Paul Graham: Just do it !I'd been considering having a FUE procedure for 2/3 years.After meeting with Dr Mooz for my consultation I decided to go with it.I have to say the whole process was seamless, well looked after during ( and afterwards ) the surgery and 2 months after the procedure, pleased to say the results are excellent !I was worried about the time to recover and perhaps the pain... No need to.I was back at my desk the day after, and discomfort-wise, I would compare it to mild sunburn, no more.Wish id done it years ago now !!

Arsalan Khan: Appointment booked for Hair transplant with the Consultant paid £25 for it. The Consultation was a waste of journey and time as the Consultant had no idea or knowledge of what she was talking about as she was just reading the points of a piece of paper and then also had no idea about the cost for the transplant and was told they will get back to me regarding the cost but never did. Oh yeh all i was told that they charge £2 per hair which is really odd as never heard anyone charging their patients per hair but still the Consultant had no idea how many follicles or Hairs o would need.

All staff that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful from booking coordinators to nurses to the surgeons.This is my third cosmetic procedure, but my first at HMG. It’s safe to say I will now only use HMG if I decide I want future procedures. These are the best results that I have received.

Jade Budd: Annoyed, and peed off (in the most calmest, polite way) I booked in for a consultation for my breasts. Was told the surgeon was one of the best, and after seeing a few bad surgeon’s I was really feeling hopeful. (Specially as they carry the harley medical teams name) Anyways two years ago roughly I paid to talk to a surgeon, at the time it was lockdown so was Down via zoom, he told me apparently he couldn’t do what was needed which was a breast lift and implants. So I was to see someone else, I saw the other person got told they would be in contact with me, and nothing… i waited as it was lockdown until things got back to normal, and I have rung multiple times still nothing. So they have basically took my money for the consultation and done nothing. If this is what your care is like now god forbid if there was a problem after surgery.

Diane Johns: This star rating is no reflection on the consultant that I saw, as he was very good explained everything and made suggestions, however the other staff were dreadful. I arrived a little early for my appointment rung the bell, let in and just left along, it’s lucky I have been here before so know where to wait. It was only when I was speaking to another client that I was told the consultant had been held up, no surprise considering the weather today. Anyway would seem from what they said they had already been waiting 45 mins past their appointment time. I finally managed to find another member of staff that confirmed he was running late and it would not be long. But not once did anyone come to speak to me to apologise or offer me a drink as I had now been waiting over 35 minutes and yes this was partly because I arrived early. The waiting room was dull with leaflet holders empty, and magazines from 2017? I am astounded by other reviews about how friendly and welcoming reception/nurses are at the practice.

Vicky Burgess: Awful, wasn’t seen by the surgeon . Was told to pay £100 for consultation with the surgeon . I paid this , but then circumstances changed so I cancelled this ( more than a month in advance ) . 18 days later I’m still waiting for a refund, was told 5 working days by one , 10 by another then last week told 20 days?! . The lady who dealt with me hasn’t responded to my emails ( was quick to reply when I was going ahead ) . Feel very annoyed as I may have possible gone back to have the treatment done when I have more money, but I won’t now.

Laura Bell: Such high hopes and such disappointment. I went here after years getting botox at other large brands and always loved the results. They had a great discount on so I thought perfect and looked very professional and nice inside. Had boxtox treatment. You always know when you go to a new practitioner that they play it safe so you always need a top up for that first treatment. No problem. Went back 2 weeks later (with almost no change in the botox area). Photo taken as practitioner only works once every 6weeks at the Northampton office. This was a real pain. But I waited. Finally got more botox and I can't believe it. 2 weeks on when I shouldn't have any or at least much frown. There it is. A tiny bit better but still very much there. £150 wasted and took them months to even get to this stage. What's the point in very nice staff, lovely offices if your practitioner is very rarely present and when they do a treatment it doesn't work. I wouldn't have minded if this was my first time. But I'm a seasoned botox user. Gutted.

Victoria Bessey: AVOID! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEYI would leave 0 stars if I could. Please save yourself a whole lot of trouble and DO NOT USE TRANSFORM.I booked in for rhinoplasty with Ben Khoda. Experience seemed to go well at first- I was booked in for a video consultation 4 weeks prior to the op, then a face to face consultation 2 weeks prior. The date of the video consultation came around, I ensured I was prepared with questions only to find the appt was cancelled via email TEN MINUTES before the consultation. I was advised that my surgeon assistant (Elle at the Milton Keynes office) would be in touch to reschedule. I emailed her on the day to ask her to help me rebook the appointment. No response. A whole week went past and I emailed her for a second time- again, no response. She then called me at 6pm just before the jubilee weekend and I found her to be quite rude. No apologies for the lack of communication, she said 'we really do need to get you booked in to start your cooling off period' with an attitude, as if I was the one that cancelled! She eventually booked me in for 9pm on the Monday before my face to face consultation (two weeks prior to the op date), which isn't a convenient time but out of desperation I agreed.I then had a phone call from a receptionist asking me to pay nearly £9,000 in full for the op, and if this wasn't received 30 days prior the op could be cancelled. I didn't want anything to go wrong so I paid the full amount via bank transfer.The Monday of the appt comes round and I get a call at 5.30pm to cancel the video appointment AGAIN, with no reason provided. This caused so much anxiety as at this point I didn't know if the op would go ahead. I'd not had a single appointment with the surgeon and there was only 2 weeks until the planned op date. I had no idea what to expect and I had so many questions unanswered.The receptionist who called me advised that my surgeon assistant would be in touch to reschedule. Elle didn't bother to call me AGAIN. I emailed, no response. Shock.The face to face appointment was booked for the Wednesday and was in Birmingham. I live an hour south of Bristol, so this was going to be a 5 hour round trip plus a day off work for me. My cooling off period would start only 2 weeks before the op, and had I attended that appointment they state that if blood tests etc are taken you are charged £150.I had no choice but to cancel. I lost all faith in Transform. I was sick with anxiety and worry about how I had no idea what I was getting myself in for, no communication, a possible fee of £150 if I attended that appointment plus the time and money to get to Birmingham.I felt so let down. Rhinoplasty was something I wanted for years and the lack of care and communication was appalling.I emailed Elle and the customer care team to let them know I wanted to cancel the op and how the lack of communication and care lead to my decision. This was on the Wednesday. Nobody bothered to call and Elle didn't bother to email me back which I was not surprised about.I haven't heard from Elle since. I sent her several emails asking about my refund. Her manager, Hayley has been in touch intermittently when I chase. They advised to wait 28 working days.The refund request was put through on 20th June and I still don't have my £9k. I am chasing daily and am being fobbed off with excuses.This is completely unacceptable. This is a disgusting service priced at a premium. I've read other reviews of a similar nature about cancelled appointments and money not being returned.Please, please do your research before booking anything with them. I wish I had, otherwise I could have avoided one of the most stressful periods of my life and I wouldn't be £9k out of pocket.

IfeThomas Other: Absolutely awful. It’s a nightmare to get a refund.No communication from the person who I was dealing with. I am still waiting for my £500 refund. I was told over the phone you can get a refund if you don’t decide to go ahead. As soon as I said this they said 28 days. I was like ok….We are now way past that date. I will get my money back as I will speak to my bank but what an effort. I am so glad I didn’t go ahead with them. Lucky escape.

Amber Marsh: I honestly don’t understand how these guys have ever received a score lower than 5 out of 5. They have been amazing. All are so friendly, from the welcoming lady at reception (I think her name was Debbie) to Courtney who has been there for me every time I have had a worry or a question. To Lola the nurse who is honestly the nicest person ever and cared for me before and after my surgery. Obviously cosmetic surgery can be so daunting and scary and I have been going back and forth with transform for 10 years trying to decide whether I should do it or not, and I am so glad I finally did and that I was assigned to the guys at the Milton Keynes clinic. I would highly recommend these guys to all my family and friends.

Renato Silva: Nothing related with medical staff from the hospital but with security from the hospital. My kid was very dizzy couldn't walk and I drop my wife and kid near the A&E and some idiot came runing and shouting you can't stop here look look you gona get a fine. First of all if I stopped not parked for less than a minute to drop them is because I didn't have another option normally the people are not going to the hospital when they are in good mood! Second if is a private company who makes the control from car park and roads around the hospital why this rude person came runing and talking in a threatening way! We are already down because the baby is more than 1 week down mood. Unfortunately someone gave him a jacket saying security and he came showing off is a boss! Not a smile not a "good afternoon sir look there is a camera you should move your car" is nothing to do with us but the camera can catch you, nothing!!! Well this is the type of people we have no education no manners and big bosses... What I can say!

beth crocker: Appalling hospital, if you can get to Kettering, go there! The treatment, judgement and discrimination I have received over many years is disgusting. I know the treatment you will receive depends on who you see, and sometimes its better than others. However there is a reoccurring theme with NGH of lack of awareness for mental health issues. When staff sit on the nurses station bad mouthing a patient who has attempted on their life, it makes a person there with mental health issue themselves, not want to stay. Badly organised, inattentive and horrible. The best people in that hospital are the volunteers and the HCAs, they are the ones that are the most caring and empathetic on the whole. If you can go to Kettering over Northampton please do.

All wards visiting is at the same block of 2 hours so the limited amount of space is highlighted dramatically. I won't complain about the cost because it is comparable to council run car parks. It's just too small!!

There is an extreme wait time for literally everything and as nice as the staff are you don't feel like your health is in good hands due to the lack of resources. I wish I could say this was only a one off, but it's happened a handful of times in the past few years including the birth of my child. If you can, go private or to another hospital.
