for both stage and screen parts. Our principle, Yvette Fielding, has been dancing for over 40 years, teaching and choreographing for over 25 years. She takes an active role within the school by teaching most of the dance classes herself.
Our students perform a spectacular annual show for parents, family & friends with students of all ages involved in dance routines and singing. Our shows are a very exciting and important experience for the students and for some of them its their first time on stage in front of an audience.
Our Dance teams are available to perform a range of routines at events including open days, sports matches, fates, carnivals and more. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Teresa Young: Truly lovely dance school. Run so that everyone is made to feel like part of the Top Hat family. It is one of my little girl's happy places. Staff are lovely and helpful, and made me a non dance mum feel like I could do this! The kids are all supportive of one another, a trait that is fostered in them from the top down. I would truly recommend this place, your kids will love you for it!
